The beds were very comfy! Location was great - close to the lake and train station and 2* double glazed windows means we had a restful sleep! |

It was clean and comfortable with friendly, non imposing staff. The bar which ws part of the hotel group was great-a must. It really needs tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. |

We was just sleeping one night at the hotel.In the evening we was in local pub, but there was very expensive beer. In double room, there they had plank-bed (bunk bed) in place of classical two beds side by side, and was very poor looking room. |

Easy access to trasport and centre of como Yes there was, they had our booking all wrong and made out that it was our fault, which it was not. I know we booked several times but that was also out of our control. |

When I got to the hotel I was very pessimistic, I didn't expect much for such a low price. But I was wrong. The guy at the reception (I think he is also the owner of the place) was very nice and very helpful, the room was clean,. the shower and toilets, even though they are shared, were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good, not worse than the one I've got from 4 starts hotel near Roma. The place even has WI-FI point, not for free though, but the price is very fair for the Italy. I would strongly recommend this place for anyone who is not looking for luxury apartments, but just a cheap and very fair place to stay at night and have breakfast in the morning. The surrounding area is not perfect. There are suspicious people hanging out in the central bus station at night (which is near). But it's ok, I didn't have any problems, the city looks very peaceful and quiet. |

The hotel/ apartment was well located, close to Lake Como ( 1 block), ferries and town center. The unit was very spacious. I wish the fan worked in the larger bedroom. Hopefully the next guest will have that since, I let the owners know about it. |

It is pretty close to a city center, and Como has a nice night life... it is also few meters from a train station which (not in our case) can be useful Me and my girlfriend took a 12 day trip to northren italy, It will be enough to say that our night at Como was worst of all 12.. the towels wasnt clean, we ordered a double bed and got a room with a Double bed and a Two floor bed... to add to that we was amazed to find out we have a shared bathroom we known nothing about. in 1 word : awful |

Location is good, near the lake! Breakfast is really good! Difficult to find if you drive to there, a lot of one way road in the town, and the address is not very acurate. |

The family room was great! The bedrooms were large and clean and the hotel manager was very helpful and friendly. Also, it was great value for the money! I will certainly stay there the next time I visit Como!! No, all was fine. |

In the center of the city, good breakfast No elevator,breakfast not before 8:00 AM, i had outside parking but the second day when i returned i found another car in my place even they found me solution and gave me an inside parking it wasn't nice after all day driving to return to the hotel and find another car in my parking and then searching someone from the hotel to fix the problem. |

The hotel is right in front of the lake and there is an excellent restaurant downstairs No view on the lake from the room and they had lost our booking reservation and wanted to give us a more expensive room than the one we had booked...Finally we had another room at the same price. |

Value for money was first class and the accommodation was comfortable and clean. The quirky( but helpful) management provided great entertainment and having read reviews we knew what to expect. |

The staffs are really GREAT !!! They are really very helpful and accommodating. The place is next to the bus terminal, train station and the lake. Good location. The secured parking is quite a distance from the hotel. There is no lift and can be a challenge for family with children and lots of stuff. |

Excellent location and service, and breakfast was surpricingly good. They gave us a wrong room and we had to change it after first nigth however they were very polite in doing that. |

Due the schedule of cleaning the bathrooms does not must use of anybody from 10AM until 17PM. Since the toiletts were part of the bathroom nobody could use it during that time. Sometimes the air conditioning system swithced on itself and didn't stopped even by pushing the OFF button many times. My roommate almost got cold (she). |

It's closeness to the lake and the town of Como. it also had a great breakfast. The fact that we were on the fourth floor and there wasno elevator. |

The situation is ideal very close to Lake Como and the city centre. Secure parking, friendly staff, high standard of cleanliness, low price. This is a budget hotel so the level of comfort is not high. Our room had no private bath so the shared bathroom facilities will not suit everyone. But they were spotlessly clean. Think of a very well run Youth Hostel. |
