Mauvaise insonorisation des chambres (on entend tout ce que fais ou dit le voisin + rue bruyante) Petit ballon d'eau chaude = douche parfois froide Petit dejeuner (pas de fruit et jus de fruits pas bons)

L'accueil de Laura a été excellent, j'ai oublié de laisser un petit mot dans le livre d'or, je le fais ici, ! Merci beaucoup! A conseiller, les yeux fermés. Bon emplacement, pas trop loin du centre.

Accueil très sympathique de la propriétaire, avec des conseils éclairés sur les transports les sites touristiques et les restaurants. Charme de l'appartement dans un immeuble typiquement romain et dans un quartier d'ambassades. L'inconvéniant de prendre le petit déjeuner à l'extérieur,à 50 mètres , a été pour moi plutôt un avantage d'un capuccino dans l'ambiance romaine du matin. Possibilité de cuisiner. Proximité de nombreux bus à 200 mètres.

L'ambiance un peu bruyante d'un restaurant mode juste sous les fenêtres ( mais bon , nous sommes à Rome !!! )

Laura who owns this cute little guesthouse is amazing, very helpfull and so friendly. If I ever come back to Rome, I will definetely stay there. Awesome location, all main seightseeing areas within walking distance. The guesthouse offers more than above, it is just a place you are looking for if young travellers but also for families. I stayed there with my mum and she was also very impressed.

We stayed one night at L'encanto, and would have stayed more if it wasn't already booked. Great value in Rome. Laura is so nice and helpful. Highly recommended.

Stayed for 2 days, before and after the cruise. The place is very clean and organized. Laura has been welcoming. I like the idea that you could use their computer to do stuff that you need to while you're there. Price is very reasonable. I will highly recommend it.

This is a well organized B&B who offered a thorough resource library for Rome and nearby vicinity. The staff was amazing too :))

OMG This B&B is the best!!! I love the room and all people(Laura inc guests) I chose this accomo coz I had flight erly morning so I wanted stay close to termini. I didn't expect so much nice place but actualy It is! I definately stay there when I back to visit!! thanks alot Laura!

In L'Incanto Di Roma you feel with good friends or relatives. Friendly atmosphere, very cleanly and comfortably. Laura met very friendly, gave all information on L'Incanto Di Roma, the city, transport and тд. All is thought over inside - there is all necessary for life: completely equipped kitchen (cups, plates, glasses, the refrigerator, a plate, a teapot, a toaster and тд.), an office with the computer, guidebooks in several languages and so forth information; iron, alarm clocks, umbrellas, shampoo, a plaster - everything that is necessary for life and even more :)

Charming, small B&B. Laura is so sweet and helpful. Clean and spacious. It was close to Termini, walking distance to major tourist sites in Rome, great breakfast at coffee shop around the corner came with cost, free WiFi. We'll be back!

I found this place to be very good for a b&B. Laura is very nice and helpful and has clear artistic inclinations. She'll provide you even with tourist info and a map (I used that very well). While the place is not in the center of the landmarks region, it is much more quiet (as quiet as it can get in Rome, I guess :) ). It is in walking distance from the Termini train station and the Spanish Steps and Fontana di Trevi (if you don't mind walking 15-20 minutes - I don't) and the zone is a good one. I did walk outside at 10-11pm and did not feel in any way threatened (as they say you feel in the Termini station's zone) so it is far enough from that. This is why I gave the location an excellent rating, not because it would be in the very center.

The breakfast is disappointing for a guy who likes serious breakfasts, but compared to Italian standards (cappuccino + croissant) it is good.

It is very cosy hotel with great hostess Laura. The hotel is in the old building not far from the main sights. Laura is always ready to help you. I enjoy staying in this hotel.

家庭型旅馆设计很温馨，女主人非常热情，人很好，浴室房间都比较舒适，厨房可以自由使用。

WIFI信号略差，离火车站大概15分钟步行路程。

Een kleine B&B waar we 3 van de 4 (of 5 ) kamers hadden. Mooi kamers met goede bedden. Laura is zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Een veilige locatie ook 's-avonds. Ca. 15 minuten lopen naar het dichtsbijzijnde Metro-station, maar je kan ook bus 62 nemen naar het centrum, de halte is dichtbij. Ontbijt in de keuken of (beter) bij Cafe Time om de hoek. Ik zou L''incanto di Roma de volgende keer opnieuw boeken.

Als je 's- avonds pas terugvliegt kan je je bagage niet achterlaten als je 's-ochtends uitcheckt. die moet je dan eerst naar Stazione Termini brengen en bij het bagage depot afgeven (ca euro 5 voor een halve dag). Je kan niet naar de WC als iemand aan het douchen is.

По услугам стандартный B&B. Всего 4 номера. Одна ванная комната для женщин, одна для мужчин. Завтрак включен, но не очень вкусный и питательный. Кухня предоставляется в полное распоряжение, можно готовить. За углом несколько приличных ресторанов. Комнаты довольно просторные. Хозяйка постаралась создать уютную, домашнюю атмосферу. Есть wi-fi и один компьютер общего пользования.

Отель расположен далеко от станции метро и остановок автобуса (минут 10-15 пешком). После продолжительных прогулок по Риму, это утомляет.

Freundlichkeit, Sauberkeit, grosses Zimmer, helle sympathische Ausstattung, Küche, Internetzugang.

Frühes Auschecken (10:30 Uhr) auch das Gepäck konnte nicht im Hotel verbleiben.

Laura var en sprudlande familjär person. Härlig! Frukosten var snillrikt uttänkt. Ordning o reda. Trångt men mysigt.

Cada detalle del hotel te hace sentir en casa. Me sorprendió que Laura nos recibiera con snacks aunque no fuera hora del desayuno. También nos dio información valiosa para visitar lugares de Roma. En el hotel disponíamos de cosas que normalmente no dispones: sombrillas, adaptadores, venditas... Además la decoración en cada rincón es una belleza. Realmente lo recomiendo.

El único pequeño inconveniente es el baño compartido, porque obviamente es más cómodo tener el propio, pero tampoco fue un gran dilema para mí.
