The staff speaks english and are really helpful. Very friendly and helpful if you have questions about Rome. WIFI is excellent.
The doors are poorly sound insulated so when you use the shared bathroom (known beforehand) gets quite loud and you feel that you disturb the other guests - specially at night. the shower could be a bit cleaner.
Location was great near the railways station and Metro which were both quite easy to use. Staff were helpful with information. Rooms were a good size for Rome. .Restaurant downstairs v good as well as restaurants nearby for choices.
Stairs. Breakfast area was a bit limited.
Close to Termini, so close to everywhere. Many restaurants and places to have a gelato nearby. Crew was nice.
Our bathroom had a leak. We don't know where it came from, but the floor was always wet. There was no face towel or bathroom mat and the shower box didn't close fully. Wifi connection was intermittent and very bad to use. The room was dated and small. Breakfast was bad. Wouldn't stay there again.
satisfied with my request upon arrival for breakfast gluten free, excellent choice of food Room space good
Bathroom space very reduce Paint and decoration of room very old No phone to contact reception-office from room TV-cable did not work at all, couldn´t see the screen clearly enough, suggest to install TV in a better position so it can be seen from both sides of the bed as it can be seen only from one side of the chair´s desk
The hotel is a nice place to stay for a low price. It is located near the train station. The rooms are clean and provided with the basic needs.
The owner is very unpersonal and tallen like a robot.
Room spotless, very clean bathroom, nice complimentary breakfast(cappuccino is great). Location is great few minutes walking from the main station, in a safe area. Staff was great, they helped me organizing my sightseeing and suggesting nice place to eat. Loved their restaurant (trattoria al camoscio d'abruzzo). Price is very good for what you get. Probably the best place is you are on budget.
the cappuccinos of their breakfast are really good. The room couldn't be cleaner ! we wnjoyed very much, and they even draw us a map of rome with the buses that was really helpful. We totaly recomend it !!
The location of the room, altough is very close to the center, has people passing near by. so in the night if you open a window to get some fresh air, it is really noise.
Breakfast has very few choise
Pino, the porter was excellent. Extremely helpful when asked about anything & offereing great service for breakfast. Thank you Pino!
the Hotel is 5 min walk from Termini Stazione, Super Markt in the next Street, clean, we had a good room with balcoon.
The breakfast was very small and always the same.. They should change the offer of the breakfast, open the kitchen during the day.
Good location. Staff/owner were helpful and friendly.
Very ordinary breakfast! Sewerage smell in poorly ventilated share bathroom.
The person in charge is really nice and happy to help you! The location is great, nice area, really close to Termini by a 5 min walk. There is a Trattoria downstairs where you can have luch and dinner, food there is really good!
They should improve the cleaning of the room. Their offer for breakfast is really bad. They should try to extend a little more the offer.
The owner Was always there to help us, he Was Very nice, speaks a good english, he helped us with everything we needed and the breakfast even when it is simple is good, the location was perfect to walk around Rome just expending two subway's tickets (one to get some place then walking till night and one ticket to come back), in The Main floor there is a restaurante which is Very good, awesome food, good price and they give u 10% off if you show them The card from The hotel.. The bathroom even when Was shared and small it Was always clean.. We would definitely come back ..
Really friendly and helpful staff, great location.
The location is near Termini Station.
The "hotel" is not more than a flat that its rooms are sublet as hotel rooms. - The door are thin. Every single guest guest who goes in the corridor is heard in the room. - The single room is extremely small. - The bad collapsed during the night. - No elevator to carry the luggage to the 2 floor. For the money I paid (38 Euro) it is better to add 5 EUR more and have a real hotel.
Location is wonderful, near termini train station and Castro P. metro station.
there is only one staff responsible for everything. The day we left we were supposed to have breakfast in the morning but when we left he hadn't showed up and it was 8:20. Breakfast time was supposed to be from 8 to 10.
good location. free internet and speed is so fast
because my room is near the breakfast room. so every morning is so annoying
nice simple room. decent location.
bathroom is shared.
Good location (next to Termini, safe neighbourhood). Kind host (luggage left there until evening on the day of departure). Good value for money. Breakfast was OK (pre-packaged pastries, coffee, juice - not much but enough to start the day). WIFI in room.
Shower outside of the rooms (it was known when I reserved it). No elevator. Window shutters could not be opened (broken opener?)
The staff was great. The hotel is great for the price - a place to stay with all of the basic necessities. The downstairs restaurant is also really good!
kitchen is klein
Near Termini, secured, English speaking staff
No lift, no toiletries
Our rooms were clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable. Coffee and juice and pastry was served, for a simple breakfast. Neighborhood is very nice and a short walk to the train station. The hotel is about a block from Independence Square on a side street with little traffic. The attached trattoria is excellent. The manager was very helpful, calling a cab for us when our own cell phones didn't work. Although a 'basic' hotel, it suited us very well. We would return and/or recommend this hotel to anyone needing to be near the train station during a short stay in Rome.
The location close to everything. The nice restaurant.
