Very good location, The room is very clean and beds are fantastic.
The WiFi is very slow.
Staff guided well for all the questions asked.
Staff was so kind. The room was clean.
The wall seems to be thin and I could hear all noise of the next door., such as water noise. It was a bit difficult place to recongnise for the first visit.
Really helpful staff always, whoever is on duty. Lovely clean rooms and a welcoming atmosphere.
there is very cold hotel. And they didn't anything!!!
The front desk OMAR very friendly.the facilities complete for us.because we have small kids.and the hotel very convenient to roma termini central.
Everything beginning from treatment.
Wish I could stay longer. Lol so, nothing to dislike!
great location 2 steps from the station, cleaning excellent, pleasant and helpful staff;
Price - Quality - the best Helpfull personal All is very good, except small room
size of room - small
great stay in rome, cleanliness, professionalism, courtesy and location!
only flaw Italian breakfast very good but I preferred the savory breakfast!
The kindness of the receptionist,who helped my son in the best way. Dimitris from Greece.
Good Internet but can't make up for rude noisy inconsiderate staff
Kept us waiting to check in. Tried to get us to leave our bags until the room was ready when they thought we were going to leave a room suddenly became available. Put us next to reception where they were excrptionly loud and non stop talking. Woke us up every morning. Hounded us every time we left the room even though they could see we were going somewhere (just to waste our time) Old rickety lift in a not so friendly neighbourhood and building. Not worth saving a couple of bucks. Go somewhere else.
The only advantage of this hotel is the location,close to termini
Expensive for what offers. Breakfast is only one coffee and a cake. Clean but you can find many other hotels cheaper and better.
The location of the hotel close to the Termini train station
The cleanliness, rusty and old furniture. Very noisy from the next rooms
The stuff was superhelpful and friendly. The room was basic but very clean. Awesome brekfast at bar next door included.
We got the the "double room with terrace" wich is wall to wall with the reception, so depending of the loudness and rudeness of the other guests there were days we would wake up as many as 6 times during the night/dawn.
Quiet place to sleep.
Facilities; no fridge, no glass, small thin towels...desk broken than to old...1 square for the price and what you have, you can choose easier better.
Modern and clean hotel
A bit far from main train station when you carry big luggage.
During check-in time no body is available at reception desk. and also disturbing due to our neighbors when start or use flush, shower and using washbasin its noise is also listen in our room during night..
Hotel very clean, the room looks new! staff really qualified and cute! All great! Hello Roma
Convenient location (all sights reachable on foot), clean, good Wifi signal, friendly staff..
Staff Location Value for money
The staff was really friendly and hopeful. I had missed my flight and they helped me sort out the checking in situation
Didn't have real towels, the walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors next door. Also th breakfast was just coffee and a croissant
One of the staff was very helpful and friendly.
The beds were extremely uncomfortable, we paid extra for a balcony but that meant we were right next to reception which was noisy. The bathroom was tiny and the breakfast wasn't even on site and was a lousy pastry and a coffee.
lovely staff, old structure, but well maintained, daily cleaning and accurate, very close to Termini station where you can get to the center by foot;
too many gypsies around Rome!
