Location is perfect, staff was very helpfull and a rooms are clean and modern. My family was there last year and we come this summer again. I can recommend it for good vacation in Rome.
First year when we come to Spagna Deluxe we have a problem to find it. Taxi drivers cant help us,and we must call hotel that someone come and show us a way to hotel. Next year we remember the way....
We liked everything.
Good breakfast good location friendly staff.
Nothing all good
The location is great, just a quick walk from the Spanish Steps and Metro. We had easy access to central Rome and it made for easy transfers to the train station and airport. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Also, the water temperature and pressure were great!
The hotel lay-out is odd, but not a problem. We had the room off the breakfast area and it was quieter than we expected in the morning.
Very good location, clean and comfortable room.
Breakfast was very poor quality. Chemical juice.
The front desk girls, Anna, Banji and another girl with Bangladeshi background were very friendly and courteous. They made all efforts to make us feel at home and did all they could to help us, provifing useful tips for going around the city.
Its a pity that Spanish steps have lost a lot of their charms due to never-ending maintenance work on the fountain, absence of Azeleas from the steps and, most of all, Bangladeshi street vendors selling cheap souviners and irritatingly pestering the tourists into buying their merchandise. Mr Maura, the manager could do with some courteous attitude towards tge guests. We stayed at the b&b for 4 days and were dissapointed with the quality and variety of items for breakfast. When I asked for eggs, cheese and non-white bread, the manager flatly refused citing some weird local 'rules'.
Great staff, service and value. Excellent location.
Excellent property...will recommend it to all my friends.
located in best part of Rome, with easy access to sites, restaurants, the Metro, etc. Mauro and staff the best. our comfort was utmost in their mind felt just like being at home
Location, owner was excellent in helping us with tour/sightseeing recommendations, very clean hotel.
The bed was the most uncomfortable we've ever slept in. After a day of sightseeing (and trying to adjust to a 13 hour flight), you need a good night's sleep. The mattress was old and uncomfortable (it literally caved in the middle so we were sleeping at a slant).
Location is a stone's throw away from the Spagna metro station. Hotel room is very well furnished and new;We were given the triple bed so room was spacious. Bathroom was nice, small but very good, stuff in the bathroom was high quality. Staff is super and we had a early morning flight and still got breakfast at 6am. Manager helped us with luggage and also advised us on touring the city etc etc. internet was very very good. AC rooms.
Not right to call it a hotel as it is a redecorated apartment in a huge building functioning as an inn. The reception is right outside the room and so it becomes noisy when other guests come and go or talk to the receptionist. You can constantly hear the doorbell and the phone ring as the guests need to be buzzed in. Elevator was manual and ancient and could not fit two people.Overall the staff and facilities are superb but the setting is not .
The stuff have a really good persionality and they are really helpful! Really like it... And will visit it again :-)
Location very central
Small breakfast area and limited breakfast selection No additional facilities I.e gym Wi Fi kept dropping
Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Great location. Decor in family rooms very high standard.
The position of inn spagna deluxe is very comfortable, near to the metro station and you can go everywhere on foot. The hotel is very clean every day and mr Mauro is very helpful as all the staff.
There is no wifi for iPhone.all the rooms are near to the reception but this is not a big problem.
Location, value for money
Very noisy, Wifi doesn't work with iOS devices
Ideally situated right next to Piazza di Spagna, it's the perfect place to start your daily schedule (visits, walks, shopping, nightlife etc.). Mr. Mauro is a very kind host, always with a smile and willing to give you all kinds of information, directions and advice you'll ask for. The rooms are very clean, very cosy, spacious, well-heated and provide hot water 24/7. We really enjoyed staying there.
-Wi-Fi connectivity had some issues..it kept losing and gaining signal every other minute..but it's something you're willing to live with since you're on vacation! - Breakfast was pretty standard (coffee, juice, pastries, no cold cuts) but we weren't looking for anything special either, so it was ok..
Fantastic location, tucked away in a quiet corner behind Piazza di Spagna. The staff is lovely and will go out of their way to help you. I go to Rome on business travel at least twice a month, and Spagna Inn is has become my favourite place in town: it's a bit like having my own little place in the Eternal City!
The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. The location couldn't have been better. Highly recommend this little hotel.
This is a hidden gem behind Piazza di Spagna. Excellent facilities, helpful staff and great value for money.
The Inn is a Boutique Hotel and functions much like a bed and Breakfast inn rather than a full service hotel. The Innkeeper goes above and beyond to help his guests with anything they need, even in My case a small loan of euros until I could get to a bank. The place is small by us standards but similar to other rome locations. Its' location is excellent just a few yards from spagna Square ( Spanish Steps) and close to dining and shopping. The inn has wonderful relationships with Local restaurants for excellent service. I enjoyed my stay there and would go back if my itinery was to the same area again.
There is nothing negative to say about this location. I saw a note that it was not easy to find but it is rather New so make certain to use the address for the driver 8 via san sabastino
The location is great
Location was Great next to Spanish steps and close to the Metro Station and shopping areas, Everything was close to us.. Staff are toooo friendly and helpful (Special Thanks to Mauro). Breakfast was poor in a small dining area. Wifi was good and available in the room. Room was clean, wide and comfortable.
Its not a hotel there is no Lobby, it containts 5 rooms only with samll dining area.
The hotel is in a fantastic location just round the corner from the Spanish Steps and Spagna metro station but is very quiet. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean.
