The staff went above and beyond to help us with booking tours, navigating the town, setting up taxi's, etc. Everyone was very friendly and helpful! Definitely felt like home away from home!
This guesthouse was perfect for my 5 day trip to Rome. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the middle of the city with the metro a 1 minute walk from the hotel. Room was clean and modern with high ceilings and a little balcony and a luxurious bathroom & staff were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this guesthouse to anyone looking to take a little trip to this city, value for money is absolutely fantastic!
You would not expect such nice place in a cheap neighborhood. Rooms are clean and big enough. Location is close to everywhere you would like to go. Metro station is just on your doorstep. The staff is helpful and nice. The guesthouse is kids friendly. I would definitely go back again.
it is located near the Termini station making travel arrangements to the airport and metro very easy. The hotel is placed in an old building, great for those who like heritage. The mattress and pillow were very comfortable.
the hotel has a small sign next to a big door on a rather big building. it was hard for me to find the hotel.
- Close to Termini station and metro - clean - good wifi
- a bit hard to find on first arrival - lot of stairs; but they do have an elevator
Rooms were large and clean. Close to the train station and within walking distance to tourist sites. Value.
Hotel is not in the best part of town. Hard beds, dated linen. No breakfast.
We had a big boiler in the balconythst was making amazing noice! Incredible!!! Plus staff was so impolite when we asked to changw the room. They changed it, but were impolite with us next two days of our stay.
That they advertise air conditioning and there is none.
Close to metro
Rome is a den of thieves. Would not return unless I was heading an invasion force. Weapons are illegal to all but the criminals
Staff were incredibly nice and helpful, room was very clean, shower was amazing, would definatly go back.
10 mins walk from the train station
The location was really central, the metro station is 2 minutes from the hotel on foot. The bathroom was nice. Although I haven't had much dialogue with her, the lady at the reception (maybe she is the landlady, I don't know) was friendly.
The doors/walls of the room were really thin, it becomes a problem when the other guests are loud. Also there were a few homeless people in the neighborhood but as far as I can tell, they don't bother anyone, so not really a problem.
TERRIBLE. Don't even think to stay there. We have stayed to the hotel only for the first night perforce, because we had arrived at the hotel at the midnight, and it was difficult to find another hotel. The reason for not staying in the hotel was that the room was terrible and very different from how is advertised with the pictures. First of all, the bed was very uncomfortable The room was dirty and smelled awful The window was not closing well so the room was cold There were two dirty things on the bed that we should use for a blanket and the duvet was dirty. There was an air condition but there was not a remote control in order to be able to use it The sink faucet in the bathroom was rusty and i was supposed to use this to wash my hands The toilet was cracked And the wifi was not working in the room. Finaly prefer hotels that are not near termini. It's very bad area.
Not change the towels. We cleaned, only paved the bed. It smelled somewhat. The area was filled with homeless and smelled the urine. The wi-fi most of the time not working. The bathroom had a shower only stable and was not easy to take a shower without wetting your hair. He had too much noise! Is above the Station and trams and bustle had all night.
The place was good value for money! Clean, comfortable and very central! Mirko
Staff asked for an extra €10 for a late check in even though I've previously called letting them know of our evening arrival! Not very friendly either!
We enjoyed our staying in this Guesthouse. Was very clean and the location is very near the Metro station. The personnel was very polite especially Gena!
Luck of some useful minor items
Bed was comftable and anice bathroom
The girl who worked on a night found her rude, the wifi only worked if u stood in the corridor u couldn't use it in ur room, the building itself is run down, and no signs outside to say we're it is there's a little intercom with innacentral wrote on,lots of homeless people n gangs especially on a night
the area is good and you are able to walk to all the sights by foot
the staff is very unfriendly and not helpful
Everything was good, we had a really nice time at the Inncentral Guesthouse!
We arrived a bit late, lots of people on the airport waiting for the bus, and lots of rain, as that was my first time in Rome, it took us a bit to find the hotel, but the staff was so good that they were waiting for us, and then next morning without any problems we found out that the location was really good, room was clean, bathroom as well. We left satisfied and happy to continue our trip.
Like I said before, room was clean and nice. But fact that behind the window was heavy traffic was a bit loud in the night. But I would recommend this hotel for the location, and for being so close to metro station.
> near to the train station > rooms were clean > Rome city center
> broken shower > low water pressure > lack of individual control air conditioning > not working wi-fi in the room, just down the hall
The room is big
Staff attitude is bad
good location, just opposite undergorund station, one stop to termini; pleasant staff who speak english fluently; there's a fridge which is useful
hotel's surrounding area seems dangerous, it's china town, a lot of homeless people; work of hair dryer is limited; fridge works loudly; you hear the noise from the corridor in the room; nevertheless i think this hotel is worth to be visited because of good price and really nice location especially for the students
The location of the place was in centre of city and good, almost all the attractions were easily reachable, metro was right in front, staff was good, the cost of staying was good.
The water supply was poor and cleaner never cleaned and pushed the rubbish under the beds, entrance to the hotel was nervy as you always came across people sleeping rough on street, and wi fi service is bad as it works on old router system and you will be lucky to get one or two bars of service on your laptop, the windows are Roman age and are very dangerous with young children, the trams go under the hotel entrance and it is hard to get rest.
Staff was friendly and the room looked as it was advertised.
Location in a somewhat dodgy neighborhood.
