Just behind Rome's Pantheon, this charming property is in a building that was once home to Giuseppe Garibaldi. It has air-conditioned rooms with LCD TVs and free Wi-Fi.
Score from 388 reviews Very good
In the historic center of Rome, Four Rivers Suites is just a 2-minute walk from the beautiful Piazza Navona square.
Score from 319 reviews Excellent
Nice spacious room, beautiful bathroom with warm water any time we wanted it. Clean room.
Double bed in the expensive suite was eventually two twin beds joined together. The room was cold and we had to wait for an hour for the aircondiction to function. No extraining blankets and no one at the reception to ask for. The room floor was moving all along on every step we took which was pretty scary.
Excellent location, very helpful host, nice comfy room.
It's our second stay in the hotel. First time we were in November 2014 and we like it so much that decided to return using first oportunity. Location can't be better - in a walking distance to all famous Rome places. No transport needed. Personal is very friendly and rooms are big enough and convinient. In room breakfast was wonderful too. Especially croisons - true masterpiece. Highly recommended. Viktor Lithuania.
Good location, right in between the Vatican and Colosseum. Easy to walk everywhere.
Location is perfect ! We also loved warm welcome and desire to help from Fabiana ! Room is quite big , clean.
Breakfast. Everyday same and for Italian standards quite poor. Building is under renovation . Only a few rooms face the light outside. The rest have a view on reparation. No normal blankets, only bed cover. Terrible bed with 2 mattrasses which make a hole in the middle. For long stay it was a disaster, waking up many times to put matrasses together.
eveything was nice. We loved the room : quite, and spacious adn vey nice, the localisation and the team, very friendly.
We have to pay 25 euros extra because we arrived late at night (23h30).
Location was perfect and we could walk everywhere. The room was wonderful, big and very clean. Free Wi-Fi in the room. Despite the room looks at the main road it was peaceful.
The building is under renovation and there is no elevator at the moment. It is under construction. So at the moment the big stairs is an issue. Not for us but for elderly people or kids.
Position is excellent, though the building is currently under renovation. You can reach Piazza Navona in a few minutes and the Vatican in a quarter on foot. Being a bed and breakfast, the reception is not always manned, so you should phone ahead and advice your arrival. The breakfast is quite ordinary, and is taken to your bedroom according to your instructions. WIFI is good, and so is the bathroom.
Although my room was overlooking a narrow side street and the windows had double glasses, a bit of the traffic noise from Corso Vittorio Emanuele was perceivable. Not a big problem, anyway.
It was Suites Room with beautiful view, excellent decorated with relaxing dark brown furniture and floor!!!
Very helpful staff, clean, great location. Manager was very attentive, helping us with directions and attraction tickets, couldn't ask for better help. Very enjoyable stay.
Gap down the middle of the double bed.
Location - in a walking distance to all plays of interest. Room is big enough, clean and quiet. Breakfast in room was very good too.
Our stay was too short... :-)
Location was perfect for exploring the city!
Great location, staff, and breakfast.
The bed was too hard. We should have been given better directions because the building they are in is under renovation, and it was a bit difficult to find.
Building street facade and court yard façades under renovation. Scaffolding erected everywhere. Visual impact and very Noisy in week days. Stay away at least 3 more months. Check in only before 8pm, additional fees after!
Knew the location would be perfect because it's near so many things, but wondered whether you could really get a good room for this value price. The answer is YES! It has limited services but that's a decent trade off for the price. Jazmin was absolutely over the top with her attitude and service. Probably one of the best we've experienced anywhere.
Room was clean and nice, but I had to go hunt down breakfast because they noted the time incorrectly. The price was too much for what it is.
It's in a building under construction so you have to walk through debris and such. Not marked well at all! Had to go into another hotel to find out how to get in and where it was.
The room is very large and out of the imagination. It was located in an history building over 100 years. It was considered to stay in a royal family and aside by the church and walk distance to Novana Square. Very convenient. The room servered breakfast is very good and plenty of the choice. The reception girl is very friendly and hepful to suggest us the daily tour in ROMA and the tasted restrauant for the lunch and dinner. It's better to take the airport bus to the St. Peter churh and take a taxi to the hotel to save the time even though it's not so far.
I travel a lot, so I get picky, but this is one of the best places I stayed at. Very comfortable, extremely conveniently located (Piazza Navona, Vatican a few minutes away). And very responsive staff.
it has no restaurent and other facilities
I booked this room from the airport after a delayed flight, not realising it was past the 10pm deadline. Despite this, Jazmin honoured the booking and stayed up until midnight when I finally arrived, due to a dodgy cab driver and my incompetence with a uncharged phone. Thank you so much, Jazmin, you're a star!
I left my sunglasses in the room and Jazmin sent them 1,000 miles to my home address for free upon request.
I would have preferred a shower screen instead of a bath, but that is personal choice and they do have other rooms with showers.
Jazmin who ran the front desk was amazingly helpful and very nice. She really made our stay, and went out of her way to accommodate us with whatever we needed (recommendations, storing luggage etc.). The location of the inn was absolutely perfect, walkable to all the sights we wanted to see in Rome. The restaurant right across the street was also fab. Loved this place!
I took my boyfriend and I a little while to find the place, and there's no pool or anything. But small price to pay for the centrality of the inn and loveliness of the place itself.
location, cleanliness, breakfast
noise from the street
