Location Friendly staff Helpfulness Value Comfort
Excellent location and value for the money. Very clean and very nice staff. Excellent for going out as it's steps away from piazza Navona.
Friendly staff. Jazmin was great. Room was clean, spacious and tidy. Breakfast is served in your room and good but you may need to double remind about changes in times. Room wasn't noisy. Wifi only stopped working on the last night. Apart from that, it was good for the other nights. Would recommend and stay again.
Does not have a 24hr reception so be aware if you are bothered. Wasn't a problem for me at all. Contact details are provided
Location great, walking distance to everything. Near Piazza Navona and numerous restaurants. Wonderful breakfast delivered in room. AC best in Italy. Huge bathroom. Maid service daily. A must stay.
Perfect central location in centro historico, Spacious and clean, Very attentionsd personel, Good windows (sound isolation)
No lift when arriving with luggages.
Excellent location, the room was really roomy and the staff very kind. The breakfast was in the room and way better than the typical croissant +coffee you get in other hotels in Rome. If we ever go back to Rome, we'll surely stay there again.
It can be a bit loud in the nights because of the big street
Position is the best. Clean. Silence. You have what you need. Abundant breakfast (as much as ou order the first day) and home made cake for free everyday.
Convenient location, close to Piazza Navona and a short walk to the Vatican. Great service from Jasmine at Reception and easy access to public transport. This hotel is a good choice for people who just want a place to sleep for two or three nights.
The receptionist is not considerate. Breakfast is terrible. No elevator
The room was very big and it had more of an apartment feel than a hotel feel. We only stayed here one night but I would definitely return on my next trip.
There is no lift so if you have a lot of luggage it could be challenging.
Location was great, a short walk from everything, especially Piazza Navona. Our room was exactly how it was pictured on the site. We had a great time.
Their was only one iron for all guests, and our safe didn't work.
Very convenient location. Lovely staff (Jasmine) at the reception. Spacious and clean room.
The traffic noise at night despite the double-glazed windows.
Wifi didn't work in all rooms Staff not always available Small sign
It was well located and easy to navigate all the different sites we wanted to see. Evenings were quiet despite a lot of restaurants and bars nearby, we never had a problem being awakened in the night. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The staff were delightful, extremely helpful and breakfast was served promptly when requested and was delicious. The air conditioning worked well and made the room very comfortable. Jazmin made our trip!! She had excellent recommendations for restaurants and site seeing opportunities that were different then the typical tourist agenda
Wifi was not easily available in our room-102
Position to all the sites and transport, close to piazza Navona and the river, breakfast included in price and the relatively quiet area at night. Comfortable bed and the air con works well in a good sized room. CIAO Jazmin
Hostess was charming, delightful, welcoming and could not have been more helpful or accommodating.
Location, a/c (heat wave in Rome), excellent bathroom, large room.
Outside doors close at 9 PM, no one on desk after 8 PM; business colleagues could not enter. No lobby for visitors.
Location is perfect, within walking distance of most tourist attractions. The building itself is old but actually the interior is new. The room is very clean, tidy and spacey, and the bed is in particular comfortable. Staff are very nice and in particular, Jazmin has been very helpful and even gave me a souvenir when I left. Breakfast is full of choices and tasty. I will definitely stay here again when I visit rome in the future.
This was our favorite of all the places we stayed while in Europe. The room was so spacious, the beds quite comfortable and the location made it easy to walk to many of the sites we wanted to see. Jasmine was so welcoming and gracious. Highly recommended.
This is the best hotel I have ever stayed, the fantastic room, the wonderful breakfast(you can have your breakfast on your bed),the most important is the friendly staff,I think Jasmine is one of the most lovely girl I have meet,I forgot my keys in my room so I can't get in it,she had left reception at that time but she came back for my mistake durning the midnight, really kind kind girl.Jasmine and this hotel made my trip in Rome perfect,I love it!
Jazmina is the very heart and soul of Rome Inn & Suites; a very cute and helpful personality. We had just a short walk to everything and we could take some rest in the afternoon to head for new sights and restaurangs later in the evening
no lift, too many steps to carry heavy luggage
Liked it all although there could have been more draws or shelf space for clothes and more hangers.
Everything was simply perfect, especially breakfast into the room.
A bit noisy location, but we used to it very fast.
love the breakfast in bed and size of the rooms
