Lage des Hotel ist sehr gut - gute Ambience, schöne Dekors - schöne Dachterrassen-Bar (leider überteuert) Zimmer sehr klein, hat nicht mal Schrank um Wäsche aus Koffer auszupacken |

Zentrale Lage als auch die recht grosse Terrasse welche Abends von Vorteil ist Selten so einen schlechten unfreundlichen Empfang erlebt. Da bereut man teilweise die Buchung ohne die Zimmer gesehen zu haben |

Es liegt zentral in Rom, hat gewissen Flair und Komfort und das Servicepersonal beim Abendessen ist außergewöhnlich freundlich. Die Rezeption ist mit zu wenig Personal besetzt. Der Fitnessraum ist zu klein und un professionell und das Zimmer hätte ca 4-5 qm größer sein können. |

Sehr gute Lage historisches Gebäude, nettes Personal sehr gutes und umfangreiches Frühstück. Alles im Hotel ist sehr teuer Getränke das Essen, ich hätte damit keine Probleme wenn das Essen einem fünf Sterne Hotel würdig wäre. Das Essen war nie richtig warm. Wir haben das Arangement Dolce Vita gebucht sie wollten und doch tatsächlich jeden Abend das gleich Menue servieren, hätten wir nicht reklamiert. |

Excellent staff - from bellboy, doorman, great concierge, reception staff,cleaning staff etc Every little thing was extra cost. Really annoying. Should include breakfast, and internet in one price - not extra expensive for every addon. |

Excellent location and over all was clean with that good old charm about it. Would not have the room we ended up with again , the noise of running water all night and bathroom very small |

It was a fine upscale business class hotel. Not a great vacation/family oriented experience. The concierge desk was not helpful, dismissive, and in the end quite dissappointing. This was over several attempts. The A/C was not real good and it was very hot in Rome which made sleeping less the perfect. |

The location near the Spanish Steps in Rome in excellent. The staff was inattentive and did not help me take my luggage to the room or show me where it was located. The room was extremely small for the price. |

Claiming to be 5 star but in my view the staff are down right rude especially the bell boys who feel that we owe them a living. They have an attitude problems and perhaps a racial one. Very dissatisfied with the bell boys. |

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Excellent central location at top of Spanish steps. Ideal for sight seeing and shopping. Noise from the room above at night time. |

The good location The hotel is old my luxury room was very small, I think the price rates are very high but the facilities, rooms etc are not similar like in another intercontinental hotel. During the night I heard different kind of noise specially a machine noise during the night. |

the location the rooms are way too small (but i think thats the case for all hotels in rome apparently), you get charged for everything. If you want to use an adapter. |
