the hotel is in the centre of the city. So we walked most of the locations. and so close to shopping centre The room was so small. And the window was small as well. I felt myself that i m closed in the box. And the ventilation was not working in the bathroom |

Convenient location Having stayed at the hotel in the past, I was very dissappointed this time. The room was very small. We were not allocated the room we booked and the staff were indifferent in manner to the point of surly. There was significant disruption in the lobby from building work and the area was very dirty. All in all, I felt the stay was a waste of money. I would not choose to stay at this hotel... |

Room is small for a price of 230,-- excl. tax. 5-star hotel rooms now a days have a small coffee pergalator for morning use. Gym is exceptionally small with only 2 cardio runners. No other facitlities like a pool or sauna. The room had a nice terrace with a a good view.Better experiences in Inercontinental N.Y., London, Dubai and Singapore |

We had a lovely corner room on the top floor of the hotel with 2 windows it is worth asking for a corner room as the views across the city were lovely. Our bathroom was small but clean. The hotel has a lovely terrace and the decor in the hotel is lovely. It is expensive to have breakfast or a drink in the hotel. |

I've stayed in other Intercontinental Hotels around the World, mostly on business trips. This one however is the first one I've felt at homewith a soft and warm welcome. It was wonderful, especially when you consider the size of the hotel. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and the staff had a talk and smile with you whenever you passed. I liked the relaxed but well run hotel feel... Expensive! But that is Rome! |

Very well trained and competent personell. Highly recommended for travellers wishing to grasp the best of Rome during a short stay. Perhaps more TV programmes for kids (cartoons etc) . |

Excellent staff--especially the duty managers and concierge staff. While our room was very comfortable, it was a tad smallish (appeared to be built for a single bed yet had a king wedged into it.) |

I loved everything about the hotel. The rooms were great and the beds were sooo comfortable. We had been in Italy for a couple weeks and it was the best place we stayed at!! |
