Hotellin sijainti on loistava.

Huone oli hyvin pieni, vaikka kyseessä oli executive huone. Huoneeseen oli siivoksen yhteydessä suihkutettu todella paljon jotain voimakasta hajustetta, joten en todellakaan suosittele allergikoille. Hotellin ravintolan hinnat olivat kohtuuttomia.

Excellent staff - from bellboy, doorman, great concierge, reception staff,cleaning staff etc

Every little thing was extra cost. Really annoying. Should include breakfast, and internet in one price - not extra expensive for every addon.

Excellent location and over all was clean with that good old charm about it.

Would not have the room we ended up with again , the noise of running water all night and bathroom very small

It was a fine upscale business class hotel. Not a great vacation/family oriented experience.

The concierge desk was not helpful, dismissive, and in the end quite dissappointing. This was over several attempts. The A/C was not real good and it was very hot in Rome which made sleeping less the perfect.

Claiming to be 5 star but in my view the staff are down right rude especially the bell boys who feel that we owe them a living. They have an attitude problems and perhaps a racial one. Very dissatisfied with the bell boys.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Excellent central location at top of Spanish steps. Ideal for sight seeing and shopping.

The good location

The hotel is old my luxury room was very small, I think the price rates are very high but the facilities, rooms etc are not similar like in another intercontinental hotel. During the night I heard different kind of noise specially a machine noise during the night.

The staff needs to be teached how to deal and treat costmers.

Convenient location

Having stayed at the hotel in the past, I was very dissappointed this time. The room was very small. We were not allocated the room we booked and the staff were indifferent in manner to the point of surly. There was significant disruption in the lobby from building work and the area was very dirty. All in all, I felt the stay was a waste of money. I would not choose to stay at this hotel...
