イタリア人のアバウトな所、ローマと言う観光地、独特の慇懃無礼が多少出ている。私はイタリア語が出来るの- でコレは言葉の問題ではなく、率直な印象です。インターコンチネンタルのグループとしてこの点は改善の必要- アリと思われます。 |

予約表示に従いジュニアスイート4名を予約したが、もともと不可能だったようで、通常のスイートルームにエ- クストラベッドを二つ入れるお粗末な対応であった。トイレのドアが閉まらない、高い朝食に十分な料理が提供- されないなど、非常に不愉快な宿泊体験となった。 出来ないような人数の客室設定を予約サイトに掲載するくらいなら、最初から掲載すべきでない。インターコン- チネンタルのブランドを信用して予約したが、建物も古く場所の利便性以外、何も満足するものがなかった。 |

スペイン坂からすぐの立地なので便利。タクシースタンドも目の前。事前に御願いしていなくてもエキストラベ- ッドをいれていてくれましたが、部屋が狭くてスーツケースをあけるのに一苦労しました。食事はルームサービ- スをとりましたが値段の割にはお勧めできません。ホテルから空港まではプライベートカーで６０ユーロでした- 。 |

room size was good very dated interior. Not just old, but worn out! Needs a major update, hard and soft goods, and facility. Not consistent with brand affiliation, unfortunately! Photos were very deceiving |

Excellent staff - from bellboy, doorman, great concierge, reception staff,cleaning staff etc Every little thing was extra cost. Really annoying. Should include breakfast, and internet in one price - not extra expensive for every addon. |

Excellent location and over all was clean with that good old charm about it. Would not have the room we ended up with again , the noise of running water all night and bathroom very small |

It was a fine upscale business class hotel. Not a great vacation/family oriented experience. The concierge desk was not helpful, dismissive, and in the end quite dissappointing. This was over several attempts. The A/C was not real good and it was very hot in Rome which made sleeping less the perfect. |

The location near the Spanish Steps in Rome in excellent. The staff was inattentive and did not help me take my luggage to the room or show me where it was located. The room was extremely small for the price. |

Claiming to be 5 star but in my view the staff are down right rude especially the bell boys who feel that we owe them a living. They have an attitude problems and perhaps a racial one. Very dissatisfied with the bell boys. |

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Excellent central location at top of Spanish steps. Ideal for sight seeing and shopping. Noise from the room above at night time. |

The good location The hotel is old my luxury room was very small, I think the price rates are very high but the facilities, rooms etc are not similar like in another intercontinental hotel. During the night I heard different kind of noise specially a machine noise during the night. |

the location the rooms are way too small (but i think thats the case for all hotels in rome apparently), you get charged for everything. If you want to use an adapter. |
