Location Great. Room Good Staff Friendly
Breakfast....Could be Better
comfortable bed great room oasis in a very busy part of the city close to the station air-conditioning staff very helpful
A little difficult to find - didn't know it was on the 4th floor - not notice on the ground floor.
We stayed here as we were catching an early train to Rome the next morning, for this purpose it was ideal as we didn't have to drag our cases far this place is literally on the doorstep of the station. It is very clean & the staff are lovely.
The location was kind of rough but this isn't a reflection on the b&b, a lot of the city is this way!
Don't be put off by first impressions of the building. Once inside the B&B area it is perfect. We were met by the owner who couldn't do enough for us. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was more than adequate - actually it was delightful, served by Francesca who also couldn't do enough for us. If we visit Naples again this would be our first choice for accommodation.
Literally a stone's throw from Napoli Centrale is this tiny, family run B&B on the 4th floor in a large, multistory building. We had a large, clean and comfortable room with a balcony (and view of Vesuvio). Although the room faced Garibaldi Piazza, it was quiet thanks to the double glazed windows. The host arranged a day excursion to Positano and a laundry service for us which was great. Francesca who provided breakfast was lovely and sweet and we managed well with broken Italian/English.
Breakfast was a quite small being Italian style. Great coffee, cereal, cake, Italian toast & jam, cheese & ham toastie and yoghurt. Some juice would have been appreciated. Fine for us but if you like a big western style breakfast, this is not for you.
Clean Attentive service Value for money
Location is convenient for overnight stay near station but I would recommend other areas of Naples if you want to see the city. It's safe but some might say it's not the nicest part of the city. Also hard to reach via small lift on 4th floor of non-descript building.
This place was amazing! Great staff, clean rooms and excellent location, minutes from the Metro! Upon arrival my friend and I were greeted with a smile and once the owner arrived he made us feel right at home. I would highly recommend this beautiful, modern B&B to anyone who wants to have a memorable experience in Naples!
Had an amazing time here. Central location, close to metro and train stations. It's a family run business and they make sure their guests are fully taken care of. The rooms are very spacious and modern, also extremely clean throughout. I left this place with warm memories and would definitely go back again when I'm in Naples!
I really enjoy the stay at the International Garibaldi, the room is very clean and the breakfast is very good! The staff is very kind!
I couldn't find it!! Poor directions/signage etc
Location very convenient, 1 min walk to the main train station. Facilities clean, welcoming and comfortable. Helpful staff.
This hotel is very near the main station and all the main sites of Naples are within walking distance. It also has air con.
The area outside is very seedy and someone tried to steal my bag.
For us it was really convenient location wise as we used Napoli as a stop to get to Pompei and Capri. It was close to the train station which is what we liked. The hotel is super clean, and comfortable - probably the best we stayed at during our month long travel through Italy and Portugal. Stefano is an absolute gem - very polite and eager to assist where possible. Loved the insulated windows which just drowned away all noise for a comfortable night's rest.
At night time it seems like the area could be a bit unsafe and was hesitant to walk out myself after dark.
For that price it was better than i expected. Metro is just across the street. 3 min away to Central Station. Staff and breakfast were great.
Closeness to the train station. only 50 metres from the station next to the Mexico bar. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms spotlessly clean with good airconditioning. Excellent value for money.
Surrounding area like a much of Naples is rather run down and dirty. Quite hard to find if you haven't done your homework.
Friendly, helpful staff and perfect location for me, as a train traveller. Lovely breakfast. Despite initial appearances of the outside of the building, I would definitely recommend this 'B & B'.
Bit tricky to find. The accommodation, which is to quite a high standard, is on the fourth floor of a slightly scruffy building. Once inside, however, it's lovely!
THE STAFF WAS GREAT, the location was near the train/bus station and it was easy to find your way about the city.
the area wasn't too attractive due to construction and lots of peddlers
Everything! This new B&B is awesome. Very clean, well located, helpful people. As some travelers had difficulties to find this place at arrival, we looked up the place at googlemaps. Thanks to one traveler picture of the entrance, it was very easy to find. We arrived at 11 pm and felt safe. Naples is a big city so there are people hanging around but they did not bother us. It is true that the owners don`t speak English well but that`s part of the deal when traveling to Italy. We find this B&B absolutely awesome... big thanks and compliments to the owners!
The hotel is a four - room Bed and Breakfast but was very roomy compared to other hotels in Europe. The staff is family run and they were wonderful - especially the lady that prepared breakfast every morning! I stayed in Room #4 and it was the best room of all with a shared balcony. You are also right next to the train station to go everywhere. WIFI was excellent!
Naples has alot of vendors trying to push their 'goods for sale' on you. There are quite a few of these vendors outside of the hotel but it was not a problem.
everything is good, value for money
Naples is a terrible city for visit.....i met three thiefs opend my bag...the hotel located in a dangerious place around look-not-good guys.......a really dirty city, although the hotel is good, locate in worng place
We liked the convenience to the railway station as we had to catch early train the next morning. Staff very helpful and courteous
This was a great place to stay and was great value for money. It was right next to the station which is great if you are traveling to and from Naples via train. The staff were great and very kind
Spacious room, very close to the train station.
The area is a little sketchy during the day - a lot of hawkers along the street below. The room we were in (room 1) shares a wall with the neighbours who were quite noisy until around 1 am.
Very nice host, helpful and accommodating
The location was great for us, close to the train and close to the bus to the airport. But if you want to stay in Naples for anything other than this, I would suggest a nicer area (down by the docks). The room was clean, very clean. The staff was helpful. The building that the b and b was in was a bit rough and ready but we felt safe once in the place. Breakfast was simple and the staff was really friendly, it is just the fact that it is in the type of area that it is in that lets it down. We particularly liked the bath!
We both liked and disliked the location.
