it is just near to the train station!

the everement is not clean, he didn't change the sheets，didnt clean the room，and the staff is not kind person, he is rude，all thing is terrible！

The room is grand though its not the original site.

weak door, even me can break it; signal of the internet is so weak; lighting of the room is so poor.

Location. Close to tourist attractions and some nice cafe

People work there look very serious, the hostel doesn't have a common room for socializing, and the kitchen only opens a few hours during the day

Staff are really friendly. And it's close to train station and central market.

We went there at the end of March and the heating system didn't work. It was freezing at night. The air conditioner went on strike too. Secondly, not enough toilet paper to use.

No safe closet to put my laptop. The disk opening hours are very limited however you can reach them by phone.

It's ok in general.

The address and the staff. When I came there, I had to call them via cell phone 3 times: 1 - to ask for the address, since they have double number in that street; 2 - to ask for opening the main door; 3 - to ask for opening the inside door. In the 2nd and 3rd time he was impolite, he said "now you open the door and..." And I said I couldn't open it. He almost yelled at me "I said now you open, do you understand English? Now you open, now you open!" And hung up the phone. When I called back to ask for the code since I remembered wrong, he almost laughed at me. And in the morning, I had to wait for him to come to check in and check out. The rest, it's ok. One more thing: the mosquitoes!!!

When we ask reception in the next morning that why you put all tv, air conditioning ... in the booking.com, he said in the Intalian version it is not available. I cannot say anything as I do not know Italian. Very unconvenient as Italia this reason is very hot. And when we leave, We need to pay again for the this so call key deposit. He want to keep money to assure that guest do not forget to leave the key. And of course, you will nerver get back this kind of money. Very bad house, very bad reception. I will not come to this house again. Sorry!

I think they could be more friendly with the guests and should have one more bathroom!!!

È praticamente al centro di Firenze in zona tranquilla 5 min a piedi dalla stazione centrale Ostello molto tranquillo ottima ospitalitá ci ritornerei sicuramente

El hostel esta bien por lo que se paga, aunque estuve en otros lugares mas baratos y mas confortables. Queda cerca de la terminal por lo que es una buena opción si se llega de noche o a la madrugada. Es limpio y tranquilo. Hay wi-fi y se puede usar la cocina en los horarios permitidos.

Es muy oscuro. La recepción esta disponible de 9 a 12, osea que el resto del día no ves a nadie, yo llegue de noche y tuve que llamar para que me abrieran. Cuando llegas te pide un deposito de 5euros por la llave(como en todos lados) pero como nunca hay nadie, cuando me fui no me los devolvieron y no me iba a quedar esperando por eso!! No te podes quedar dentro de 9 a 13 porque es el horario de limpieza.

O quarto é bem amplo e tinha banheiro dentro do quarto (quarto pra 8 pessoas). Estava relativamente limpo. A localização é excelente pra quem pretende chega a cidade de trem, fica a 5 min a pé da estação de trem S. M. Novella. Tem bastante opção de restaurantes e transportes próximos ao hostel e você pode caminhar até muitos dos pontos turísticos.

Logo na entrada o lugar cheira a mofo e tem uma escadaria gigantesca, sem elevador. Eu estava com uma mala grande e pesada e só consegui subir porque meu amigo, que estava viajando comigo, me ajudou. Os atendentes são grossos e mau-humorados, trataram de cuspir todas as informações rapidamente e nos despacharam. Essa foi a única vez que vi a recepção aberta durante os 3 dias que estive hospedada lá. Só consegui usar o wifi porque pegamos a senha quando chegamos, porque nos outros dias não havia nunca ninguém para ajudar, apenas um telefone para emergências. Se o turista for de fora da itália e não tiver créditos no skype fica difícil e caro ligar pra um número internacional pra chamar alguém da recepção.

camera confortevole, anche se con bagno in condivisione. Possibilità d'utilizzare la cucina. Ottima la posizione!!!

Centralissimo e a due passi dalla stazione SMN, personale disponibile, stanze ampie

Rapporto qualità - prezzo (dove lo trovate un posto a 15 euro a notte a meno di 500 metri dalla stazione di Santa Maria Novella?). Se siete persone un poco più esigenti, c'è il Baglioni dall'altra parte della strada...

I capelli biondi e lunghi sulla trapunta (io sono castano corto)

Las fotos de las habitac.no corresponden en absoluto;ni colores, ni cuadros ni nada bonito, al contrario.Estuvimos solas en otro edificio;al llegar nos quedamos encerradas porque el picaporte estaba ROTO,y aún sabiéndolo, no nos vinieron a buscar,NO teníamos internet ni cocina(que sólo se puede usar durante 2hs a la mañana, y 2hs a la noche;nos echaron de la cocina y al cenar,el recepcionista se venía a la cocina a vigilarnos y a fumar!con las ventanas abiertas, con el frio que hacía!habiendo un cartel que prohibe fumar!!). No hay lugares comunes.La única computadora que había estaba ocupada por el dueño o por el recepcionista.Nos volvieron a cobrar el 10% de la reserva (dijeron que Booking se había quedado con el dinero y que teníamos que pagarlo).Nos cobraron más de 1euro (que decía en booking)del impuesto. El dueño es muy desagradable y mal educado. Dijo que por 15€, qué pretendíamos?? Un desastre de lugar, un asco el trato que recibimos. No lo recomiendo. Son unos sinvergüenzas!!

Va assolutamente depennato dalla lista booking, non è da booking.

Очень удобно расположен

Очень безотвецтвенный хозяин, собственно из персонала видила только его. Когда приехали, нас ни кто не встретил, пришлось звонить на итальянский номер мобильного и как оказалось хозяин совершенно не говорит на английском и в гостинице появляеться очень редко, даже не приходит вечером что б включить отопление.

La posizione è ottima, vicinissimo alla stazione ferroviaria, facilmente raggiungibile. Se non si vuole spendere troppo è un compromesso sufficiente.

Mancano le scale sui letti a castello, anche un asciugacapelli non guasterebbe. In generale la pulizia potrebbe essere migliorata

Ужас! Никогда не выбирайте это место!!! Лучше чуть -чуть доплатить или пройтись подальше от ж/д вокзала, но не повторяйте нашей ошибки!!! На столько грязного и ужасного номера и мест общего пользования ещё нигде не видели. Раздавленные тараканы на стенах, стол в комнате загаженный птицами( видимо с улицы притащили), и самое главное: опарыши на тряпке на кухне!!! Я не понимаю как букинг сотрудничает с данным местом. Это реально удар по репутации...
