Eurostars International Palace    

Really enjoyed our stay at Eurostar - we had a large room with a Lovely bathroom and even a fantastic balcony. Great location for walking to all of Romes sites. Close to many different eating spots. Helpful staff to point you in the right direction. Located on a Main Street so easy to find your way back after spending a day lost in rome's streets.

Elevator is tiny & a bit slow, and the wifi wasn't working when we there

I think we were upgraded as we requested a second bed in the room, for the standard price. The room had two nice clean bathrooms, living space, and huge balcony with a view of the city. I was supposed to switch rooms to a single as I was alone the last night, but they offered to let me stay in the same suite. One evening we called down to the front desk when getting ready to go out and asked if there was a local restaurant that would deliver, the guy from the front desk went out and bought us pizza from an outside the hotel restaurant and delivered to the room. Cant beat that.

My friends did not get the upgrade and were in a standard room, they were small.

That's an easy going hotel, close to the center. Value for money especially if they upgrade you to one of their bigger rooms on the top levels. Anyhow a decent hotel to stay for 2-3 days.

High quality accommodations but small rooms. Nice breakfast and very helpful, English-speaking staff!

Air conditioner would not cool well. Room was very small. Hotel advertised free Wifi but there was none.

The staff were very friendly and assisted us with booking some tours. The location was very convenient to the train station and we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice lobby. Very well situated by Termini station and public transportation. Clean room and nicely decorated.

Lack of electrical outlets. Triple room was really the size of a double with an extra twin bed. Price should have included breakfast.

It was close to everything we wanted to see in Rome

I booked this hotel for my parents. I made the reservation on my credit- card credit-card and it was said that nothing would be charged on my credit- card. When my father left the hotel he paid for the entire stay plus some other expenses. But my surprise was when I got a call from my credit- card company, three days later, saying that I was being charged for some hotel in Italy. When I added the values I was being charged I found out the amount was the same amount of the reservation I made through the booking.com website. Do not book on this hotel for you or anyone if you don't want to be robbed and pay double.

Room 601 on the 6th floor (1 queen size + 1 single bed) for a couple with a kid was large and very comfortable with divided sleeping section, with new furniture, extremely quite and clean.

The view from the windows was ugly (this is the price for having a quite room), the single bed was creaking awfully (every time our son was turning around he waked us up), the WiFi is free of charge, but extremely slow - almost useless.

Junior suite, very basic, we were in 606, wooden floor badly scratched, ceiling water stained, shower tap fell of wall, no evening turn down, no tea making facility top up, no iron available on a sunday!! patio furniture no seating cushions, plastic patio plants, artificial dusty room flowers, no room info re Rome sights, travellers tips etc, no bath robes minimum bathroom amenities, continental blast consisted of tinned fruit, carton juice, packet jams and butters. Not really what we had expected, sorry to say.

Hotel room was great. Lovely bed, very clean bathrooms - fresh towels every day. Very lovely staff. Rome was beautiful and the hotel was easy access to everything including the metro (subway), which allowed access to the Vatican City. The food and wine in the restaurants in Rome was delicious, albeit a little expensive.

Street sellers in Rome were quite annoying at times.

The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet.

The dining-room was rather spartan and breakfast was very basic.
