Hotellet er meget centralt beliggende. Der er en rigtig god morgen-buffet. Gode værelser Der var håndværkere under vores besøg (på etagen over). Det er helt ok, men man skulle lige advare gæsterne om, at de starter kl 07:30!! |

Placeringen i byen er perfekt. Værelset er mere smart end praktisk - især badeværelset. På trods af at vi havde booket to værelser og gjort opmærksom på, at det ene var til vores barnepige virkede de uforberedte på at vi kom med et barn, hvilket førte til en irriterende diskussion på ankomstdagen. |

God beliggenhed, pænt vedligeholdte bygning og værelser, men det gode indtryk overskygget af en grim lugt, som kom fra ventilationsanlægget. Morgenmad med i prisen. |

The hotel was very centrally located, the Staff were friendly,the Breakfast was good and Waiting staff in both restaurant and bar/snack bar were both friendly and efficient. Our room was at the front of the hotel and It was very noisy, the noise continued throughout the night. |

Nice and friendly staff not what the website showed, it had small rooms for two people, which really should be single rooms, we reserved five double rooms and all of them small, i think they were all single rooms, when we complained we were told the hotel was fully booked |

Modern equipped rooms. Perfect location on Via Nazionale with busstop in front of the door, subway close by and shops wherever you look. Walking distance to Piazza Venezia and Collosseum. Excellent cappuccino in the cafeteria across the street! The rooms are a bit small and noisy. Luckily we weren't on the busy street side, but had to give up a view for it. But hey, its dark at night anyway ;) The inner courtyard is being renovated. Oh, and the pillows are a bit flat. |

For some reason, I did 2 reservations for 3 nights; 1 starting on thursday and the second starting on friday; booth rooms were booked started on thursday ; the hotel has refused to change the reservation and was unflexible; they ask me to contact you to negociate and that's what I did; you did call the hotel and they did refuse to modify I had to pay the night of thursday for nothing and add a nig |
