Very nice breakfast buffet. Room was fine, good location, friendly staff. The internet connection was problematic: it was ok for 15-20 minutes, then was lost, the reception staff had to reset, it was ok for 15-20 minutes, and all over again. The building is a little confusing... I took the wrong elevator, and had to wander around to find my room... the reception stuff could have been a little more specific on directions to reach the room. |

Location was excellent. Sound-proofing in the room was terrible, so much so that you could hear a person in a neighbouring room snoring and blowing their nose!! Also the rooms are small and even the "superiour" ones leave much to be desired. |

Clean junior suite and located close to Termini Railroad Station in Rome and sites. Upgraded decor. Cleaning staff and receptionist staff need to be more friendly. |

Location is perfect, in the middle of Via Nazionale, less than 5 minutes from the Reppublica metro station and a bus stop is just outside the hotel. Staff was extremely kind and willing to help you with anything, checking in and out was easy, and the receptionists were speaking good English also. Breakfast was satisfactory with a variety of options. Despite being not the cheapest,I would surely recommend this hotel to anyone. There seemed to be always a certain lack of space everywhere, from the rooms to the elevator and the lobby etc. but I think that is due to the buildings' architecture. There is also a little noise from the street, but nothing much. Breakfast buffet got a litle repetitive after a few days, only some cakes changed during the week we stayed there. My friends found the wi fi expensive, but there is free internet on a room with 2 pc in the ground floor that proved quite useful. |

The location was very good. Close to most of the tourist must sees. All within walking distance but hotel staff did tell us to use the metro which was probably more time consuming. Nice and clean, bathroom probably as big as room The room was very very small. The smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in but for our 1 night stay in Rome it was ok, since we didn't spend much time in the room. |

The position in the city. It isn't expensive. The room was little (it was a standard room) and window shows a wasted court. The shower cabin was broken and no one has adjusted it before my arrival. The shower was clogged. In the bathroom there was no powerplug so was impossible using electric shaver. Breakfast was made with economic products. |

The hotel is very conveniently located in the city centre. The room was comfortable & very nice. The special attention is for breakfast, in my opinion, this article deserves the highest estimation, and whenever possible, an additional beyond praise to a restaurant management. Thanks, it was a pleasure for me to stay in this Hotel ! no lab top for the guests to use in the room |

Location is great. The beds were horribly uncomfortable. All six beds in our party were broken down and you could feel the springs pop through. We requested another bed but they could not accomodate us. We had an eight month pregnant woman and a 63 year old woman with a bad back in our party. |

The staff were very helpful, especially as we do not speak Italian. They may arrangements for us and gave advice. The hotel had a good fell about it and was nicely decorated and clean. Great location The room was a bit small for three adults, and the single bed was not comfortable at all...it had quite a dip in the middle. The heating was set far too high ( something we found in other European hotels), and the towels had a peculiar smoke like odour. Small "complaints" in an otherwise comfortable hotel. |

Location is excellent. very central this was my 6th trip to Rome and this hotel was the most central The bed was extremly small for a double and the room was far too small to be used as a double room No. 419. You had to climb over the end of the bed to get up the side as TV table in the way both bed and press corners met. I am returning to Rome again in Feb 2010 but will not be staying here. |
