Eurostars International Palace  

The location of this hotel is fantastic within walking distance of many of Rome´s attractions. Room was clean and functional. Breakfast buffet excellent. Staff friendly and efficient. Great value for money. Would go back any day and highly recommend.

They gave me a great room with a balcony at the back, it was nice and quiet. The decorations are lovely, and I love the marble floors in the entrance.

Unfortunately a glass was broken by a cleaner and not swept up and I cut my feet. The showers are too small.

I didn't like the bed bugs that came with the bed,no tea making facilities

Location is the only plus for this hotel.

I would not recommend this hotel in anyone. The rooms are in very poor condition, the shower is so small that it can hardly hold one person. The cleaning staff was quite rude, the breakfast buffet used to be a mess ...I had to collect my own cutlery, linen from other tables because the tables were not set up. There is no tea or coffee making facililties in the rooms and when I ordered my tea in the morning the water would always be cold. Apparently they don't know that you need boling water for hot tea. In short, my experiences were very poor and I would not go back to this hotel ever.

Very good location, excellent staff, the place looks great for a 4- stars hotel.

The breakfast was good, but the coffee was horrible, I dare say the worst coffee I ever had!

Good location. Walking distance to major sights. Smiling and helpful staff. Good price compared to other similar hotels. Had a leakage one night and was transferred to another room instantly and was offered free breakfast as an apology. I liked how the staff was trying to be helpful at all times.

Pair of slippers were available only for vip guests but was provided free of charge when insisted (shouldn't have to insist). Bathroom had a bad smell (Room #524). Unable to lock doors from inside the room. Wireless coverage was bad, could be better. Tv has only one or two english channels.

People from staff are great. Very good service
