Eurostars International Palace

This hotel was great value for money and in an excellent location for all the major tourist sites of Rome. The rooms are small but very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Eurostars is in a great location, between Termini and the Forum and Palazzo Venezia. The room was great with air conditioning a necessity in a hot time of the year in Rome.

The room is very very small which makes you feel so depressed. No air conditioning in the room at all. The ventilation is only for fan. We told the reception but was told it took some time to cool it down. In fact, there is no air conditioning available in all the rooms in the entire hotel! I couldn't sleep the whole night and was so frustrated after a long day sightseeing. Mini fridge blows hot air somehow. TV only shows blue screens. For a 4-start, there is only shower in the bath room which is tiny tiny itself. In summary, nothing really works. Anything you care doesn't work. Anything you don't really care is there e.g. they provide tooth brush and tooth paste...

The hotel was very close to all of our interests and this made it easy for us to see all the things we were interested in without having to pay for car rental or taxi's

The location was good and the rooms were clean

The hotel air conditioning did not work despite multiple employees telling us it did just to shut us up. The manager would not meet Qwith us and several other couples but rather did the cowardly thing of leaving the poor front desk employee to deal with all complaints. She could not have been nicer but was continuously lied to by the technician and manager about the status of the air. The street was also very noisy and the breakfast actually made me a little ill.

Location is good

all room facilities was old. Awful service, unhelpful and somethimes rude. The room was very smal and uncorfotable. There is no air conditioner. Our windows look on yard. And every morning we woke because of someone`s talking loudly in the yard. We cant even see the sky, because of tightness of the yard. Absolutely awful breakfast. noone from the staff pay attention to you. The salad was spoiled, pineapples turn sour. I will never stop in this hotel. it may have 2 star, not 4!

The location was good and the hotel was convenient for sightseeing in Rome as it was only a 15 minute walk from the coloseum and Trevi fountain.

We chose an economy room which I wouldn't recommend as the beds are far too small for two people.

Excelent as usual. I stayed at this hotel two times before this one, and It´s still a great hotel, excelent.

When our air conditioning didn't work they promptly offered to move us to another room. The included breakfast was very good with lots of choices.

The stuff was not helpful and friendly, specially the security at the front door, I was carry 2 big suit case, even he saw I had troble to carry them in to the hotel he just stood there are a model doing not thing, and I was help by other travellers. Very bad attitude. Never stay there again.
