The hotel is in good location, easy access to attractions by walk. Attitude and service from reception staff was a bit cold. |

Cleaness of the room and location. I reserved a junoir suite for 7 days for 3 people, however I was given a very small room with 3 beds. We couldnt move in the room. I talked to the recerption staff and they tried to convince me that this was their Junoir Suite! Next day they moved us to another room which again was small. Later we talked to the manager and he moved us after 5 days to a Suite and promised he wouldn't charge us for the junoir suite. We only will pay the rate of a regular room.of course this did not happen. When we checked out, we had to pay the whole amount becuase it was saturday and the manager was not available and he did not pick his phone even though we stayed there for almost one hour waiting for him to call back! He didn't leave a note to the staff! |

Friendly staff who spoke very good English, good internet and breakfast faciliaties. Excellent location to transport and walking distance to most major sites. Room was very small, basically king bed took up the whole room. Difficult to even fit our luggage in the room. |

They helped me to find the right sockets to use on my mobile phone and camera's charging. The toilet is very dirty! There is a big bad smell in the toilet......!!! And the room is no connection for the internet. Even I bought the WiFi card from the Receiption, that could not use in the room, you need to connect the WiFi in the hotel lobby. |

The location of this hotel is good, it's in between the Trevi fountain and the colosseum. The free internet was also a bonus. The rooms were extremely small with one tiny single bed for two people. The hotel staff were also un-friendly and not helpful. I wouldn't stay here again. |

The hotel was well appointed and breakfast was very good. The location was ideal and access to email was available. Staff were very helpful and we had no issues with our stay - which is always good. |

Brilliant location and impressive enttance hall Our room was tiny although it was supposed to be a junior suite for three people. My 15 year old was on a 'put you up' bed, not what we were expecting for 230 euros per night. They did advise that any guest who has stayed there before knows to ask to stay in the older part of the hotel, not the new part but there is no information about this on their website. |

The room was fair and clean. The staff service was very good. the hotel was over priced and not central to the city's cites as it was stated the walk was well over 20 min. to any sites and the bed was not very comfortable. |

This hotel has the perfect location for site seeing.... ten min walk to nearly all of the major attractions. Bus stop directly outside. Hotel itself was clean and staff very helpful. Only down I side is the street that it is located on is very busy and if you want a lie-in, in the morning you probably won't get it here. It was fine for us as we were up by 9am to see the sites. |

Good location for seeing the major sites in Rome and easy access to transport. We reserved a room with a French sized double bed and were given twin beds. The room was small but it was a budget room so no real complaints there. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. When we arrived there was a bucket outside our room which the cleaners had been using and it was still there hours later. Would not classify this as a four star hotel. Bar area was pretty poor. |

The hotel was in a great location, easy to find. We had the suite and our room was very very nice. When we booked the hotel, it said we go free breakfast and shuttle back to the airport. But when we got there, breakfast was 15 euro each and the shuttle back was not offered anymore, so they told us. So they need to update their info. |

Location is good. I thought the breakfast was very expensive - Euro15 per person. No option to choose / pay for one item i.e. cereal. There were no leaflets / guides to show you events or trips! |

Staff was helpful with directions and recommendations with local cuisine. Bed too small for two, pillow too flat (may need two per person). Some staff at the front desk can try to be a little more friendly. They must assume that as tourists, we do not know enough. Answering the same question every day can be boring, but no question is stupid and that they should be handled courteously. |
