My Upgrade Cleanliness Breakfast Location Staff
Pillows,To Hard. Mattress To Hard. Shower over Bath No Exaust fans in Bathroom No Clock radio/Alarm
Good location. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable.
Outside of hotel unrecognisable from internet picture. Entrance set back from busy street with no obvious signs to find it.
Staff was very nice and professional, rooms were spacious. Location is good, close to Termini station, Roman Forum, Trevi Fountain.
It was a very nice surprise when they decided to give us a suite for the price of a classic bedroom. It was spacious with a terrace. We ordered room service because it was our last night in Rome and we had to do a lot of packing. The food was delicious. The staff was helpful and friendly.
Nothing. Every thing was good. Maybe the breakfast can do better with a little more variety.
The location is excellent for all the attractions within walking distance of most. Excellent rooms and service throughout our stay with friendly and helpful staff on reception.
Cant think of anything just that lifts were small and had to wait for lift for a while.
everything, awful room, furniture, water in bathroom only cold or too hot, no normal temperature, awful internet connection, awful staff, blocked 2 times money on my credit card , instead of taking the rest
Location and quiet rooms
Walking distance to most attractions, including train station.
Wifi kept disconnecting. Breakfast room very cold in decor. Poor breakfast choices.
Everything!Perfect location, clean and big rooms, large bathroom. Warm service and fair price.
Very pretty lobby - provides a nice Roman ambience. Across a supermarket.and near the Termini rail station, walkable to the forum and colosseum etc. Hotel is o.k for a basic less expensive stay in the city.
It's essentially a no frills hotel, even though they do provide a minibar and amenities [ shower cap, sewing kit, lotions]. There is no seating capability in the room - one chair only, so you cannot eat a sandwich or read in the room.Poorly lit. No hot water pot or coffee/tea bags.
This hotel is in an excellent location. You can reach practically everything on foot (except the Vatican). There are nice shops and restaurants around and the staff was very helpful, especially Alissia. The breakfast is not big but nice and tasty. I would stay here if I visit Rome next time. Cheap compared to what it offers.
Just some minor things, the bathroom door handle kept snapping off and the window was hard to open. Trivial things considering the location, services and price.
Friendly, helpful staff available 24 hours a day. Clean and comfortable. Honest staff who returned my credit card when I had dropped it under my bed!! The barman was lovely. I wish I had noticed his name.
Bar and restaurant not open long enough.
near the main tourist areas - 10 mins walk to Forum, Trevi 10 mins the other way...20 mins from Pizza Novana...good restaurants near by. Room was ok but it could be bigger. Sound insulation done but you can still hear traffic around the front. Breakfast is good overall. Friendly staff although always busy.
Bathroom size needs to be bigger and updated. Shower too small. Range of toiletries needs to be better for 4 star. Self service for breakfast coffee.
Location and quality of the hotel.
Wifi service should be better.
all in all very bad i book a junior suites and the junior suites in this property is less than any standard room in the same categorie
Breakfast is expensive.
Locality good Clean and tidy Value for money OK
Back view into rubbish area . Could have been cleaned to a more acceptable standard.
a central location to most places. All within walkable distance
Rooms are really outdated. If they just changed the quilt cover and put some brighter lights in the room it would make such a big difference!
Great location, clean hotel friendly & helpful staff, good breakfest what more do ypu need ?!
The location is good, you can travel outside by buses and metro within 3 three minutes walking. But if you would like to travel with hop-on-hop-off in Rome, the station seems a little bit far (about 10 minutes walking).
The shower was too high to use, about almost 2 meters high!!! I have to hold it by hand... that is really terrible...
Staff was cooperative cleanliness and good location
Wi fi was very poor there were no signals of wifi in rooms
Comfortable hotel full of international travelers like us. Front desk staff gave us some good restaurant recommendations, but the restaurants we found were better than their recommendations.
The whole train station area is a bit downtrodden. We felt safe, and the hotel was centrally located. I would feel comfortable, recommending this hotel to others.
The location was wonderful with great restaurants in walking distance. Short walk to food, bus and train station.
The beds and pillows... I found overall in Europe they have never heard of pillow top, memory foam or down pillows. The mattresses are very hard and the pillows are as flat as pancakes. We Americans are very spoiled to their bedding
The hotel is comfortable and clean. It's walking distance from a subway station and there is a lot of shops and restaurants around. Walking distance from Imperial Roman monuments.
Location is not the best to visit Renascence monuments. It's far away from Piazza Navona, where you can't reach by subway. The room and bathroom were small and old, but in nice and clean conditions. The shower has an annoying curtain that make a stand-up shower a little uncomfortable. In another city I would consider the price too high, but seems it's in Rome standards.
- Furniture are very old
