WiFi signal was weak in the room
As you have bath with warm water suddenly the water was getting cold and then agian too hot.they didn't repair it.the blanket reminds me the same that we had In The army.not suitable for a 4star hotel
very bad wifi bad smell from towels poor quality of shower the water leakes from the toilet to the room in this 4 star hotel !! bad and old furniture poor value of money I hated Roma because of this hotel !
- Poor wifi at rge the rooms
We had a nice executive floor room with a terrace Walking distance to sightseeing
The roof was leaking, we got a proposal to change the room, but since it was only 2 days left we decided to stay
Accommodation Reception Staff excellent Central location
Lovely staff Good location Nice breakfast
- Poor and unreliable Internet connection - Need to log in to WiFi everytime after you lock your phone/laptop
Staff helpful and pleasant when we had a leak in our bathroom ceiling. Offered a change of room but we decided we could cope as it was nearing midnight and seemed too much hassle. They supplied towels to mop up and the next day left a bottle of prosecco by way of apology. Bus stop at the door and plenty of places to eat on the doorstep.
1. Front Desk Reception - Very professional and accomodating staff...they make you feel welcome and do a great job in customer service despite being so busy all the time with arrivining guests. Meet Canadian standards. 2. Great location - walking distance to most attractions and Termini train station 3. Room and beds - clean and comfortable 4. Would recommend to all - if we were ever to go back to Rome we will definitely stay in this hotel again. They made last few days of our trip in Rome worthwhile.
10 minutes walking distance from Roma Termini railway station, 10 minutes walking distance from wonderful restaurants (I do recommend going to Urbana street for dinner). The room was quiet. The breakfast included scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon and a choice of cheese.
There is shortage of power outlets in the room: you have to unplug TV and desk lamp in order to charge your laptop and a phone. During breakfast you have to drink coffee produced by an automated coffee machines, which is the worst coffee I have ever drunk in Italy.
Nothing special, maybe the location was most comforting.
The Wi-Fi was poor and the room was a bit small.
Hard bed and room too warm at night
The reception staff were excellent, the hotel was well located and perfect for a visit to Rome. Super value.
Nothing, it was all perfect.
Location The staff was very polite and hepfull with excelent English, thank you.
the beds are horrible, good we were always too tired and were able to fall asleep fast, but our backs hurt every morning. wi-fi disconnects when you move around the hotel and doesn't remember the pass, need to reconnect each time from scratch.
Bed-bugs, flooding in bathroom, one of the front desk staff tried to make some money on booking our airport taxi
We have been upgraded into s splendid suite. net wepcted but most welcome Price for value was already very good for Rome, that made it just exceptionnally good !
the room was huge, really clean, and really quiet, despite facing a very busy street. All towels and bed linen were changed daily. Great comfort all together.
The breakfast was not good at all. The bar is cold and not inviting. Restaurant needs redecorating and to be cleaned.
mostly ok, very friendly staff
the room was horrible,a very smal room on the backside of the house, with a view into a hole and for that, the price was definetly to much
very little outside of location
smell in bathroom constant sound of water running over heated room , very small for dbl, could pass as a 2 star hotel max wi fi very weak only in reception area
I liked everything about Rome
My room rate could have been allot better the single room is very expensive
I Liked the location, the cleaning, the staff .
NO WIFI!!!!! sewer odor in bathroom
The hotel has very friendly staff, is perfectly located with Walking distance to all the major Tourist attractions. Clean and fresh hotel. We do truly recommend it and will stay here again next time in Rome.
the WiFi was unfortunately poor in our room.
Staff were all very helpful ,courteous and gave me lots of good advice. Being multi lingual was essential to make me feel more at home especially since I'm in my 60s and was travelling alone
Beds were far too hard.
