our room had a really nice and big balcony that over looked the street view
the shower didn't have a full curtain or door, so when we showered the floor got really wet. thats just nit picking thou.
too expensive for what you get. tiny room, lots of turnings to get to it.
Room and noise of running water through pipes at all times
The location and the staff the up gread my room with the same rate .
The bed was very bad and uncomfrtable .
Good location, not far from places of interest and Termini station
Unhelpful staff, poor breakfast, old and uncomfortable bathroom, poor wifi in the room. Surely not a 4 star hotel
Nice location, beautiful and clean rooms
I was glad to have free internet access, the reception staff were helpful with any query I had concerning my booking tickets for Sistine Chapel and Vatican Museums
Receptionist assured us airport 45 min journey, advised at bus terminal take taxi. 1 hour to get to airport cost €45. We would have left hotel much earlier to get bus which would have been much cheaper.
Everything was perfect, great value for money. Walking distance from everything, from The Vatican to the Coliseum. Staff were absolutely wonderful, everybody was very helpful and friendly. Great breakfast, top quality. Bed was great, everything was very clean. Wi-fi was good but required checking in every time you connect. Otherwise a good connection. Great view to the boulevard.
Small room and shower with no place for the shampoo or soap. WiFi was useless except in the lobby.
Room was large, comfortable and well appointed.
Common areas lack ambiance and bar is lacking but there is so much in the area that you don't miss it.
we had no complaints,
Possibly a bigger selection at Breakfast.
Very helpful staff, excellent location, clean room, good breakfast.
Location Friendly staff Affordable 4 star
Wifi didn't reach our room A little dated
Shower falling on my head
Breakfast is ok.
Location of Hotel was really bad even for a traveller who drives every point by taxi. I must have been understood from the taxi driver who first brought me from airport to hotel, and said that he drived to this hotel for the first time in twenty years. On the Street which hotel stands, I was just walking to Terminal of Rome and I've almost been attacked by an insane (Italian?) woman, by chance I could escape. I live in Istanbul and have been in very unsafe regions and tough situations, but that was really worse. People usually stay for just one night and they do not care much, as I observe in my four days at this hotel. The staff and the manager of them, seem to be normal and kind, but in any case of problem they ignore you and start to yell like 'I've already called that taxi!', 'My friend is helping you, don't you see' and so on. Wi-Fi was mostly slow, I could not establish connection with my Office. And the last but not least: Once in every 15 minutes or so, metro or train is passing with a noise and a small earthquake during 24 hours!. I am sure the prices of houses at this region is half price just because of this reason, I have seen similar case in a movie! A good breakfast and a clean room cannot make me glad with all above conditions, I am sorry. Have good fun you all travellers...
The location, the friendly staff. The staff at reception, were very helpful.
We were there twice when we arrive from Brazil and 4 days before our return. In the first time the room was a big one, biger my own apartment in Brazil, with library , sitting room, and a big terrace. People of the reception very special. , mainly Alexia. I do recomend ! The restaurant of the hotel had good prices and good food - "tagliatell nero in sepia with lobster !!!!
HOTEL was full of people, very noise in the social area . There are lots ef excursions I imagine.
This place is in a reasonable location with great restaurants near by. If you want to be closer to the rome vibe I would most likely choose to be closer to treveli fountain area. This hotel is clean and serves a fantastic breakfast so recommend going for breaky.
The traffic was noisy, we were in a room close to the entrance and on the fifth floor. The wireless was a hit and miss affair! The check in staff were wonderful, but once we checked in the staff treated as though we were not important enough for them to bother about...except the breakfast staff who were lovely, and helpful every time we went. I had asked a reception staff lady to help me a computer problem who said she was busy but would come later...after thou shooting the problem myself for 30 mins I managed to sort it out, but the lady never bothered to come and help anyway. Another time I wanted to find out at the concierge desk about what shows were on, the guy barely looked up from his desk and basically threw us a brochure on something and went back to doing what he was doing. It all just felt rude. Oh, the elevator is small and might fit two bigger size people in it, as long as you don't mind waiting while the elevator is fill, it will come back up and get you...it really didn't bother me all the much and sometimes I took the stairs because it was quicker...it's pretty much the way of European style really, most places have small lifts in Europe. Pillows were flat, but that's more a preference, I like my pillows to be abit fluffy.
Good location, excellent staff and first class breakfast - well worth taking the breakfast included deal
The mattress was a tiny bit too firm!
It was iur honeymoon anf as the staff were helpful, Marco, from the reception, upgraded our room. We also asked him about places and restaurants to recommend as it was our first time in Rome. He advised us very well and gave us maps, etc. On our 4th night, my husband got food poisoned and I told the staff that we need a doctor immediatly. Alessandro, from the reception, stayed with me on the line and he called the ambulance for us. So thank you Marco and Alessandro.
The facilities were a bit poor. It is a 4 stars hotel and they dont provide any coffee or tea or cutlery, wish felt that the room is missing something essential. Another missing thing was the ironing. We expected to find ironing but the hotel provides it as a chargable service. Anyway although the hotel is clean, the carpet needs a makeover as its full with dust. Finally the wifi is very slow.
Gave us a " suite" when we reserved a superior double. Horrible, Chopped up room. Very beat up. They gave away our room and gave us a dump.
It was central to all of the sight seeing. It was clean and the staff went out of their way to help us in touring the city!
Disgusting state of bathroom, rust mould etc.Booked triple room but only serviced for two people-never received requested addition cup, glass but after asking twice did get enough pillows. No apology for bathroom from reception staff
Breakfast was excelent. We eat at the hotel only once but it is by far the best value for money. The room is clean and comfortable. Hotel location is convinient. There is a supermarket in front of the hotel if you like to buy water and some groceries. Also good ice cream near by.
Room is a bit small but i guess you cannot expect for larger rooms in Rome. As previously mentioned, sometimes the hot water in the shower turn cold. The counter around the sink is small
Excellent location. Walking distance to all the main tourist sites
No wi-fi in the rooms. Only in the downstairs hallway.
