everything the location to all tourist sites, close to the train station, the hotel is very clean and professional. Staff very helpful with giving directions to the not so popular sites. and recommend very good resturants

the hotel is very central to all attractions and is easy to get around from, reception staff were helpfull. internet available in common room for free and wireless at a charge although not excessive but more than expected.Breakfast was a reasonable selection. having been a delayed traveller and booked that morning via the internet using reviews etc to decide i was happy with the result

Check in time is not flexible especially when considering people fly into Rome well befor 2pm and people also checkout prior to 12 noon

The hotel's public spaces and our suite were upscale and clean. The front-desk staff were professional and eager to please. The location is wonderful.

Alas, the "American Breakfast" was not really American, and I wouldn't recommend it unless it comes with your room in a package deal

Location of the hotel was great, loved the huge shower and that the room was very spacious and very clean.

Room looked out onto a wall and there was a generator right outside my window that was unbelievably loud. If I had been there for pleasure as opposed to business I would have been very upset, so I would advise that you check you are not in one of these rooms. The receptionist when I checked in was efficient, but could have been friendlier. Apart from that, all was fine.

location, value at money

The hotels position on the via nationale could not have been better.It is perfect for all of the major attractions.The staff were very friendly and helpful .The breakfast selection was excellent and had something to suit all tastes.Our room was large and comfortable and we had fresh bed linnen and towels every day. I would recomend this hotel to anyone visiting rome

Great location close to all the major things to see in Rome and the train station to make getting to distant places very easy.

The double room was far to small the bed was not a double. Bathroom was to small i expected better for a 4 * hotel.

Very well located, most of the ancient / medieval tourist attractions are at walking distance. Very good transportation, the bus-stop is almost in front of the Hotel.

The reception did not pay any attention to the family (the guy [Jordan] immediatelly started to discuss invoicing when we arrived, instead of giving the keycard to the room to the family). The room (607) was not cleaned daily, or the cleaners came around 13:00 - when the children were taking their afternoon nap - so I had to send them away.

the staff was, as usual, very kind & helpful. the breakfast is fantastic, it's the main reason I stay there.

the shower drain did not work well, had to turn off the water during my shower or it would have overflowed, then in the morning there was a bad smell of stale water.

The staff was attentive and was willing to put extra effort into making our stay pleasant. There were many steps in the hallways and even in the rooms that made it difficult for my elderly parents, but it was no problem for us.

Even though the temperature outside was quite hot, the air conditioning was not yet turned on, they said, until the summer months.
