The location of Eurostars International Palace both to the Termini as well as all of the major points of interests in Rome was extremely convenient and either walkable or accessible within a few bus stops. Excellent restaurants and shopping were all nearby as well as a very nice grocery store right across the Via Nazionale. The staff were very helpful and friendly and accommodated all of our requests Our room was very comfortable and the washrooms were very clean. We will return to this hotel when we return to Rome. |

Lovely room, with lovely clean bathroom. Breakfast was delightful. The location of this hotel as great as 10 minutes walk from the Trevi Fountain, 10 minutes walk to the Colessium, 10 minutes walk from the Termini. I would recommend this hotel on a standard room with Breakfast. |

The hotels position on the via nationale could not have been better.It is perfect for all of the major attractions.The staff were very friendly and helpful .The breakfast selection was excellent and had something to suit all tastes.Our room was large and comfortable and we had fresh bed linnen and towels every day. I would recomend this hotel to anyone visiting rome The bar was closed during the day while we were there |

The central location in Rome for touring and shopping, the stylish bedrooms, beautiful bathrooms, the delicious breakfast buffet. No available irons and ironing board.There should be a mirror in the main bedroom. No English TV channels |

This Hotel is very central for anyone visiting Rome All main attractions are walking distance from hotel or a metro stop away.There are many nice bars beside hotel also. The room that we stayed in was very small but apart from that it was good value for money |

Very well located, most of the ancient / medieval tourist attractions are at walking distance. Very good transportation, the bus-stop is almost in front of the Hotel. The reception did not pay any attention to the family (the guy [Jordan] immediatelly started to discuss invoicing when we arrived, instead of giving the keycard to the room to the family). The room (607) was not cleaned daily, or the cleaners came around 13:00 - when the children were taking their afternoon nap - so I had to send them away. |

Friendly english speaking staff. Air conditioning in the room was a blessing! Location was excellent, only 5-20 minute walk to all the major tourist attractions. |

The reception and staff did their best to make the stay a pleasant one, the hotel was very clean and the breakfast buffet was great. Additionally, the location can't be beat. The beds were small, no AC, and opening the windows for air exposed you all the noises of city traffic. |

the staff was, as usual, very kind & helpful. the breakfast is fantastic, it's the main reason I stay there. the shower drain did not work well, had to turn off the water during my shower or it would have overflowed, then in the morning there was a bad smell of stale water. |

The staff were friendly & very helpful, the hotel was very confortable and central and breakfast was excellent We had to change our street facing room because of traffic noise, and the air conditioning was unavailable,otherwise everything was excellent. |

The staff was attentive and was willing to put extra effort into making our stay pleasant. There were many steps in the hallways and even in the rooms that made it difficult for my elderly parents, but it was no problem for us. Even though the temperature outside was quite hot, the air conditioning was not yet turned on, they said, until the summer months. |

We enjoyed the location of the hotel but compared to another hotel we found a few days later this hotel was actually a 'step down'. We were extremely disappointed that you could hear all of the water running through the pipes whenever anyone was using the shower or bathroom. The noise was extremely loud and kept us from enjoying a good night sleep. We found another hotel upon our return to Rome a week later that was only a few blocks away and was 40% less and the hotel was definitely an upgrade. |

We got the bus from the airport to the trainstation and could walk to the hotel in about 10 minutes, once we figured out what street to take! The hotel is located on Via Nationale which has plenty of shops and restaurants closeby, Collasium about 15 mins walk. The only complaint (if you call it that) I could make was that our room was beside the elevator so on the Sunday morning there was constant clattering of people checking out etc... but otherwise couldn't find fault with it.. |

The hotel was very central. Buses were right outside. There was a supermarket across the road and a great cafe that was open from early to midnight. Also there was a pharmacy across the hotel. We were lucky to get the big junior suite on the 6th floor. Travel information was also across the road from the hotel. Buses also went to termini station or can walk for 10 to 15min. The rooms would get too hot, but you could open the windows. |

The staff was pleasant and there was a baby cot waiting in the room as requested. The location of the hotel is great. Walking distance to most sights and close to the train station. The breakfast was very nice. Room was easy to get to with a stroller. The Jr. Suite does not sleep three as the couch was not a fold out. My 4 year old daughter is small enough to just barely fit on the couch. The deck was a great size, but there was no furniture on it. It would have been very nice to have a table and/or chairs. I would have liked to leave the door open to the deck for fresh air, but there was no screen. |
