Bra frukost med stort urval och bra restaurang på kvällen med god mat till rimligt pris. Hotellrummet var väldigt varmt! Det stod att det skulle finnas luftkonditionering men den var avstängd och användes bara under den varmare perioden enligt receptionen. Vi var där 21-25 oktober och det var fortfarande varmt ute. |

Man fick det man förväntade sig. Läget var bra och det var lätt att hitta dit. Det fanns inte allt som skulle finnas i minibaren och den fylldes inte på. Portieren försökte få oss att ta hotellets bil till flygplatsen genom att ljuga om vad en taxi kostade |

Mycket bra frukost, utmärkt läge, nära till i stort sett allt AC la av sista natten, dåligt utbud med TV kanaler samt ingen möjligthet till PPV. |

Hotellet har ett bra läge även om det inte ligger mitt i den centrala delen, men med en kort promenad är man där. Vi hade bokat en suit för två vuxna och två barn. Den var i minsta laget. Skulle nog kalla det ett dubbelrum med extrasängar snarare än suit. Men annars var hotellet bra och personalen hjälpsam. Rummet var som sagt något mindre än vi väntat oss. Annars fanns inget negativt. |

Stora och fräscha rum. Bra att det ingick barnsäng. Ett stort plus att personalen pratade engelska. Dålig luftkonditionering (alldeles för varmt). Osköna sängar. |

Lagom hotell med bra placering I stans centrum Man har tagit betalt två gånger dvs dragit mitt kort två gånger voch därigenom gett mig en massa problem I efterhand |

trevligt o centralt hotell, mycket serviceminded personal vi bytte bla rum utan problem, bra läge i rom Fläkten förde oljud i det första rummet men detta ordnades natt 2 |

The hotel is very well located and close to the main sights. The beds were very uncomfortable (think springs in your back) and the staff was not very friendly/helpful. |

Location is excellent. very central this was my 6th trip to Rome and this hotel was the most central The bed was extremly small for a double and the room was far too small to be used as a double room No. 419. You had to climb over the end of the bed to get up the side as TV table in the way both bed and press corners met. I am returning to Rome again in Feb 2010 but will not be staying here. |

We stayed there mid October and the heat for the whole hotel was not turned on so the rooms were very cold |

Cleaness of the room and location. I reserved a junoir suite for 7 days for 3 people, however I was given a very small room with 3 beds. We couldnt move in the room. I talked to the recerption staff and they tried to convince me that this was their Junoir Suite! Next day they moved us to another room which again was small. Later we talked to the manager and he moved us after 5 days to a Suite and promised he wouldn't charge us for the junoir suite. We only will pay the rate of a regular room.of course this did not happen. When we checked out, we had to pay the whole amount becuase it was saturday and the manager was not available and he did not pick his phone even though we stayed there for almost one hour waiting for him to call back! He didn't leave a note to the staff! |

Friendly staff who spoke very good English, good internet and breakfast faciliaties. Excellent location to transport and walking distance to most major sites. Room was very small, basically king bed took up the whole room. Difficult to even fit our luggage in the room. |

They helped me to find the right sockets to use on my mobile phone and camera's charging. The toilet is very dirty! There is a big bad smell in the toilet......!!! And the room is no connection for the internet. Even I bought the WiFi card from the Receiption, that could not use in the room, you need to connect the WiFi in the hotel lobby. |
