Mycket bra frukost, utmärkt läge, nära till i stort sett allt AC la av sista natten, dåligt utbud med TV kanaler samt ingen möjligthet till PPV. |

Hotellet har ett bra läge även om det inte ligger mitt i den centrala delen, men med en kort promenad är man där. Vi hade bokat en suit för två vuxna och två barn. Den var i minsta laget. Skulle nog kalla det ett dubbelrum med extrasängar snarare än suit. Men annars var hotellet bra och personalen hjälpsam. Rummet var som sagt något mindre än vi väntat oss. Annars fanns inget negativt. |

Stora och fräscha rum. Bra att det ingick barnsäng. Ett stort plus att personalen pratade engelska. Dålig luftkonditionering (alldeles för varmt). Osköna sängar. |

Lagom hotell med bra placering I stans centrum Man har tagit betalt två gånger dvs dragit mitt kort två gånger voch därigenom gett mig en massa problem I efterhand |

trevligt o centralt hotell, mycket serviceminded personal vi bytte bla rum utan problem, bra läge i rom Fläkten förde oljud i det första rummet men detta ordnades natt 2 |

The location of Eurostars International Palace both to the Termini as well as all of the major points of interests in Rome was extremely convenient and either walkable or accessible within a few bus stops. Excellent restaurants and shopping were all nearby as well as a very nice grocery store right across the Via Nazionale. The staff were very helpful and friendly and accommodated all of our requests Our room was very comfortable and the washrooms were very clean. We will return to this hotel when we return to Rome. |

Lovely room, with lovely clean bathroom. Breakfast was delightful. The location of this hotel as great as 10 minutes walk from the Trevi Fountain, 10 minutes walk to the Colessium, 10 minutes walk from the Termini. I would recommend this hotel on a standard room with Breakfast. |

The hotels position on the via nationale could not have been better.It is perfect for all of the major attractions.The staff were very friendly and helpful .The breakfast selection was excellent and had something to suit all tastes.Our room was large and comfortable and we had fresh bed linnen and towels every day. I would recomend this hotel to anyone visiting rome The bar was closed during the day while we were there |

I liked the free internet, location by the train station, and easy checkout. The air conditioning was not very good in the room. |

The central location in Rome for touring and shopping, the stylish bedrooms, beautiful bathrooms, the delicious breakfast buffet. No available irons and ironing board.There should be a mirror in the main bedroom. No English TV channels |

This Hotel is very central for anyone visiting Rome All main attractions are walking distance from hotel or a metro stop away.There are many nice bars beside hotel also. The room that we stayed in was very small but apart from that it was good value for money |

Very well located, most of the ancient / medieval tourist attractions are at walking distance. Very good transportation, the bus-stop is almost in front of the Hotel. The reception did not pay any attention to the family (the guy [Jordan] immediatelly started to discuss invoicing when we arrived, instead of giving the keycard to the room to the family). The room (607) was not cleaned daily, or the cleaners came around 13:00 - when the children were taking their afternoon nap - so I had to send them away. |

Friendly english speaking staff. Air conditioning in the room was a blessing! Location was excellent, only 5-20 minute walk to all the major tourist attractions. |

The reception and staff did their best to make the stay a pleasant one, the hotel was very clean and the breakfast buffet was great. Additionally, the location can't be beat. The beds were small, no AC, and opening the windows for air exposed you all the noises of city traffic. |

the staff was, as usual, very kind & helpful. the breakfast is fantastic, it's the main reason I stay there. the shower drain did not work well, had to turn off the water during my shower or it would have overflowed, then in the morning there was a bad smell of stale water. |

The staff were friendly & very helpful, the hotel was very confortable and central and breakfast was excellent We had to change our street facing room because of traffic noise, and the air conditioning was unavailable,otherwise everything was excellent. |

The staff was attentive and was willing to put extra effort into making our stay pleasant. There were many steps in the hallways and even in the rooms that made it difficult for my elderly parents, but it was no problem for us. Even though the temperature outside was quite hot, the air conditioning was not yet turned on, they said, until the summer months. |
