The hotels position on the via nationale could not have been better.It is perfect for all of the major attractions.The staff were very friendly and helpful .The breakfast selection was excellent and had something to suit all tastes.Our room was large and comfortable and we had fresh bed linnen and towels every day. I would recomend this hotel to anyone visiting rome

Great location close to all the major things to see in Rome and the train station to make getting to distant places very easy.

The double room was far to small the bed was not a double. Bathroom was to small i expected better for a 4 * hotel.

Very well located, most of the ancient / medieval tourist attractions are at walking distance. Very good transportation, the bus-stop is almost in front of the Hotel.

The reception did not pay any attention to the family (the guy [Jordan] immediatelly started to discuss invoicing when we arrived, instead of giving the keycard to the room to the family). The room (607) was not cleaned daily, or the cleaners came around 13:00 - when the children were taking their afternoon nap - so I had to send them away.

the staff was, as usual, very kind & helpful. the breakfast is fantastic, it's the main reason I stay there.

the shower drain did not work well, had to turn off the water during my shower or it would have overflowed, then in the morning there was a bad smell of stale water.

The staff was attentive and was willing to put extra effort into making our stay pleasant. There were many steps in the hallways and even in the rooms that made it difficult for my elderly parents, but it was no problem for us.

Even though the temperature outside was quite hot, the air conditioning was not yet turned on, they said, until the summer months.

We enjoyed the location of the hotel but compared to another hotel we found a few days later this hotel was actually a 'step down'.

We were extremely disappointed that you could hear all of the water running through the pipes whenever anyone was using the shower or bathroom. The noise was extremely loud and kept us from enjoying a good night sleep. We found another hotel upon our return to Rome a week later that was only a few blocks away and was 40% less and the hotel was definitely an upgrade.

We got the bus from the airport to the trainstation and could walk to the hotel in about 10 minutes, once we figured out what street to take! The hotel is located on Via Nationale which has plenty of shops and restaurants closeby, Collasium about 15 mins walk.

The only complaint (if you call it that) I could make was that our room was beside the elevator so on the Sunday morning there was constant clattering of people checking out etc... but otherwise couldn't find fault with it..
