Room sizes, ambiance (historic time period maintained in furnishings and window coverings), comfort, location.

Mattresses were not comfortable. No ice machine. Not able to print directly from business computer center.

Very friendly, responsive staff. Quiet, lovely, interesting place. Great place to rest and relax as respite from adventures of Rome. Good food and sights nearby.

The key for my room

Fab location next to the Spanish Steps. Big spacious room with views of the steps (room C). Good linens and towels. Very helpful staff.

Be warned that Italy does not have car child seats for >2 year olds. So next time for our 5 year old we would bring a portable/blow up booster seat for the taxi rides,

The hotel was exactly what we expected. Perfect location, private and comfortable. The rooms big, nice and romantic. The staff very kind and helpful. We spent a wonderful time in Roma. Thank you.

The only thing we could complain abuot was the taxi tranasfer from and to the airport offerd by the hotel. It should be in line with the hotel^s standard and non smokiking.

Perfect location. Super welcoming staff. Easy transaction. Staff moved our bags from our room to be stored for us while we were out on a day trip. Could not ask for better service. Super accommodating.

Steep stone stairs before you get to the lift. Bear in mind if you have luggage. Adjoining balcony has no screening at present, so no privacy.

Our room, or suite, was amazing. It was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. The bathroom was huge. We could have just stayed there all day! The location was perfect. in the middle of all the shopping in rome, and right next to the spanish steps and the metro! We could not have hoped for a better experience or a better place to stay. The staff were amazing and very helpful and friendly!

It was a little hard to find actually. The name is not on the outside of the building and we weren't sure how to get where we needed to be.

Posizione della Domus in Piazza di Spagna: spettacolare!!! Ottima la vista sulla scalinata di Trinità dei Monti dalla camera Caravaggio (terzo piano), ampia e ben arredata, dentro la quale, peraltro, non si sente alcun rumore esterno (per la presenza di doppi vetri agli infissi). Personale cordiale e disponibile alla Reception.

Posizione favolosa camera a nostra disposizione molto ampia e comoda

La mancanza di poter fare la colazione (cosa comunque prevista ) è un discreto disagio . Se fosse possibile organizzare anche quella la struttura ne guadagnerebbe moltissimo.

Posizione eccellente. Ampi spazi ideali per i bambini. Possibilità di uso cucina.

Poichè l'edificio è di antica costruzione, i solai sono "flessibili"

la atención al llegar, la disposición de los empleados, el servicio, el apartamento estaba muy bien, y en cuanto solicitamos cualquier cosa, nos respondían enseguida

en el apartamento de margutta 33, no sabiamos que habia tantas escaleras en el portal antes de llegar al ascensor, el acceso al piso segundo es un poco complicado para ir con maletas y carrito. en la nevera no se repone las bebidas al dia siguiente

замечательный большой номер с большой ванной комнатой, встроенной мини- кухней и настоящим камином!!! любезный и внимательный персонал! в номере бесплатно предоставлялся чайник, чай и кофе (в пакетиках), джем и тосты! отличная звукоизоляция. мы чувствовали себя как дома! в пешей доступности от метро и большинства достопримечательностей! очень комфортный отдых!
