The location is unbeatable - 5 min from the main train station, and a few minutes to the historic center as well. The breakfasts are delicious, the are clean, with comfortable beds. Worth recommending. It would be great if the rooms were additionally equipped with a kettle and complimentary coffee and tea. Besides that everything was great.

Very well located, in the heart of the city. Everything within walking distance of hotel. Very friendly staff. The bar area of the hotel was small and in my three nights stay, I never saw any other person(s) having a leisurely drink there. It would be nice if other guests were present, if only to create an atmosphere.

Great room. Shower wasn't good though. I like strong showers and that one wasn'T. Room is really clean and spacious. The Mini Bar is the automatic charge type so if you like to put your stuff in hotels mini bars like I do, well, forget it. Staff was nice and breakfast was good. Hotel is right in the center so everything is walking distance. Bathroom shower not good and automatic charge mini bar what I everything

Location, breakfast, room and staff communications over the internet prior to arrival. Cost of the internet. Internet use should be included in price of the room. That is now very common among most hotels worldwide.

Very good located hotel only a few minut from main square. Don´t let put your car do the garage hotel staff !!!! Otherwise will you recieve it back scratched !!!!

Very nice room, good breakfast, friendly staff, did not use wifi or sky tv but prices for it too high, in the center of Bologna, overall good and nice hotel, would go again if in Bologna. Defenitly recommended by us! Heating didn't work at all otherwise ok! But very hot in the breakfast room and in hallways.

This was my second stay in this hotel.it is in a great location,the staff is friendly and actually read my special request for a bright quiet room and that's what we got.the beds are big and comfortable,the bathroom is spotless and roomy.the breakfast is excellent.not only the variety and quality but also the service.

Nice old style hotel in the main street. Good breakfast but not anything special. You can have gluten free bread and cakes. Street noise if you do not have garden side room.

Very convenient location in the centre of Bologna with breakfast available until 11am. Lovely clean bedroom and sheets and towels changed daily. It was also very kind of Stefano to refund us for the first night of our booking which we missed because of missing the flight to Italy - which is a whole other chapter!! It was totally unexpected and very generous - especially as the mishap fell on my birthday! The air-conditioning in our room was extrememly feeble yet terribly noisy - it was reported at the reception but I don't think it was given any attention as the problem persisted.The lighting in the room was bit of an issue too for me as there was no central downlight - and the room relied solely on lamps dotted around the room.The curtains remained shut to keep out the baking sun and keep the room cool ( as airconditioning was rubbish!) hence adding to the darkness. The breakfast was somewhat dissappointing - and repeated daily without variation - no fried eggs - always scrambled - the Danish pastries dry and lacking in filling - and staff slow to refill/replace dishes that were empty. Reception staff could have been friendlier too! I would have liked more information in the lobby of places to eat/things to see/ directions/ bus numbers etc - in English naturally.
