The rooms were very comfortable but we were in one (134) which was on the main street and very noisy.

The arrogance of some of the staff and unfriendliness. This especially refers to the breakfast staff - but not all.

Alexander at the reception helped us a lot. We book the hotel for the wrong date and he helped us to change the reservation and found a room for us.

That hotel guest have to pay for hotel parkiing.

I really enjoyed friendly staff in the hotel, they gave us good references to the restaurants and helped with our trip to Ravenna, were responsive and hospitable. Good breakfast, though lack of fish.

There are no irons in the hotel and if you need to iron something you have to use room service and pay for it. pillows are not comfortable at all, the airconditioner is noisy, but without it it's too hot in the room.

Everything was good, breakfast, room facilities, staff. Especially I would like to admit good location of the hotel not far from the railway station and the center of the city.

Room in which I stayed is a little bit out of fix

We choose this hotel because of friendly price and a good location - 10 minutes walk and you are at the historical center of Bologna. But, from my opinion, all this positive aspects you can have even in each 3 stars hotel in the center.

We lived at the Delux room and everithing at that room was very old (not vintage but very used) - old aircondition, old shower with splashes on all sides, old windows with shabby windowsill. And there was a horrible smell of chemicals in the room like the carpet in the room had been just cleaned. Breakfast was not as varied and tasty as i expected from the 4 stars hotel. But it is a matter of taste Our main disappointment was the stuff at the reception. 4 people from 6 whom i've seen there during 3 days were very unfriendly and grudgingly answered the questions. We didn't feel that we were at 4 stars hotel, not expensive but with traditions.

The hotel is a short walk to the train station on a main shopping street. The room was well appointed (slight upgrade over standard) and quite roomy with a king bed and an especially luxurious marble bath area. The breakfast was quite extensive with selections to please anyone.

There was an institutional feel to the common space, lobby, hallways, etc. the decor was classic and seemed to be more appealing to the business traveler. Also had to ask for wi-fi password information as my rate included free service. Apparently not all rate classes do....

The bar prices are expensive They are very slow to replace any food item missing on the breakfast buffet

The cleanliness, vicinity to the central station and the old city, comfort and coziness of the room. Good noise insulation from the other rooms and though my room was on the road side and the 4th floor, I was not affected by the traffic noise. The breakfast buffet had a varied choice to pick up from and quite healthy and filling items.

We got a good deal on the price. There is a car park below the hotel which we pre-booked, leave the keys with the attendant and he deals with the parking. Breakfast was really good, a choice of all European tastes. The staff were friendly and helpful, they booked a table in a nearby restaurant and gave us all the information we asked. There are only four floors and the 2 lifts were there in seconds. Bologna centre is just a few minutes walk away with shopping down either side. Railway Station is a few blocks away and the airport 20 minute drive with ample filling stations on the way to top up the hire car.

Nothing we didn't like but... We got to the hotel by our car's gps but had to stop on the road outside and ask at the Hotel reception for directions to their car park entrance whilst they could have sent directions via email. Bologna is a busy City and therefore quite noisy if your room is facing a main road. Ask for a quiet location if it bothers you.

Location to the centre attractions was perfect. The rooms was large, comfortable and quiet. Bathroom large and well fitted out. Hotel was nice, clean and quiet, well decorated. Staff friendly and helpful. Under hotel parking really useful. Perfect for shopping.

Very busy central location, would maybe next time find a quieter street.

This is an absolutely superb hotel and great value for money No Choice stay here.

Proximaty to all the sights, everything in easy walking distance. Large room with large double bed which was extremely comfortable. Best breakfast selection we have ever had in an Italian hotel, catered for all tastes.

Tired hotel

The location is great; about 5 minutes walk from the the central station. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spotlessly clean and there was no city noise. Breakfast was plentiful.

Check in and check out was rather slow. Wifi kept dropping out at peak periods, but to their credit the hotel refunded the fee. It would be better just to make it free like so many other hotels.

Deluxe room was very spacious, all amenities provided. Rooms were clean and comfortable (good bed). Noise level was very low due to good insulation. A lot of choice in the breakfast buffet, also gluten free and a lot of fruit, vegetables. S Very professional attitude of staff. Location is perfect, in the main shopping street and 10' walk to the city centre.

Lack of a decent restaurant on-site. Room service menu was poor, only a small selection of cold dished available and quite expensive. Design of the rooms and hallways is quite 'kitsch' and not to everyone's taste.

We stayed here in Bologna with our 2 young children. We booked a double room with a baby cot and brought an air mattress for our daughter. The room was surprisingly very spacious! Large bathroom and very clean! We initially had very spacious double on the corner, but they had electric issues, we were moved to another large double with a very large bathtub (kids loved it!). The hotel recommended a delicious dinner restaurant. Location of the hotel was in the heart of Bologna but still very close to train station (we came from Venice). Would highly recommend hotel!

The staff was excellent. Location couldn't be any better. Room was fantastic. My wife and I had an awesome time!
