The Santa Bibiana is set on the 3rd floor of an Umbertine-style building in Rome's lively Esquilino area, a 15-minute walk from the Colosseum. Rooms are spacious and offer free Wi-Fi.

we really enjoyed our stay
Includes all that is needed. Close to amenities, restaurant, supermarket, tavola calda, Internet shop. Excellent Wifi. Computer in apartment. Television Screen.
Apartment a bit tight for four but still very good.
The rooms are very nice, nicely decorated, well equiped and very clean. The staff was very kind.
The area is fine during the day and not far away from the city center, but at night time the area is a bit rough.
The apartments are very comfortable. Very clean, nice furniture and bathroom! We had great, thanks!
There is a PC in the room that can be helpful if you’re on business trip.
It was like a do-it-yourself hotel. The receptionist was there only for ten minutes to complete our check-in. After that, we have never met him and checked out by ourselves. We don’t like the location also. It’s far away from Termini and the way you use to reach Termini is not safe area. We have stayed 2 nights in Via Veneto. Although, it was a same price level guesthouse, it was much more better than that. The neighborhood was safe and convenient even the next door was one of the most famous ice-cream shops in Rome (Gelateria La Romana).
Location and value for money.
Mold growing in the bathroom.
The room was very small but so cozy and clean. Very nice interior and friendly staff
The area is not very pleasant, quite far from the city centre
Great Location just two or three stops from Termini Station.... its a Guest House not a Hotel so dont expect facilities round the clock like a hotel.... Staff was good although i met them twice(one while taking key and other while paying) once in my 4 days stay. there was cooking facilities with all utensils although we didnt use that much except warming our kid's milk....
Nothing as such was a good experience but yes we didn't like Rome weather and yes one more thing request Inter Roma people to atleast put their name in big on the main door so that we could recognise it and after entering main door where to go a bit of directions inside as it had several blocks inside that main entrance
Although the room was small, it was very light. Polite and friendly staff.
Low cost and convenience
Room was uncomfortably small. The trash can from the previous lodgers had not been emptied and was full of beer bottles and cigarette packs. The shower heads had mold.
Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room.
Nothing specific but i can say the room was a bit small...
Room well thought of comfortable.
The room size is a bit small, but that is normal in capitals.
location is good and kitchen is provided which good for cooking.
It is very very compact. so difficult to stay with young child.
The cooking facilities, the PC in the TV was useful and it was close to Rome Termini
Wifi didn't work whilst we were there
very small room
Nice room, near the station.
No staff. I just saw someone on the first day and last day. Not properly heated.
Good location. Comfortable room. Nice furnishings. Not much immediately nearby but a 20 min walk from Termini. 20 min walk from Colloseum. A very pleasant large apt building and our room overlooked a quiet courtyard. No luck finding a good restaurant nearby. One was good service but ok food and one was good food but terrible service. Very comfortable place to stay.
Sometimes smelled of smoke, despite no smoking signs.
Good location, especially Manuel is very kind person. The furnishings were so good.
No any problem Good P/Q
there was no boiling machine and computer like as written
very friendly staff, communication was easy (prior arrival and during our stay), thank you for delivering in the room my special romantic request before our arrival :) good location, supermarket and good restaurant within 5minute walk, metro station, Termini, Colosseo, etc within walking distance
overall the room was quiet only sometimes there was a little noise but it was not disturbing
Good place. Good staff. Computer. TV.
Wi-fi do not work.
Location: quite close to the sights for the money we paid to stay there. Moreover!!! Near the hotel we found the best place to eat Italian ice cream in the city, it is an old ice cream factory The furniture and kitchen facilities are comfortable enough, if we had stayed longer I would have definitely tried cooking in our room, which is a nice opportunity if you want to make your journey more budget.
If we had not been so pleasantly tired after long walks around Rome, it would have been difficult to sleap because of the noise, both outside and inside the hotel (I could here even somebody's alarmclock) We had the smallest room in the hotel, which we agreed on on purpose as we used to live in small apartments and didn't have much staff with us. But many people I think would find the room too small
Friendly staff, good facilities close to Termini station. Comfortable clean and nicely decorated rooms. Excellent value for money.
Not always staff available at reception.
Calm court and supermarket near the hotel (5 minutes)
1) We ordered comfort class room which was opposit to web site picture. Room was very small, two people could go through out the room with difficulties. 2) I couldn't mention fact above if the room was being clean, but it wasn't being so. All places including bathroom were not clean good and had dust sheets. 3) Bedclothes were ragged and not so clean. Thin pillows (only one for each person). My mother is not so young and had a problems with health due such pillows. 4) During 4 days our room wasn't clean, towels and badclothes were not change. 5) The "kitchen" is so small, so it's not available to cook meal, kitten was not clean, we would try to have a tea, but kitten had scum, so tea was being with this scum. It's horrible. I think that personnel should change such equipment. 6) Location is not so good, if you have luggage. 7) Finally we asked personnel to get a taxi from hotel to railway station. I know that station is not so long from hotel (25-30 minutes by walk), but we had a heavy lagguage. Personnel offered to get a taxo for 25 euro. I think it's not normal. So we obliged to go by autobus and due to horrible rain we were absolutelly vet. In the future I will select hotels in Roma more carefully and pay more may be for comfort and good staff.
nice facilities, big room, bath, safe. Clean.
no reception, no breakfast
