Very comfortable room with comfortable king size bed.l asked for twinbeds- Leo organised extra bed.Cosy terrace.Every day cleaning, but not satisfactory. My son liked jucuzzy very much.Good space in the bathroom.Spotless towels.Metro station and train station. We would stay there next time.
They need better cleaning.floor on the terrace was derty and I found used condom under the bed, when my ring fall down.
Location is near metro station, all needed facilities, PC, good choice for this price.
Not very clean (shower, dust under the bed), not good region around (metro and railway station Tiburtina)
Had 2nd stay at this hotel in within week. nice staff and good location. everything was good
Friendly and helpful staff. Cleaning.
There is no enough place for three people. The third bed is terrible.
We were picked up from Airport by very nice Chauffeur arranged by Hotel. We ask for one as due to late flight arrival. On arrival at hotel we were welcome by nice lady who upgraded our room from double bedroom to apartment with separate kitchen and bath and extra room. very clean apartment with good wifi and AC. Very short walk to Roma Tiburtina station.
Nothing to dislike at this hotel.
Leo was an excellent host. Provided clean towels every day and made us feel at home. He arranged for the limo to the airport. Always available by phone for any questions. Personally took me and showed where the grocery stores and laundry place was. Next time I am in Rome, I know where to stay. Thanks very much Leo.
Kitchen is small but fully equipped to make food and drinks, friendly and helpful staff in providing all information, quiet area, easy access by metro.
Very little space for small double room, little place for large luggage. The bath room floor get wet always as the door could not be closed tightly
We needed to be near the bus stop so location was good. Facilities were fine
When we had a shower or used the toilet the noise of the water and the flushing went through all the plumbing loudly. When I flushed the toilet the kitchen sink made loud noises - same when the shower was on. The key to the main gate was really difficult to get the gate open
- OK location - nice owner - TV and interent available (no other than italian TV)
- lack of breakfest
Very friendly staff, perfect internet connection, very comfortable location (near the subway station), well equipped kitchen.
Lack of free space in the room, poor sound isolation, very small bathroom.
12 steps to metro and very close to Tibertina main line station. Cooking facilities. Good sized balcony. Friendly staff.
View from balcony and squeaky springs in one of the beds.
The cleanliness and the attentiveness of the staff (they saw we were missing a pillow on the first night so replaced it). Even though the front desk was rarely manned. The room was cleaned daily and the facilities good.
The location was a little far out. The room was small, but adequate. The front desk was never manned which made it hard if you wanted anything. Also, the walls are very very thin and the water loud in the pipes.
Very convenient for the metro, my advice is to look it up on a map beforehand. Very convenient for the autobus stazione and the metro. Wi/fi excellent.
The picture is misleading- thios was the first address I went to, and evntually discovered I was in the other building, whichn is very pleasant inside but ot so photogenic from the outside
Close to supermarkt, ATM, bakery, Lots of restaurant surround the hotel. Close to bus station 100m (10minutes) to termini Metro is quite far 300m especially when raining day :)
They didnt washed the kitchen utilities good.. And also the floors is quite dirty
It was really good location and room facility. Kitchen came very handy. Wi fi signal was good.
We stayed in Deluxe double room for 7 days in October and loved it! Kitchenette was well equipped (ask if something is missing). Location (right across from Tiburtina train station, long distance bus station, city buses, and literally 10 steps away from Tiburtina metro station - super convenient!) All the rooms (I saw most of them) are very cozy, some have access to private section of the lovely terrace and we had a whirl bath inside a clean modern bathroom. Water pressure/temperature was good. I think a single room does not have a terrace. Nice beds, spotless towels, soft sheets. Leo came every day to clean, he was amazing and super helpful! Filippo checked us in and when it turned out that we had a double bed instead of two single ones, he was willing to give us a different room the next day. It was much appreciated. It takes 4 doors to get to your room from the street, so you feel quite secure. Don't be turned off by the proximity to the train station and its necessary crowded plus poor/weird/loud people scenery - turn left from the hotel and immediately you will see a very nice and safe residential area, lots of small shops and bakeries - seen during day time but shops disappear at night. Walk down Magnifico toward Bologna metro station (7-10 min walk) and there is a big supermarket which is kind of hidden - ask for exact directions or look for people carrying supermarket bags :) Bologna also has better restaurants - get off the train one stop earlier and walk home. But there are many food options at Tiburtina as well, we liked the Polish store (cheese, sausage, bread, dairy and packaged goods).
Rooms are cozy but small, you need to put your suitcases under beds to have some walking space. Check-in was somewhat rushed - make sure you know how to use all the appliances, since there is n 24-hour desk. (AC was tricky - I ended up leaving it on all the time, as it wouldn't turn on once shut off - you need AC in Rome in October!) The computer had Italian interface, hard to find correct buttons, ask to add English or just get used to it.
only a 5 min walk to Bologna metro station, safe surroundings, nice restaurant just across the street, very nice receptionist - sig. Filippo, a good bed to sleep in
cleaning would be better if daily / at a 2 day period, also towels - we stayed there for 4 nights and never had them changed. elsewhere, nice hotel, happy to recommend.
I was very happy to book this beautiful hotel. It was like my own flat. The housekeeper guy was very friendly.
