It is a very small but very cosy hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast room is very agreeable. The breakfast is OK. The location is excelent, in the very heart of the shopping area. A little bit too noisy. |

This is not one of the typical large hotels. Do not expect large spacious public areas. Reception area is 5 mx 5 m on the second floor of the building. Extremely difficult to fit in the elevator with 2 people and 2 luggages. However, I would definitely stay in this hotel again. It is extremely new, clean, luxury and central to everything - on bocca di leone 20-30 meters from Frattina. It has 6-7 rooms/suites. We stayed at junior suite on 2nd floor. Very good design, spacious - with any standards- , jacuzzi bathtub, soundproof, also very suitable for families. Decent breakfast- although breakfast area is also very small. Strongly recommended everthing was great. |

The location was fantastic and we had the top room with the terrace, so that was nice overlooking Via Bocca di Leone. The 'suite' was really really small and not 'marketed' as such. The terrace was about half the size of the room so we spent most of the time out there since we had a 4month old baby and could not move around the room without waking her up as it was so small. Also, concierge services/room service etc was not as professional as one would expect for central Rome, and the price that we paid for the suite. Also, there was supposed to be wireless internet in the room, but there wasn't - we had to borrow a cable from reception which again was troublesome as we couldn't use the internet whilst the baby was sleeping. |

Hotel suite was beautiful, staff were extremely helpful and the location couldn't have been better. Wish it was larger....more space in elevator, lobby etc....but that can't be helped in such an inner-city hotel. |

When i stayed there the staff was very attencious and simpatic. Lisa, Giuseppe and the guy from the night, thank you very much for your attention and care. they gave me a upgrade and i stayed in a large and confort room with balcony. The perfect room to stay with your love. I was there alone, but it was a great pleasure. There is no internet. |

Intown Luxury house was firstly in a superb location, very close to the Spanish steps and is right in the heart of a the fashion district. Secondly the rooms were divine, contemporary, sleek, modern and cleverly designed. Small lift, but it was fine. |

The staff were very friendly, The breakfast was excellent, we had room 102 with very nice bathroom with Jacuzzi. Perfect city location for sightseeing or whatever in the center of rome. |

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Hotel was located very centrally, a minute's walk from the Spanish steps and in a quiet street. Good breakfast which you can either have in your room or in the breakfast room. Great choice for a short city break. Unfortunately our air conditoning had a fault and was buzzing loudly which kept us awake at night. We needed to have it on as it was otherwise far too hot in the room. Also, as the room was a compact design, the shower was located on its own on the opposite side to the rest of the bathroom which is not practical! |

The staff were very helpful and attentive. Their english was exceptional. I liked the security of a 24 hour security guard and overnight receptionist for such a small hotel. The breakfast was very fresh and exceptional considering how poor breakfasts usually are in Italy. |

The hotel is absolutely in the middle of Rome. The staff is very friendly and the rooms big and clean. Absolutely to be chosen! Nothing. There is no restaurant, but around is full of restaurant. Little buffet for the breakfast, but for us was more than enough. |

Very nice and very very kind staff. very well located in a tranquilit street .i ve been in the suite junior whitch was large and confartable with a great bathroom. street view and good breakfast (enough).price/ quality excellent. i recommend absolutly this hotel and i don't understand some bad obsvervation i've found in the comments |

Location doesnt get better than this: 2 sec away from steps of rome, all shopping and dining your soul desires. it is considered the most posh hood in rome right now. We loved everything about the hotel, including breakfast that was served inside the room. We only wish the room was a bit bigger. ours was on the 4th floor, back facing and abt 200 sq ft and no english channels on tv. room just a bit small. |
