Room was 12 by 12 barely enough room for the bed. Breakfast was marginal at best nothing hot except a soft boiled egg and coffee. Elevator is claustrophobic so small. Only 8 rooms very small lobby, no where for more than 6 people can congregate. In Town Luxary hotel was the lowpoint of our trip to rome

Location excellent and breakfast was very adequate. Also breakfast staff were friendly.

We paid 9 months in advance for more spacious room as described, more expensive but was not given to us. When we complained we were told hotel was full and we could move to our bigger room the next day. They acted like they did it know what I was talking about but fortunately I had my booking.com confirmation. No apology was given and we just had to put up with it. Both staff members we dealt with we're condescending and very rude. Would not recommend.

This is the most amazing place to stay, right in the heart of Rome, 30 seconds walk to the Spanish Steps. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the breakfast delicious, the room huge and so very very quiet at night. I want to live here!!! It was very hard for my son and I to say goodbye to this wonderful place. Thank you so much. This is the only place I would stay in Rome!

Fabulous location

Very loud lift that wakes you up every time the door opens. All rooms are very close to the lift except the deluxe but this is also loud as it is right next to the kitchen.

What a perfect location it has this hotel . Nearby Luxurious Shop stores & Rome city attractions , such as Spanish Staris . I do recommend to have a room in this hotel .

Location to sights was excellent, Spanish steps 5 minutes, Trevi fountain 10 minutes and Colosseum 20 minutes walk away. Excellent choice of restaurants locally.

Very helpful, friendly staff. Located in heart of Rome, less than minute's walk to Spanish Steps, close to Trevi Fountain, walking distance to other sites. Clean, comfortable rooms, quiet at night.

The room was great!!! Very clean and spacious. Everyone that worked there was extremely nice and helpful. They made sure we had an excellent stay. Location was awesome. Walking distance to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps and numerous other sights. I will definately stay here again and will recommed it to everyone I know.

The staff was extremely friendly especially the young lady in the front. She was really helpful and gave us great information which helped us navagiage through rome. I think the place was very nice and definitely more spacious then other places in Europe. I will stay their again when we visit Rome and will recommend it to others.

The bed was not super comfy like I'm used having. I would try not to get the room on the first floor because I would think it was noisy.

Fantastic location with excellent staff who could not do enough for you. You are within walking distance to all the main attractions of Rome and all the designer shops. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to all my friends.

Just to warn - very small lift so will only fit you luggage in it or 2 persons but the accommodation makes up for the inconvenience.

We were very fortunate as on arrival we found we had been upgraded to the family suite for the first two nights which was very spacious . The third night we were moved to the deluxe room but this seemed very small and we would not have found our stay so comfortable had we stayed all three nights in this room. Although we were right in the centre of a very busy shopping area (very expensive designer shops) we were not troubled by noise day or night. It was a very good location and meant we did not have far to walk to a restaurant each evening.

From our first contact via email with Intown Luxury house, the staff were very friendly and helpful. When we arrived we received a warm welcome, and were offered coffees. Our room was fresh clean and everything was in good working order. It was within easy walking distance to tourist sites such as the Spanish steps and was also within close vicinity to many shops, cafes and restaurants. It was also very quiet which made it ideal for sleeping at night. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, providing us with maps, directions, recommendations and local knowledge. This was all done with a smile and nothing was too much trouble.

Excellent location close to the Spanish Steps. Walking distance to most of the major sites you'll want to see in Rome. Room is very comfortable with a large bathroom including bath and shower. Continental breakfast provided every morning was adequate including bread and rolls, ceral, yogurt, boiled eggs, cheese and ham. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Elevator was very small and obviously limited because of the design and structure of an older building such as this which is very common in Rome, but it was adequate to bring heavy suitcases up. Just be patient.
