iQ Hotel Roma  

Staff were excellent. They had initiated and organised airport pick up and return and provided outstanding advice and assistance once we arrived. Hotel was in brilliant location, close to all sights and both A and B line underground stations ( Termini and Republic ) Hotel is very modern and room was spotless,quiet and very comfortable . We did not use restaurant or self laundry facilities but both were available .We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and the IQ followup since our stay has been excellent. Highly recommend

Close to Termini and Metro, staff are helpful, place is spotless. Wifi is good. Within walking distance of most of the landmark sights if you are fit and able.

Not keen on self service, good concept but not for me when I am on holiday I prefer to be waited on. Breakfast not included.

The room and toilet were spacious. Breakfast was really impressive among some of the european cities I have been to. Female staff were friendly and smiled at us.

1) no porter to help us with our 2 large luggage. Our chauffeur went into the hotel to check and was informed that they don't have any. 2) male staff did not smile at all time and we did not feel welcomed. 3) we asked for recommendation for late dinner and were directed to Berzitto restaurant some streets away from the hotel. The food was horrible and the next morning, we realized the waitress who served us at the restaurant is an employee at iQ Roma hotel too! 4) it is not a 4 star hotel and should not be considered as one. A 3-star, yes.

Absolutely fabulous. Hotel, staff, location, breakfast, and services, all were great and couldn't ask for anything better. Definitely would stay here again.

Clean rooms

We didnt have an option to book for children in the website but staff insisted on us paying extra during checkin even when we were ready to share the bed with the kid

They have a lot of amenities you don't see at first. A nice deck on the roof for hanging out, a gym, etc. The staff was also very responsive to my needs.

Lovely to have a very modern & up to date accomodation in such an old city. The roof top terrace is a fantastic space & a great place to sit of an evening for a pre dinner drink!

Maybe if being very picking I would say that tea & coffee facilities are not available in the rooms. You need to get them from reception!

It is absolutely a very nice stay at the iQ! We live in the small double room and it is actually not small at all! Location was great, just 10 mins walk away from Termini station and 4 mins walk from Republica station. Many restaurant near by as well! Just to remember to bring tooth paste and brush, and slippers if needed.

Great access to transportation; breakfast and eating area (with rooftop outside area) was very nice. Staff was very good.

Seemed like a little shady area near the train station and looking out our window into alley. Closest restaurant tried to take advantage of our 'tourist' nature but we were prepared. The general location is superb though...never had any issues.

Clean room, excellent facilities in a fab location at a reasonable price. Being so central and having a downstairs room we appreciated the double glazing to cut down street noise.

Excellent hotel, close to many of Rome's attractions. Room very spacious for city hotel, very comfortable and extremely clean. Excellent breakfast, staff in restaurant lovely. Loved the rooftop terrace - perfect for a nightcap from vending machine after a long day's walking!

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The staff could not do enough for you. The prices were more than reasonable considering the central city location. It was located in an excellent position for all the tourist attractions. Overall a very pleasant city break.

Nothing!!!

The hotel was very clean and the hotel staff were really nice! We loved the convenience of having laundry service on our own if needed as well as the vending machines on each floor. Also, the rooftop was awesome. It was cold outside but there was heat on the rooftop and we had a great time up there. It was very close to the train station and hop on hop off bus starting/ending point. We were able to buy our tickets from the hotel so that was nice. There was a really good restaurant around the corner and that was the icing on the cake!

Nothing really to complain about....we really enjoyed it!
