In a 19th-century building, the Quirinale is a 10-minute walk from the Colosseum. This historic hotel is connected to Rome Opera House through a passageway in its leafy courtyard.

Rooftop terrace has no view, just green walls
Conveniently located within walking distance to the Termini station. Very helpful staff with clean and modern facilities.
Clean, new facilities. Staff was very helpful assisting with printing needs without charging anything for it, also faxing a document for me. I appreciated that a lot. Location was good, less than a ten minute walk from Rome's main train station (Termini), which is also ideal for access to several bus lines and train to the airport. 15 min walk from the Colosseum and Trevi fountain.
Bed could be a tad more comfortable (found it to be a bit too hard for me). Also, could hear doors slamming shut in adjacent rooms, sometimes late at night, which woke me up once.
Everything from the self-laundry services to vending machines to comfy beds.
Nothing at all!
We have just returned from staying 3 nights at the IQ Hotel in Rome and we loved the hotel and its proximity to everything. The hotel is only a 10 minute walk from Termini where we arrived in from the airport on the Leonardo Express train. You can walk everywhere – the Coliseum, Pantheon, Republican. Breakfast for 10 Euros each is great value with a large variety range of food. The hotel is only a few years old and the rooms are a good size and cleaned everyday with fresh towels provided. The bathroom was modern and large. The rooms had a fridge for you to use and large wardrobes. The big attraction especially if like us you have been on the road a week or two was the fantastic washing machine and dryer. Plus there are vending machines and the drinks on the rooftop are very nice and cheap! Business centre is very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing a map of the city and advice on where to go. Their recommendations about local casual eating spots was excellent. We will definite stay at the IQ Hotel on our next trip!
everything was good
Location Very clean Good facilities Friendly staff
To be honest, nothing. This was a great choice in the centre of Rome. We walked most days and used the hop on hop off for other attractions.
Modern hotel, new and clean.
Nothing major to complain about, everything was good but rather on the expensive side.
Exellent staff, exellent cleanliness, good location
a very small window of a room looking at the inner yard
This is a brilliant business model. Let the customer provide their own service. If they complain they can only blame themselves. You get what you pay for at this hotel. All kidding aside, what they are trying to do they do very well. This place is for people who want to save money by eliminating service, restaurants, etc. It feels like your living in a upscale dorm or youth hostel. Everyone was really nice but I should have read the fine print.
The beds were uncomfortable. No service (although this my fault as they make pretty clear their business model)
New and clean.
Everything great breakfast
modern spacious comfortable room. vending machine on every floor for fresh sandwiches, good coffee, snacks, ice etc wine and other alcoholic drinks vending machine for roof top garden area proximity to bet parts of Rome
Friendly Service Clean and comfortable rooms Central Location Good breakfast buffet Great value for money

Good location Sommons speaker french Staff desktop, si vert friendly
Hotel was modern and very clean. A great location, nice and quiet yet in walking distance to many lovely restaurants and transport. Staff all very helpful and friendly. Was great to have laundry facilities and the little extras such as the ice machine. Visit to the Breakfast room an enjoyable start to the day with many delicious options. Could not fault this hotel. We would definitely stay at IQ Hotel if we ever travel to Rome again.
Can't think of anything!
Staff were so helpful. Facilities were excellent. Close to everything but in a quiet street. Opposite the Rome Opera House so you can experience some impromptu entertainment
Pillows were hard
Everything was excellent. From check-in to check out. Nothing was any trouble for the staff, so helpful.
Loved central location. Front office staff very professional and helpful. Great stay. Would certainly return.
Lovely terrace rooftop open all hours. Lovely staff. Great breakfast.
Termini station area can be a bit dodgy and you need to pass by here frequently. Hotel is well enough away got it not to be a problem.
This hotel is perfect in all aspects!! Walking distance from all the favourites sites, near metro, the hotel is modern, super clean, I especially loved the roof terrace and the small prosecco in the vending machines!! Fun to shop nearby on via nazionale!! Go there, do not hesitate!
Room size. Bathroom. Helpful staff. Quiet location. 5 minutes from metro. 10 minutes from main station.
Would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
we loved the service. Staff was helpful, cheerful and attentive. the breakfast was wonderful. Rooms were not huge, but they were very clean and modern. Good bathrooms, good bed, good TV, and good internet connection. I'm not familiar with Rome, but the location was perfect for us.
Overall modern appearance. Ease of drive from airport to hotel. Common facilities, rooftop view, breakfast room. Access to car rental locations at the main train station. Access to cafes and restaurants. Shower convenience.
No hair conditioner (only shampoo). Slow responsiveness on heating system.
Shower where you can actually move around in. Plenty of towels and toilet rolls. Very modern bathroom with hair dryer and bidet. A safe! Plenty of space in wardrobe. Large, comfortable double bed. TV on opposite wall with Sky, BBC, France TV, Al Jazeera (news only), all the rest being Italian. A fridge (nice and cold) Large, great Breakfast room on 5th floor - dining either inside or on terrace. Hot or cold breakfast available to suit everyone. Modern lifts. Rooftop terrace where you can sit and play cards or have a drink. A fitness centre which both my son and daughter-in-law enjoyed using. Vending machines on most floors, including an ice-making machine. Laundry room with ironing board. Excellent housekeeping service - the rooms were spotless afterwards. Close to the Opera House and the Metro (Repubblica) which was only a five min. walk. Close to buses on Via Nationale. There's a bank next door with an ATM - very handy!
Not enough coat hangers. Had to ask for some more. The hotel didn't supply conditioning cream which surprised me as others do. They supplied daily saches of shampoo/shower gel and a body lotion, so no need to take those. Free hot water machine on 1st and 3rd floors but not on 2nd, which made it awkward to carry up or down 3 cups of water. No trays available, nor a jug for this purpose. No-one told us at Reception that the Fountain de Trevi was closed for renovation so wasted precious time in going down there. It was all fenced of but you could walk along a special platform to view the statues. Water had all been drained. The hotel should post notices up about this.
