Excellent hotel in everyway. Spotlessly clean and in an excellent location. Within walking distance to many major sights. Hotel staff very helpful and all spoke English. Room was large and had everything that we needed. Would recommend this hotel to anyone and we will hopefully return again in the near future. Thankyou!
the hotel has a perfect location. walking distance to several sites, as well as to metro station and termini central station. freindly and accomodating staff, very clean, comportable bed and great shower towels... breakfast is very rich and good - worth the extra payment.
room is a bit small need hangers for coats
Breakfast Location Ammenities Room size
WIFI connection (probably my room was far from the router)
The staffs are very friendly.
good Staff Great location Vending machine Breakfast
I booked a 'triple room with Sofa bed' but the sofa bed was not at all comfortable. Managed one night somehow, but then my room was changed after complaint.
Very friendly professional and helpful staff
Staff was great. Made us feel very welcome. Hotel is modern, comfortable, etc. Would definitely recommend or visit again.
Couldn't get more TV channels in English. No restaurant in the hotel.
The hotel is great.. nice staff very helpfull. The room was nice and clean. And we got the room at 9 am when we arraived
1.The location is great, next to a metro station, right across the opera 2. The personnel is really helpful, kind, and want to make you feel comfortable and answer all your questions and requests! I totally recomend it
COMFORTABLE ROOMS BIG ROOMS AND BATHROOM FRIENDLY STAFF VERY GOOD BREAKFAST
Rooftop terrace has no view, just green walls
Conveniently located within walking distance to the Termini station. Very helpful staff with clean and modern facilities.
Clean, new facilities. Staff was very helpful assisting with printing needs without charging anything for it, also faxing a document for me. I appreciated that a lot. Location was good, less than a ten minute walk from Rome's main train station (Termini), which is also ideal for access to several bus lines and train to the airport. 15 min walk from the Colosseum and Trevi fountain.
Bed could be a tad more comfortable (found it to be a bit too hard for me). Also, could hear doors slamming shut in adjacent rooms, sometimes late at night, which woke me up once.
Everything from the self-laundry services to vending machines to comfy beds.
Nothing at all!
We have just returned from staying 3 nights at the IQ Hotel in Rome and we loved the hotel and its proximity to everything. The hotel is only a 10 minute walk from Termini where we arrived in from the airport on the Leonardo Express train. You can walk everywhere – the Coliseum, Pantheon, Republican. Breakfast for 10 Euros each is great value with a large variety range of food. The hotel is only a few years old and the rooms are a good size and cleaned everyday with fresh towels provided. The bathroom was modern and large. The rooms had a fridge for you to use and large wardrobes. The big attraction especially if like us you have been on the road a week or two was the fantastic washing machine and dryer. Plus there are vending machines and the drinks on the rooftop are very nice and cheap! Business centre is very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing a map of the city and advice on where to go. Their recommendations about local casual eating spots was excellent. We will definite stay at the IQ Hotel on our next trip!
everything was good
Location Very clean Good facilities Friendly staff
To be honest, nothing. This was a great choice in the centre of Rome. We walked most days and used the hop on hop off for other attractions.
Modern hotel, new and clean.
Nothing major to complain about, everything was good but rather on the expensive side.
Exellent staff, exellent cleanliness, good location
a very small window of a room looking at the inner yard
This is a brilliant business model. Let the customer provide their own service. If they complain they can only blame themselves. You get what you pay for at this hotel. All kidding aside, what they are trying to do they do very well. This place is for people who want to save money by eliminating service, restaurants, etc. It feels like your living in a upscale dorm or youth hostel. Everyone was really nice but I should have read the fine print.
The beds were uncomfortable. No service (although this my fault as they make pretty clear their business model)
New and clean.
Everything great breakfast
