Good position near the central train, bus and metro stations.

The staff talked, joked, laughed loudly and cleaned empty rooms with a vacuum cleaner at night (after midnight). The breakfast room is conected with a WC for stuff, the doors are open, The servant didn*t washed hands after using it and then gave us bread!!! He prepared tea with cold tap water....The room smelt like old ash tray.

The hotel is really close to the train station Napoli Centrale, for us it was principal,because we had a train very early next morning.The place is quiet despite the vicinity of the piazza Garibaldi. The staff is helpful, the room is clean, good value of money.

The garbage containers were just under our windows, so the view was not exiting. Moreover, around the midnight the garbage truck arrived, it was very nosy gathering this containers for around 10 minutes.

Close to most areas and the bus & train stations

Breakfast was not worth having. Room was noisy. Naples could dowith a few rubbish collectors

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Staff were rude and aggressive. We were not given towels on the second day and when we requested for one, it was thrown at me instead of giving it to me. They are more concerned about the hotel floor than the guests. Breakfast was dry and horrible, served on serviette in a plastic tray. Disgusting. Electricity was rationed with no aircondition from 12 midnight to 12 in the afternoon. The corridors were dark and dinghy as the lights go off in 30 seconds. The hotel starts from the 2nd floor and you have to put 10 cents to use the elevator. I could go on and on. Most horrible place and people

The location is good, 5-10 mins walk from the station. This is very important in Napoli. They provide traditional Italian breakfast and free wifi.

You have to pay everything when you arrived the hotel, or they will detain your passport! And you need to pay 10 cent for the usage of the elevation each time. When you walk into the elevator (very small, only for 2 people and 1 suitcase), the door will close and the light will be off if you do not insert the coin into the box in time, and you can not open the door again without the money! You will be staying in the small dark room!

The fact that it was near the station, since we needed to be there the next day -but then, there are a lot of hotels near the station in Naples.

When we arrived we got into the cage-type lift and the light went out so we had to hammer on the door to get out. The staff at the desk talked loudly all night so that you could hear their conversation. The breakfast was appalling. It would be better if they didn't try to provide any at all. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybody.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself was clean and interesting. It eas very close to the main bus and train lines, so extremely accessible to everything both inside and outside the city.

Location was great, the Africans selling outside threw rubbish everywhere which was not pleasant but safety was good. Close to train station, metro, taxi and eating places.

You pay 10 cents each time you use the lift. Wifi was slow and had to be near the door to get service.

Lo staff dell'albergo era molto alla mano e tutti si sono messi a disposizione per qualsiasi cosa Nunzio il quale parla inglese e francese, e' molto accogliente e mi ha fatto sentire al mio agio durante il mio breve soggiorno a Napoli l'ubicazione e' perfetta per quelli che vogliono vedere tutti i posti e zone turistiche senza prendere i mezzi insomma l'albergo e' collocato benissimo a pochi passi dalla stazione centrale il reception H24 e' molto comodo il rapporto prezzo-qualita' e' ottimo e io avrei pagato di piu' finalmente fanno piccole cose che valgono tanto. ad esempio la colazione in camera senza un costo aggiuntivo consiglio questo albergo a quelli che ci tengono a risparmiare senza sacrificare tutti i confort che si trovano negli alberghi piu' costosi

Eccezionale veramente, dall'accoglienza dello staff, in particolare del sig.salvatore,alla pulizia delle camere con tutti I confort, wireless efficientissimo, designe classico e rifinito nei dettagli. Posizione strategica al centro di napoli, un albergo straordinariamente pulito (mai visto in albergo governante in attivita' fino a tarda sera), gestito in maniere cordiale e con una disponibilita' massima da parte dello staff che ti fa sentire a casa propria! Rapporto qualita' prezzo senza ombra di dubbio ottimale!meriterebbe sicuramente di appartenere alla categoria tre stelle!!!

Peccato che questo piccolo gioiello gestito con tanta passione e professionalita' sia ubicato in uno stabile un po' vecchiotto

中央駅から近いが、旅慣れてない女性の一人旅にはあまりオススメできない。理由として、治安が悪い。特に何- もありませんでしたが、物売りの多さや、ゴミの多さにびっくりした。　夜、近隣住民の大音量の音楽が聞こえる。部屋にスーパーで買って来た食べ物を持ち帰ったら、部屋で食べたら- ダメだと強く注意された。

A localização é boa, para quem viaja de comboio, uma vez que é junto à estação. O facto do elevador ser pago é no mínimo insólito, no entanto são apenas 2 lanços de escadas...

A zona é muito má, principalmente de noite. Existem muitos roubos na Piazza Garibaldi e imediações. Presenciámos um roubo com agressão a 50m do hotel. O pequeno almoço é noutro hotel, noutro piso, e consiste num croissant de pacote, uma amostra de chocolate para barrar e um café com leite. Não há alternativa. Parece um hostel e não um hotel.

El ascensor, no solo que es sumamente pequeño, sino que algo insolito para usarlo tienes que pagar..

La pulizia e le camere, semplici ma ben arredate. Il signor Enzo dello staff, assolutamente gentile e disponibile. La possibilità di usufruire della sala colazione anche per consumare pasti di sera comprati fuori.

La posizione è abbastanza strategica per raggiungere tutto a piedi ma di sera, la via in cui è ubicato l'hotel è piuttosto desolata e malfrequentata. La colazione è servita in una sala minuscola al piano sottostante dove è necessario attendere il proprio turno per fare colazione.

This hotel is a low cost . If don't expect anything - better. There is no breakfast here(
