Perfect location. Good deal for the price-only 120 euros for 3 nights/double room. Not really romantic, but perfect for trips, week ends and so on. |

Room was a decent size and we had a nice view of the canals. There was a nice Venetian feel to the hotel. The guy at reception showed us a great pizzeria. Breakfast was poor but it was something and the whole hotel had a damp smell to it. Our bathroom also had a very mouldy smell. Absolute nightmare to find but thats just like everything in Venice. |

I really can't say anything postive about this place After a long walk and 4 sets of bridges (all with stairs) with big suitcases we arrived at the place. Also no lift so then had to climb another set of stairs to get to the room. Room very old and extremely basic. Remote didn't work so had to climb a chair to operate the TV. Extremely loud at night and in the morning due to outside music until approx. 12pm and inside toilet from the next room being directly opposite our wall. Would never stay here again. |

the location is nice to reach all areas in the island. the stuff is impatient to me when I told him that the TV remote control doesn't work. The restaurant is poor and the price is too high. Hotel said people could take 10% discount for the meal in the restaurant, but the waiter can only offer us the discount when we order a menu complete. And the food is too salty. I am very disappointed with the restauant which is recommanded by the hotel. |

Its proximity to the grand canal and places of art historical interest The walls in room were filthy and the decoration very poor. More like a cheap hotel. Definitely not worth the money. Looked like it had not been decorated in fifty years. |

The location, it's more or less in the center the breakfast...............the staff was so rude during the breakfast time, also they didn't give us bread and they should change our sheets at least one time per day. |

1- La situation géographique : L'hôtel est situé au coeur du quartier universitaire, entre le Rialto et la place St Marc, à deux pas de la station San Toma du Vaporeto. 2- Le personnel est sympathique, certain parle français, le petit déjeuner .... est continental peut être un peu juste mais hors saison on s'arrange toujours avec la serveuse qui est un peu notre mama ! 3- La chambre, suffisante pour les 10 nuits que nous y avons passé. Hôtel calme. |

Хорошо расположен, в 2-х минутах от остановки вапоретто на Большом канале. До вокзала есть короткая дорога - 10 минут пешком. Рядом на канале есть недорогой трактирчик "Дона Онеста", в 2-х минутах на площади Фрари еще более недорогой китайский ресторан (и готовят там неплохо). На площади Санта-Маргерита (тоже близко) - продуктовый супермаркет. Окна номеров 105, 111, 112 (на втором этаже, по итальянским понятиям это primo piano) выходят на канал (напротив красивый кирпичный дворец с готическими окнами). Мы жили в Ирисе зимой, так что, хорош ли кондиционер, не знаю. В номере нет холодильника. В ванной из-за зеркала на третий день стали выползать маленькие муравьишки. Интернет wifi бесплатный только внизу в холле, а в номере - за деньги. |
