Its proximity to the grand canal and places of art historical interest The walls in room were filthy and the decoration very poor. More like a cheap hotel. Definitely not worth the money. Looked like it had not been decorated in fifty years. |

The location, it's more or less in the center the breakfast...............the staff was so rude during the breakfast time, also they didn't give us bread and they should change our sheets at least one time per day. |

location was good. The coffee was the best coffee I ever tasted. AT 3:00 everyday, 4 or 5 gondolas would go by with a man singing in the lead boat. Very romantic! There was a bar next door that was trying to attract a party crowd with loud music. The music went off at 10:00pm so that fine. |

Its in a good situation, near to the vaporeto station St. Toma, and not very far form the Rialto brige. And you can take some decent meal at the hotels restaurant with a 10% discount. It's a good option for young people, with not so much money, who want to enjoy the city (not the hotel room) It's not the nicest and most confortable hotel, so some things could be more pleasing, as sayd its a good option when you seek only some place to sleep, and a deacent breakfast. |

We liked the manager Elisabeth/?/- helpful, speaking good English. The rest of staff was less efficient. The hotel map is very helpful, except a few confusing mistakes: 14 is Guggenheim, not Goldoni, 13 is wrong too. Please, review your map. We did not like the noisy restaurant and the unpleasant smell of burnt oil in the evening. |

La ubicación en una zona tranquila de Venecia muy bien ubicado respecto de los atractivos de la ciudad. Fácil de llegar. La calidad de la atención es sólo adecuada. El desayuno era sólo normal en cuanto a su variedad. La habitación es pequeña pero funcional. Creo que se puede elegir una alternativa de mejor calidad al mismo precio a 15 o 20 minutos de distancia en bus. |

situe dans le centre de venise pas d'ascenseur, aucune aide pour porter les valises a la chambre 106 qui est située en haut d'un escalier très raide sauf a notre depart par une dame charmante qui parlait francais et c'etait la seule. Les photos des chambres sur internet ne correspondent pas du tout a la realité |

Umístění hotelu v blízkosti centra a zároveň v romantické části na vedlejším kanálu. Možnost ubytování před 14. hodinou. Poměrně špatná zvuková izolace. |

Très bonne situation, près du vaporetto( Grand Canal) et quartier très sympa. Bon prix. Lit comfortable. Lavabo dans la chambre. Sdb et toilettes communs propres. Très très mal insonorisé (on entend les portes, les voisins de quasiment tout l'étage et les toilettes..). Ne pas venir ici pour une grasse matinée. Peinture de la chambre à refaire (la peinture des murs s'effrite). |

Opholdet var rigtig godt, værelse & bad o.k., fin udsigt til kanal med lastbåde og gondoler & palads overfor. Vores yndlingsrestaurant Dona Onesta (kan stærkt anbefales!) lå skråt overfor, og den smukke Frari-kirke og vaporetto-stationen San Tomà lå 2 minutters gang fra hotellet. Lydisolering af loftet i restauranten "Al Giardinetto" under hotellet. Bedre brød til morgenmaden. |
