Very nice and clean room: perfect size, airconditioned and tastefully furnished. Connection to the city centre by bus and tram is ok; but other hotels (of course) are closer. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room had a nice little balcony and the ceiling was painted! Also it was the first time in Italy we had a double bed that wasn't two twin beds pushed together. Good location, very close to the center. The breakfast could use a little work, but drinks were made for us. |

Good location close to transportation if traveling by train/bus. Fairly quiet area of town so street noise was not an issue. Breakfast needs work; it was all packaged rolls, dry cereal but considering the room rate this was reasonable. |

The building is an old palazzo, a bit run down, but a charming place and good for the 2 nights we spend there. It is close to the historic center, just a short walk. |

the helpful staff, the restaurant and terrace, the cheap cold beers available in the lobby the double bed was two rock-hard twins pushed together, the shower was ridiculously small! |

The hotel is just a few rooms as a part of a family complex. There was a hole in the window, the shower would not drain, and there was not room to walk around the bed. The windows were in rotted condition for wood. The presentation of the hotel was very misleading but the staff were nice. And it was within walking distance to buses and sites. See above |

Schönes altes Gebäude liegt nahe dem historischen Zentrum, die Zimmer mit Atmosphäre, das Restaurant ist hervorragend. Viele Informationen über die Stadt durch die Receptionistin. Frühstücksraum ist im Keller - auf der schönen Terasse wäre es herrlich |

e' un hotel a due stelle molto pulito e ben posizionato , in 5 minuti si arriva in centro con le scale mobili. Il mio giudizio resta positivo ma se dovessi fare una critica direi le tende chiare che permettono di svegliarsi gia' alle prime ore dell'alba |

La proximité avec le centre ville historique (les escalators pour accéder en haut de la vieille ville) sont vraiment juste à côté. Le côté vieille batisse historique décatie (ambiance "il Gattopardo" de Visconti). L'extrême gentillesse des réceptionnistes (jour et nuit). La possibilité de garer gratuitement son auto dans la cour (petite) de l'hôtel. Le grand lit double (un vrai ! Un plan d'accès et/ou un itinéraire détaillé pour se rendre à l'hôtel aurait été utile (car ce n'est pas si évident d'y arriver). Le mobilier dans les chambres fait un assez "cheap" en décalage par rapport à l'ancienne grandeur de l'édifice (vieille batisse de la grande bourgeoisie pérugine). |
