Nice Staff. Old facility being renovated. Close to center of city. Small rooms. Address given on website is not correct. Caused difficulty for operating GPS. |

The hotel was surprisingly quiet for its design. I found the directions to be difficult, but no fault of the hotel...just Perugia in general. |

Very helpful staff, beautiful building and good location. Room 18 practically in the lobby with a not very nice bathroom, but I got to change and then everything was excellent |

I did not enjoy and checked out the next day. The traffic noise was heavy and there were too many stairs for guests . Just the budget style of the hotel.Staff greeting even reasonable by the one person needed to be a little more clean in personnel apperance to greet customers and make that first impression. We checked out after 1 day and were charged for two even though we advised before 11am that day as per instructions. We were not bhappy with the hotel or atmosphere. Checked into another hotel and are very satisfied. |

This is a good, basic 2 star Italian hotel - the mansion must have been amazing when it was built... The food at the restaurant was very good, with a great value special for hotel guests. Easy to get to downtown - about a 10 minute walk (use the escalators!) |

the vicinity of the historical center when booking the place, it said it was 4 star hotel and the photos don't show the sad state in which this hotel is.. could be a really great hotel if renovated |

The position is very good - upper city very accessible. A beautiful period building though fairly run down. The attached restaurant left a lot to be desired |

Very nice and clean room: perfect size, airconditioned and tastefully furnished. Connection to the city centre by bus and tram is ok; but other hotels (of course) are closer. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room had a nice little balcony and the ceiling was painted! Also it was the first time in Italy we had a double bed that wasn't two twin beds pushed together. Good location, very close to the center. The breakfast could use a little work, but drinks were made for us. |

Good location close to transportation if traveling by train/bus. Fairly quiet area of town so street noise was not an issue. Breakfast needs work; it was all packaged rolls, dry cereal but considering the room rate this was reasonable. |

The building is an old palazzo, a bit run down, but a charming place and good for the 2 nights we spend there. It is close to the historic center, just a short walk. |

Vieille demeure de charme, un peu désuète. Très bien située près de l'escalator qui permet un accès direct en centre ville.Stationnement dans la cour pour 8 euros. Accueil parfait avec renseignements multiples sur la ville. Petit déjeuner "synthétique",à éviter absolument. |

Ha un'ottima posizione, è facilmente raggiungibile con la macchina ma è comunque vicino al centro storico normalmente chiuso al traffico Si trova in un palazzo molto bello sia esternamente che internamente ed è in una posizione ottima, nonostante questo è molto trascurato e poco attento ai dettagli. |
