iRooms - Spanish Steps  

Encantadora la persona que me atendió.El hotel de estilo moderno está muy bien situado, y la habitación era muy confortable, pero vuelvo a destacar de nuevo el trato recibido.

Excelente lugar para estar en Roma solo o en pareja. El personal del hotel es muy cordial, la ubicación es única, tienes todo a unos cuantos metros. En un lugar particular en el que te puedes sentir muy a gusto.

Es un hotel chico tan solo 5 cuartos muy bien atendido, ubicado en Via Vittoria y Mario de Fiore excelente, si uno quiere estar en esa zona.

No tiene recepción, si se tiene que quedar esperando despues del check out ahí n es posible, pero si dejar las valijas. Puedo ser un inconveniente o no, depende de los horarios de vieje.

El trato tan amable y servicial de Saiga. Muchas gracias por todo. La ubicación es excelente y el desayuno.

Fantastic customer service; looked after from well before our arrival (flight details etc...) till the very last minute (luggage storage and taxi). Room ultra modern, clean and bang in the historic centre. Typical Italian breakfast served right opposite entrance.

Great location and friendly inn keeper. Facility is nice and clean. We normally stay in 5 stars hotel. Meanwhile this place have no front desk or concierge service, but the friendly innkeeper Zieger make up what is lacking. We enjoyed or stay. We will definitely stay there again.

The staff were amazingly friendly, accommodating and helpful. The rooms were funky and perfect for a short city stay. Location was amazing, walking distance to all the sites!

No tea or coffee in the room.

Flashing lights above the bed were interesting and having an iPad in the room was nice. The bed was very comfortable, we liked it. Furthermore, Zaiga made her best to make us comfortable. Also, location of the hotel was incredible. Piazza di Spagna is in 3 min. Walking distance. It is easy to walk to Fontana di Trevi, Piazza del Poppolo and Villa Borghese from the hotel.

The room was so small that there was no wardrobe inside the room. You have to use the garment racks for your clothes. The shower was not fully covered so that it is hard to take a shower without getting the floor wet. The breakfast is taken at a chic cafe (La Buvette) in front of the hotel and the ambience is very good there. But you can get only 3 items as part of the hotel's breakfast. And the selection is very limited, a sandwich, a dessert and a beverage. Even though it is possible to upgrade this to a continental breakfast by paying 5 euro, it is still insufficient. It is impossible to have a big breakfast. I have to remind you that a protein-rich big breakfast means you will be energetic in the rest of the day. And, in Roma, you need to be energetic if you plan to see the city.

Very nice location. Loved the free minibar, beer, coke and snacks. The staff is excellent, takes time to help you. Breakfast is served at a really nice restaurant called La Buvette across the street. As my teenager boys (18 &19) said, We can't wait för breakfast.

Slightly smaller room than I expected, but the spa tub was huge!

The staffs are extremely helpful and friendly. They speak perfect English too. Highly recommended!

Location was good. The receptionist was very helpful & friendly.

The hotel in reality was completely different than its description on booking.com. There was no tea/coffee maker as mentioned. We reserved the iZen room for the feature of changing the room color, which wasn't available as well. The room was too small & crowded with unneeded furniture. The bed side was against the wall with no table lamp beside any of the bed sides.The breakfast was limited to 3 choices from a cafe in front of the hotel. You can order whatever you want over the 3 choices for extra money. The wi-fi signal was very poor in the room, I had to stand in the hallway to get better signal. Even the signal for cell phone was very poor inside the room, almost "No Service".The hotel isn't value for money.

I loved the rooms, 3d flat screens are really nice, the iPad, the location, everything! The staff is really friendly, love the attention they give to clients. Will stay again in 4 months :)

The breakfast was disapointing, nothing special, it is in a coffee in front that gives breakfast for irooms clients, the staff from the coffee is rude.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating and the room we were given was a free upgrade which was extremely generous of them

I-Rooms offered excellent service. Rooms are clean, shower is ok, and decoration is in accordance to what is published. People from the staff are compromised. Breakfast is provided in a place in front of i-rooms building, just crossing the street. There is a place named il Gabrielo almost in front of I-rooms which provides excellent meals. I-Rooms location is excellent: close to Fontana di Trevi, Pantheon, via del Corso, piazza delle copelle (on which there are several restaurants). I do recommend I-rooms for a stay in Rome.

We very much enjoyed our stay at I rooms. Nanu made our time there so pleasant & was extremely helpful & kind, she was always smiling!!! Our rooms were cleaned daily & free mini bar stocked!!! Loved the idea that mini bar was free & the LED lighting was a nice touch. I-rooms Spanish Steps is so central to everything & would definitely go back there again & recommend to people. Thanks Nanu :) ( hope im spelling correctly) Bernie & Chris Ireland

Totally agree with other reviewers, the 2 lovely ladies here have turned a 3 star accommodation to a 5 star one. Location is perfect, 2 mins to the Spanish steps. Service, like I said, was extremely good. Would strongly recommend, oh and did I mention it'd be perfect for couples too
