excellent helpful the only reception lady, her name in Zaiga. excellent location.
small room. not 24 h reception
1) Staff very good 2) Rooms neat and clean 3) Location very good
1) No space to unpack suitcase - not recommended for stay longer than 2 nights. 2) Rooms very small
Amazing staff. Good breakfast at LaBuvette
Very noisy room that overlooks the road.
The hotel is on excellent location close to all attractions by walking Very safe and lots to do around there is a lady there who is excellent I can't remember her name but she is from Romania my bad luck she was off Friday and Saturday and I left Sunday she made me feel at home imkidiatley when I arrived but she was the next 2 days and came back the day I left
Lots of street noise as the is restaurant just across the hotel, there was almost no one around to ask questions as they leave at noon and come back from 5 pm to 8 pm which most of us are not there it almost felt as if you were renting a room in someone's house no phone on the room and a lot of slamming doors day and night I don't know that I will stay there again but the location is excellent and Internet collection is excellent to
loved the location and one on one contact
Great location, breakfast in a typical Italian place, very warm welcome by Zaiga ! I would recommend this to every-one.
An effusive welcome from the wonderful Zaiga, who was really helpful, informative and thorough. Excellent and atmospheric breakfast at cafe/bar across the street. Easy walk to the Metro and sights
The spring-loaded sliding door to the toilet - a bit of a struggle and noisy when it snapped back
Staff was unbelievable, extremely friendly and attending (it is the highlight of the hotel). Breakfast was super at the restaurant across the street, totally satisfying. Location was excellent and wifi was strong, without problems. The room was nicely decorated, ipad was useful and playing with the lights via ipad was fun.
- Room was kind of small. - More/better toiletries could be supplied - TV had no english-speaking channels (not even BBC/CNN) - An extra blanket could be useful - Building was hard to find (no sign outside)
Everything was great.
We stayed in iRooms for three nights. Great location, very comfortable bed, very relaxing, big jacuzzi. We really enjoyed our stay, breakfast was downstairs in the next door restaurant – lovely traditional Italian breakfast but there is a choice of British, American etc for extra 5Euros. We appreciated very much Zaiga, who was looking after us during our stay. She was extremely helpful with all our requests. We enjoyed our stay so next time in Rome - definitely iRooms. Thank You very much.
It would be nice to have a little kettle with a cup or two to make a tea or coffee in the room. The other thing that could be improved is to have small table on each side of bed – just to put a phone or a glass of water. Bigger duvet would help.
The breakfast over the road was really good. Having free access to wifi and the iPad was excellent helps search for things to do etc. zaiga was very friendly and helpful too.
Great location and the design of the room was really interesting
If there is iroom at the city i am visiting there is no alternative room i will look for...iroom is the best
Fantastic staff Delicious breakfast Perfect location
Taxi service they offered was questionable, taxi man pulled over twice to make a phone call, after arriving 40 minutes late for pick up.
You feel like you brought home with you to another city..you feel as free as you use your own appartement....you can get all the help youwant from the most friendly recepsionist i have ever seen...
That i couldnt stayed longer
staff was outstanding, the location was perfect, and the included breakfast was the best.
Zaiga and Stephanie took care of us with such a friendly customer service, personal touch and they are very helpful for first-time guests in Rome. They also showed us all available rooms upon request for our next visit. We stayed in I-room across from the reception. We like it better than the I-zen room as our room has an open layout that gives us more space. The I-tube room was our next choice. It does not have a tub but it has a big spa-like shower. The location, as previously mentioned by other reviewers, is perfect. It’s a short walking distance (and I’m not fond of walking) to shopping boutiques, restaurants, grocery store, massage place, attractions, taxi stand and Venchi - the best Gelato and Pompi – the best Tiramisu (classic flavor) that we ever tasted. You have to try these two dessert places when you’re in Rome. Both are located in corner of ‘Via della Croce’ (a very short walking distance & next block across from I-rooms which makes it so convenient for us to have well-deserved guilty pleasures after long walking tours/excursions). I-rooms is more like a small boutique hotel as opposed to a ‘chain’ hotel so never expect a room with a view, lobby, gym or restaurant on site or a bellhop/bellboy to carry your luggage. Although Zaiga or staff will try to assist as much as they could, they have a lift/elevator that you could use but you will need to pull your luggage from the front door (quite heavy) to the end of a short hallway, up a few steps to their lift/elevator and you’ll collect your bags in the second floor where all the rooms are located (it appears that the other floors are residential/apt units). Regarding noise level, we were out all day but we slept great at night and did not have any problem with noise. If you set your expectations, you will enjoy your stay as we did. We highly recommend this place for it's reasonably price, small but cozy, chic style, friendly staff and location.
I recommend for management to consider having TV stations in English.
There was a computer problem in my booking, and the superior room that I booked was not available, so I was given a standard room. But the standard room was fine – very high tech, even 3-D movies possible – the bed was very comfortable, the shower excellent, the free snacks appreciated. Whatever loss I had was more than made up for by the very friendly service, and I enjoyed the breakfast I had across the way at La Buvette. I would stay here again.
Cell phone use was a bit of a challenge: I found that I could only use my phone while leaning close to the window.
Central location. Helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Very clean.
Room wasn't ready until 3pm. Soundproofing in rooms not very good, you can hear noise from hallway and other rooms.
Most friendly staff I've ever experienced in a hotel. Hotel room (iRoom) was has good price/quality ratio and we really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was really tasty, one of the best sandwiches we had in our stay.
Rooms design Location reception stuff
Poor breakfast: for 170 Euros B&B you can only choose 3 items for breakfast, water inclusive !!! No internet connectivity
I loved this hotel. I loved Nanou and her professionalism and Zaiga also. I recommend this hotel for everyone.
Location was great, IPad accessibility was nice, bed and pillows very comfortable.
Our room was next to reception office and was loud early in the morning, breakfast across street at La Buvette was not great (poor selection).
