Well located - close to Vatican and walking distance to much of the city, interesting decor, excellent breakfast in roof resturant with view to St Peters (which was a part of the attraction), and evening meal there was also good and noticibly good value for Rome, Staff were all very welcoming and helpful. Discount for early booking/payment was useful Only slight issue was traffic noise (we had a front room), but that is probably a problem all over Rome!! |

The location and neighbourhood was excellent very close to Vatican and closer to Spanish Steps the other way. Staff were very helpful and friendly and roof top terrace for sunset over the Vatican was fabulous! |

The Breakfast was very good and the bathroom was quite large. The room was noisy as it was near the ground floor Lift and stairs. |

We wanted something that was close to the main sites of Rome such as Spanish Steps and Trevi fountain. I would say the walk to those areas was about 10-15minutes over the Tiber. The hotel was actually positioned closer to the Vatican (5 minutes), which we liked a touch more in the end. We felt it was a bit more quiet (which we liked) and there were less tourists. It was also very close to shopping along Via Crenzenio which was atypical of the Via Corso type stores. Also a positive. The second most thing we liked was the view and the quality of the breakfast. Very good service and great view of St. Peter's Cathedral. |

Our room was great, spacious and with a view, terrace view for the breakfast was something special also, staff very friendly and helpfull, important - there is a garage just around the corner of the hotel for 25€/day, and that should be stated in the description of the hotel The elderly receptionsit one evening, but the only vice was, that he was without energy to even great us with a smile |

The location was excellent and the food and dining staff was very good. The room was of a good size and the facilities were good with free internet. The steps leading to the lift were not easy to navigate with luggage. The check-in was unfriendly although the reception thereafter was adequate. |

Our room was clean and attractive. The concierge (whichever of the four were on duty) was always helpful. The rooftop dining room for breakfast was large and very lovely. The food choices were many and fresh. I would definitely stay here again. I appreciated all the reviews I read before booking. They sold me on this hotel over others. Our room was on the street, so it was sometimes noisy, but never a major problem. The room was small, as was the shower, but we have learned that this is the norm for European hotels. |

The staff is exceptionally helpful, friendly and speak english. The breakfast is the best in Italy as they serve eggs cooked to order, in addition to delicious pastries, fresh fruit, cereals, etc. great breakfast. The view from the roof was not as described in all the reivews I read before boooking. |

The location suited my plans for a short trip to Rome, particularly its proximity to Vatican. The hotel shuttle bus service at Rome airport was a help although its details are not on website I think. The hotel was clean and breakfast was great. Internet access was not alwasy available. |

It's very nice hotel! Modern and keeping old style at the same time. We felt very welcome and comfortable there. Also there is very nice breakfast buffet. Walking distance from Vatican. It was pleasure to stay in Isa! We would definitaly choose the same hotel next time! the only thing:Hair-driers in the rooms should be changed |

Beyond expectations. Spacious and very clean. Loved the separate entranceway to adjoining family rooms - perfect for a family of 4. Loved the verandahs in each room. Modern in design. Great buffet breakfast on top terrace included in rates. Quiet hotel and located away from the noise and traffic. Location is great as it is walking distance to all the main attractions including Vatican, Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona, etc. Internet did not work in the rooms; had to go downstairs to lobby to use central wifi. No bellboy service upon checkin - lot of work to get luggage to higher floors. |

This hotel is perfectly located to explore Rome. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are very comfortable, with very cold air conditioning, which is essential when travelling to Rome in July and August. |
