The Twentyone is a modern boutique hotel on Via Cola di Rienzo, one of Rome's best shopping streets. Castel Sant'Angelo and the historic center are just a pleasant 10-minute walk away.
Score from 1353 reviews Very good
Right next to the Vatican City and a 10-minute walk from Saint Peter's Square, Starhotels Michelangelo Rome has rooms with classic decoration and air conditioning.

Centrally located, Vantaggio is just 350 metres from the Ottaviano Metro Station. It offers free WiFi, a shared lounge, and air-conditioned accommodation.
Score from 8 reviews Exceptional
The Lirico is just around the corner from Rome's Opera House and a 5-minute walk from Termini Train Station. The hotel offers rooms with free Wi-Fi and Sky satellite TV, and continental breakfast.
Score from 362 reviews Very good
Very nicely kitted out hotel with fabulous roof top overlooking the dome of the Vatican. Nice buffet breakfast every morning. Evening drinks on the terrace until late with good wine list choices. Very central location from which it is easy to walk everywhere. Quality and size of room is great. Great value for money. Highly recommended. Would definitely return.
breakfast with fruits
price is a little high
Breakfast is really good. It´s close to the main tourist points.
room good size and location near Vatican.
no help with bags. Little help with tour ideas. Restaurant recommended for dinner was truly awful.
This hotel is just perfect. Location, room and breakfasts were wonderful, we enjoyed every minute we stayed there.
Room was really good, amazing terrace with a view for Vatican, great breakfast
Comfortable room, great breakfast with breath-taking views of St. Peters and roman rooftops. Would definitely return
Everything! Best hotel in Rome! Breakfast is so good, helpful reception, good rooms and good cleaning and a really good price :-)
Breakfast. The size of the room.
Quality of the room. Decor - its nothing like the pictures. No iron. Accessibility and lift. One member of staff.
Excellent location between Vatican and Piazza del Popolo. All main sightseeings are in walking distance. Helpful and pleasant staff. Very clean and roomy room (#206). Diverse breakfast at terrace with a beautiful view at Vatican. Very good Italian restaurant is just behind the corner (ask receptionists for an advice). Strongly recommended!
The stay at hotel was excellent. The only problem was slow wi-fi, though it didnt damage our holiday at all.
mostly everything def back again
only complaint only 1 spare pillow being picky lol
Magnificent tarrase view, fantastic breakfast menu and very friendly and caring staff.
Lack of own parking lot.
Location was perfect as you were far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk to The Vatican and Spanish Steps etc. Also the staff at the hotel were very polite and more than helpful. I would recommend drinks on the rooftop after a days sightseeing as you are looked after very well by the bar staff.
Location and staff were great.
Tiny standard rooms. Worn interiors. Inadequate elevator capacity Noise from terrace at night kept us awake on 5th floor room. Seweage odor in room.
I stayed at this hotel last year, enjoyed my stay very much. Roof Top garden with a view of the Vatican in the evening is outstanding. Breakfast served on this roof top garden can not be faulted, service exceptional... even Presseco for breakfast! Lovely staff.
Sadly this year the Roof Top Garden / Bar was closed in the evening, for 4 of the 7 nights that I and my son stayed at Hotel Isa. Hugely hugely dissapointed as this roof top area being open in the evening, was one of the main reasons I rebooked this hotel. But management did give me a discount when I discussed the issue.
Great location Lovely spacious and well furnished room Beautiful terrace restaurant and great range of breakfast options
Middle of August - very hot - no air con a minus.
Very close to most tourist places like the Vatican, piazza Popolo, Piazza di Spagna, piazza Navona etc. Breakfast is excellent up on the roof top overlooking the Basilica.
Nothing to do in the hotel in the evening as the bar is closed most of the time, having said that there are quite a lot of restaurants and bars nearby.
Reception area is very beautiful The roof terrace is nice
Worst breakfast buffet I've ever encountered-everything is swimming in oil or dried out with flies on. The staff are very grumpy with the exception of the Filipino omelette maker. The room size is suitable for a toddler, we had a medium suitcase and when we were in the room you had to climb onto the bed to get past the case as room was so cramped, the bathroom was equally small and the shower sprayed water everywhere There was no iron or ironing service- very odd! The internet AND air conditioning didn't work. After several complaints someone came to fix Safe didn't work Some front desk staff were very short with us Room very dingy decoration All in all, not worth the high room rate at all!
Location, location -- well connected to all the sites of Rome - within walking distance of Piazza Navona on one side and Vatican in another - and great Cola di Rienza shopping street that has everything one could want (even on major Italian holiday weekend - except dry cleaning and laundry) - lots of good restaurants in the area, mostly open in August Room was clean and spacious with spa style bathroom/shower - good value for money nice balcony with flowers from room to enjoy rooftops and views (was on 5th floor) fabulous breakfast in pretty rooftop garden restaurant with views. not just a lacklustre 'continental' breakfast - but full breakfast, eggs and italian espresso drinks to order, excellent offering of fresh fruit and freshly baked lemon and other cakes. wonderful and courteous service up there too quiet set up to work in friendly, English-speaking staff willing to help on any front A/C that worked well
Rooms need a coffee maker since there is no option for coffee after breakfast in hotel toilet paper holder annoyingly situated two arms' length from toilet seat charming rooftop cafe/restaurant - which boasts an evening aperitivo til 11:30 pm that looks fabulous - was closed 2 out of 3 nights in a row because of italian Ferragosto holiday weekend. A real disappointment laundry/dry cleaning also shut down entire stay because of the same holiday. Italy is Italy, but a 4-star hotel shouldn't let national holidays interfere with the convenience and pleasure of its international guests for hygiene's sake, good to figure out a solution to pigeons wandering around the tables and other birds flying around
Excellent roof garden breakfast area
All of the staff, including front desk, housekeeping, bar tender were awesome! Extremely friendly....would stay again! Thanks for a great stay.
Right in the core of Prati, close to the Vatican and historical Rome... If you like to have a "local" without being too far, this is location will be great... In addition, Hotel staff was very accommodating and helpfull
Excellent cost benefit rario! Value for money
