A little bit cold i january
The breakfast was amazing.... Lots of choice and friendly staff. Nice bar/ breakfast area with great views of the Vatican City. Good quality sheets and towels in the room gave extra comfort. Great restaurants and bars nearby.
Only 1 small bottle of complimentary water given for the first night. ( for 2 people) other three nights we had to pay €2 a bottle. This also applied to the supposedly complimentary toiletries.....1st night only!!
The hotel was excellent we loved the room and the terrace where we had an excellent breakfast. The staff was great, especially at breakfast.
The rooms are either too cold or too hot and the heater was not really working in the bathroom. Other guests were very noisy and disrespectful I think the management should be more careful about that.
The hotel is very nice and has excellent staff. The rooftop terrace is fantastic and the breakfast served there is quite good!
Though the common areas of the hotel are very nice, the bedrooms themselves are a little dated. A fresh paint job would do wonders in itself, but a little bit of an upgrade would be nice.
The location was excellent, just a few mintues away from the Vatican and a metro station.
The walls are super thin, and the everything can be heard. The elevator is tiny, and there was no concierge to help with the bags. The bed was extremely uncomfortable.
- Perfect and a lot stuff for breakfast - The best bartender is Willy !!! :) - Hotel stuff very polite and friendly - Close to many interesting points
A bit noisy when somebody in the next room had shower
We had two balconies and one of them facing the navona square. Really nice. Breakfast- everyone likes it, so did us!
Bed is hard and only a thin blanket. I felt cold (in a rainy December) and the heating/aircon is not that powerful. Restroom is a bit strange and the shower corner doesn't have a door. The lift is slightly hard to use if you carry heavy big luggages.
It was super close to a ton of main sites to see. It was close to the hop on hop off tour stop. Great shopping and food restaurants next door to it. Very quiet hotel. Awesome suite rooms that we had booked 2 rooms and had our own balcony and door closed off to our two rooms. Nice airport shuttle service. Breakfast was amazing and view from the top was nice.
It didn't have a restaurant for dinner only a bar at night and food only for breakfest. It didn't have room service to order food but overall I will recommend this hotel because it should be a 5 star!!
Quiet location within walking distance of almost everything. Some lovely restaurants in the area. Helpful staff. Breakfast is very good. Good size rooms with modern bathrooms.
Had some noise issues on our first night there. It seems our room was just under the kitchen. We were moved the following day though without any fuss.
Great roof-top terrace where a very good breakfast was served. Very friendly attentive barman ( Jimmy - I think ) in roof-bar. Stunning view of illuminated Basilica in Vatican at night.
This is a fantastically-priced boutique hotel, situated 2 minutes walk from the SIT bus-stop for Fiumocino airport, so it's ideally located for overseas travellers. In this spotless and beautifully decorated hotel, we had a very comfortable and well appointed second-floor room with a lovely bathroom and excellent shower. Towels, bed linen and room amenities were of lovely quality. The view from the rooftop terrace bar is stunning and we whiled away the mornings at sumptuous breakfasts, which were served until a very civilised 10.30 am. The serving staff were efficient and utterly charming. In the evenings, the terrace is transformed into a delightful cocktail bar where the ever-smiling Willie delivers drinks and delicious complimentary snacks. There are some excellent restaurants very close by, a small supermarket on Via Tacito around the corner; the picturesque Piazza Cavour and Castel d'Angeli are only two minute's walk, and Vatican City is a leisurely 15 minute stroll away. We were so delighted by our experience that we will never stay anywhere else when we come back to Rome. All in all, perfetto!
The staff was very helpful and friendly, the terrace bar was very relaxing, the room was very clean and stylish!
The lobby and bar areas were very nice. It looked recently updated. The breakfast was very good.
Our room was very tired looking. It was on the street and the traffic noise was horrible.
Not too far from all main attraction
Quiet, very helpful staff, good maintenance, excellent breakfast (the espresso is the usual Italian quality, not the American plonk), clean room. Location strategic for many attractions.
The lift is a bit slow.
Pretty much everything. Breakfasts are so fun!
not to big and personnel
no barfacilities during the sunday
Roof Terrace bar
Sock left under bed
The staff was nice and the location excellent!
The ventilation in the toilets was always working.
The location and then design of the hotel.
Very nicely kitted out hotel with fabulous roof top overlooking the dome of the Vatican. Nice buffet breakfast every morning. Evening drinks on the terrace until late with good wine list choices. Very central location from which it is easy to walk everywhere. Quality and size of room is great. Great value for money. Highly recommended. Would definitely return.
breakfast with fruits
price is a little high
Breakfast is really good. It´s close to the main tourist points.
Location, hotel design, breakfast and customer focus.
1) the woman at the reception could be nicer 2) the first day she did a mistake a gave me a different room than the one I booked
room good size and location near Vatican.
no help with bags. Little help with tour ideas. Restaurant recommended for dinner was truly awful.
