The whole expereince was great.

The hotel was recently renovated, the rooms were lovely and very clean. The breakfast on the roof top terrace was excellent. The staff were very helpful. You were in walking distance from all the main attractions, there was no need to get taxis.

Hotel Isa was quite comfortable and quiet. The staff was very courteous and helpful. There is a parking garage within two blocks and a bus station is just across the street. If you are new to Rome, the best travel method is the Metro/subway. Go to the subway and purchase a ticket for 4euro for all day. Hotel Isa is very nice and the breakfast was amazing, but it is a bit far from the Colloseo and Trevi Fountain, etc...but we managed...Close to the vatican if that is really where you are trying to go, but that would take at least 2 days alone!

Would have liked to have a package deal that included the weekend and/or passes to local attractions. Would ahve really liked special instructions to get to the local sites. This would have saved much time on our two day trip. Over all, great place to stay, highly recommend!

Really nice staff, comfortable and very clean room, really tasty breakfast. TV with good English channels, location couldn't be better. While you can reach everything on foot (especially St. Peter's Basilica), there is also a wide choice of city buses very close to the hotel.

- The dinner buffet was very very limited and therefore was not worth the money. You can eat twice as cheap and twice as good in a little family owned restaurant very close to the hotel. It is called Palazzacio (or something like that): just get out of the hotel and go right and then once again turn to the right at the crossroads.

The Isa is a lovely, small hotel in Prati that is somewhat out of the way yet still in walking distance of tourist attractions. The decor is moderne. The staff is helpful and the enclosed rooftop dining area was great for breakfast and buffet dinner.

there was no TV signal in the children room - that's a trifle, but nobody from the staff maked any attempt to fix it during the 6 days

The Isa is an extremely convenient hotel when visiting the sights of Rome. It is in an ideal location. The hotel is very tastefully decorated with attention to detail even to the glass of Prosecco with breakfast each morning.

The lift is obviously very old and consequently a bit unreliable. During our stay, the outer lift doors wouldn't open on level 5.

The service was very good. The location, in terms of proximity to tourist sites was excellent. Overall it was good value for money.

The wifi was not sufficient to work well in the rooms so you had to go down to the sitting area at the lobby to use it. The location was a bit noisy given it was near a main road. The room was hot and no way to cool it down other then keeping the window open - but it was too noisy.

Staff were great and the rooms were lovely

We had the family rooms which were perfect with teenagers.The breakfast was wonderful, especially during the week when your eggs were cooked as per request. Staff were great and it was a very convenient location. We enjoyed being able to have a drink at the bar before going out.

If you are not good with stairs this could be difficult getting to the restaurant.

This is a very good 4 star Buutique Hotel, Ideally located in the city of Rome, walking distance to St. Peters and the Vatican, The rooms are spacious and well furnished, bathroom well appointed.The Roof top Restaurant has a good buffet breakfast, and in the evening good for a late night drink overlooking the flood lit St. Peters. The Lift is slow and at the ground floor level you exit at a step, could be quiet dangerous.Overall a terrific location. Noel O'Mahony

Breakfast ok. Good room. A little noisy -heavy traffic, but not at night. Helpful personnel.

Fire escape not well planned - just normal stairs along the lift. Old plans not updated.
