Localização,entre 15 a 30 m dos principais pontos turisticos . relação preço/qualidade

Gostei da centralidade (localização) do hotel, tendo em vista os objectivos da viajem e do ambiente calmo do hotel.

Seria vantajoso um serviço de transfer, de e para, o aeroporto, já que a distância ao aeroporto torna muito caro o serviço existente.

Estética do hotel

1- O serviço de pequeno-almoço deixa a desejar: variedade relativa, produtos que acabam e não se repõem com brevidade, patente falta de mais pessoal que obvie a este problema, apesar da sua simpatia. 2- O acesso ao elevador, no cimo de 5 ou 6 degraus não é confortável para transporte de malas e seguramente há-de ser impossível para deficientes .

Localizado proximo de boas cantinas familiares, facil acesso ao vaticano e ao onibus de turismo local (vale a pena) e funcionarios muito educados. Excelente cafe servido na cobertura.

Sleepping and eating

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

The buffet at night on level 5 at the hotel, was unorganised, understaffed and incompetent - hotel alright to stay but go out to eat dinner.

The hotel was gorgeous and very modern, the staff was excellent and spoke very good English and the breakfast was extensive and delicious. This was one of the few hotels that we booked on-line that actually looked like the pictures on the website.

we loved everything about this hotel, the staff were so helpful to us and when we returned from dinner on the 1st night there was a free bottle of champ and strawberries in our room. there is the most amazing view of st.peters from your breakfast table. the area was very safe and hotel was easy to find. aprox 10 mins walk to st peters.

Very poor dinner buffet in the rooftop restaurant. Meat barely cooked and very narrow choice of foofstuff available. Morning brekfast buffet also rather restricted - no omelette available.

The room was great and very hip. The food was excellent and the chef was so personable. He really went out of his way to make sure everyone was taken care of.

The bed was not comfortable..way too hard and no boxsprings.

Close proximity to shopping and key attractions. Despite website information claiming a disabled friendly hotel we could not access the restaurant which was up 3 flights of stairs at the top of the hotel! The restaurant staff were very helpful and helped my partner to bring breakfast to our room each morning.

Registered as disabled friendly, yet there were 3 lots of steps to the lift which had a very narrow lift door and was not wheelchair accessible. The entrance to the hotel included a step up and none of the reception staff helped us! This was very difficult for us and I would strongly advise that you ensure that it is extremely clear that the hotle is not disabled friendly.
