Exceptional hospitality Kind and helpful host, great location. Everything went smooth, check in is a breeze. A lot of coffee, milk, bread, jam etc. The apartment is very well appointed, has a great feel. Huge balcony, super convenient parking. Very large supermarket nearby. Highly recommended, not be missed

The apartment was beyond exceptional and very charming and the host, Isabella was amazing! She told us what to see and what to do whilst we were here. Everything you need and more. Convenient location to get into the centre via tram. There was complimentary jams, milk etc There is a washing machine which came in useful and great air conditioning and fans throughout. It is a very quiet complex so you will get a great nights sleep.

Cosy appartment, complete with supplements like coffee and breakfast goodies and big balcony. Parking in gated parking place next to the appartment. Downtown city on walking distance. We walked in everage every day 10 km over the total day. We stayed 14 nights, so the washing machine was helpful to limit the clothing luggage

Our exceptionally welcoming host Isabella helped us experience a truly unique travel experience in the Renaissance pearl of Florence. From planing our trip to questions regarding logistics, we received valuable insight from her. Even basic necessities were supplied, making the arrival day so much more enjoyable with a glass of wine, taking in a beautiful sight from the appartment with cypress tress in the near distance. Everything in the appartment is a described, with an authentic feeling of an actual living space. Both host and appartment were a magnificent enrichment of our visit to the city of Florence. We are already planning our next trip, and there is absolutely no question where to stay again: At Isabella Suite of course! Un grande grazie per tutto! È stato fantastico!
