Everything about our stay was good. We arrived late, so ate in the hotel restaurant. The set 'fish menu' was excellent. On our last morning we used the lovely hotel pool and we were allowed to keep our room until 2pm at no extra cost. Maybe this was possible because it was a Sunday. |

relaxing atmosphere suitable for all ages excellent facilities particularly liked free bike hire which "freed you up" in this very pleasant small town There was a lack of written information about the hotel'sfacilities in the bedroom Most hotels have a large volume on the dressing table . |

friendly and prompt service,comfortable surroundings, staff always available, english spoken.taxi arranged by hotel to collect and return us to the airport was prompt and a pleasant experience. loud music from a nearby campsite played until past midnight sunday night.complaints made to management but they could not control the noise. this would make us unsure about staying in this hotel again |

location and facilities are nice fasilities and service were generally ok, but there were some exceptions: we booked a triple room, but got a double with extra cot instead; there were no bathrobs left for sauna already at 16.00, sauna was working only until 18.00, we were asked to leave at 17.30, there was no water in the teamaker/boiler and no teabags as well;jacuzzi was not pleasant to stay in, changing room was not comfortble |

Le jardin et la piscine sont très agréables. Les chambres sont extrêmement confortables. C'est un hôtel assez impersonnel, sans âme. |

Die Stadt Iseo selbst war sehr schön und auch sehr sauber. Das Hotel hat ein tolles Frühstücksangebot, auch mit Internationalen Produckten.(auch Bio-Produckte). Wellnsess- Bereich und Fitnessraum sind toll und luxeriös ausgestattet. Auch der Gratis Radferleih ist toll. Kinder waren am Pool etwas wild, Handtücher wurden nassgespritzt. Muss ich nicht haben. |

eigenlijk alles wel het was er gewoon goed geregeld en alles was goed. een meisje van de bediening kreeg op haar kop waar wij bij zaten, neem haar dan even mee naar achter waar niemand je kan zien of horen. |

Stort och fint poolområde. Trevlig personal. Utmärkt frukostbuffé. Cyklar att låna kostnadsfritt. Staden Iseo är oerhört trevlig och genuin med utmärkta restauranger och barer. |
