close to a supermarket, clean place, spacious flat, restaurants are not too far from there. receptionist are friendly, it is a quiet place, the right place too spend the night and, for people who are travelling to visit Pisa

reception closes a bit early. people may need something out of your regular time of opening

Very comfort for the family, and well furnished apartment for short stay.

I liked that it was clean and quite close to center.

I did not like that we paid almost 35% more than it was advertised on booking due to extra taxes, and one child 7 yrs old. The residence is quite old, bathroom facilities very poor (shower very small) and very basic. Also for almost 100 euro per night we could have chosen hotel with breakfast included. It is true that here we had 2 sleeping rooms and one living room, but it was supposed to be 70 Euro/night not 100.

Spacious quiet room with oven, fridge and dishes. Friendly customer service from the desk person.

The location is somewhat far from downtown and the main historic sites. The bus system that must be used to go downtown is not obvious for foreign visitors. Rooms are cleaned and towels are replaced once per week.

it is good for a leisure stay but is quite far from the city center and the connections by bus exist only from 6 in the morning till 11 in the night. a microwave in the kitchen would make it much better. overall is quite good and i would recommend it to others.

Had a fantastic week exploring Tuscany and the Isola Verde in Pisa provided a perfect base. Daniele in reception is the font of all knowledge and was really helpful in assisting with out itinery:)

Proud of myself for making good choice of hotel. Hotel is not in City centre but is well connected. Perfect place for 3 persons with perfect arrangement. Rooms were little old but were very clean. Hotel reception was also helping, as we came late so arranged for the keys in the apartment mailbox. Even we were taking day tour of PISA, so suggested us to drop off our luggage at a Station near by hotel of his colleague.

It is a really nice hotel appartment. Even if it is not exactly modern and the furniture is not really new, Residence Isola Verde has anything you might want if you are looking for a good place to sleep and a base to explore the region. The free parking is also really nice in a city when the cars belonging to the non-residents are not allowed in the center. But the best thing at Isola Verde is Daniele, the receptionist! Extremelly helpful, he is always ready to give you information and very good suggestions about where to go and what to see!

Facility is about 3 km outside of Pisa in a shopping center plaza with apartment houses behind. Plenty of parking and neighborhood is great and no problems. Rooms are a bit dated but clean, spacious (had 2 bedrooms and a kitchen/living area) and reasonable in price. Bus service stops right in front of the hotel. Desk staff was very helpful and gave a great restaurant recommendation. We were driving and certain streets in Pisa are a bit challenging traffic-wise (about 10 mins to drive into city) and also have to watch for areas where cars are not allowed. Was easy to get into city and see the Pisa Tower area.

Very nice stay :-) I came on Sunday, my flight was delayed one hour, and I arrived after 8 pm (when the reception is already closed according to the info at booking.com), but the receptionist was waiting for me - it was a very nice surprise :) On Monday morning I got a free city map, I was informed how to get to the city center and to my work, on foot and by bus (the bus is starting just in front of the Residence, very convenient, and it goes to both, the city center and the railway station). Two supermarkets very close to the residence. A hospital in a very short distance (about 10 minutes on foot). Quiet location, really nice. The staff was very friendly, always asking how I feel and if everything is fine with the room. The apartment was cosy, warm, and very clean. Small kitchenette had everything a traveller needs. Very important: there were no ants (I mention it, because I stayed in a different place in Pisa some years ago, and ants were there a real disaster). At the end of my stay, the receptionist (by the way, very good English) called a taxi to the airport. I definitely recommend this residence :-)

L'accueil et tous les bons conseils pour visiter Pise et Lucca. Appartement simple mais convenablement équipé et propre.

la proximité de Pise sans les embarras parking de l'hôtel pour la voiture de location // l'équipement de l'appartement (bonne literie , draps de bain)

trop peu de produits de toilettes ( bain douche,papier WC ) et trop peu d'allumettes (cuisinière au gaz au lieu de cuisinière électrique)

La ubicación aunque lejos del centro, con buena comunicación en bus.El dto. muy cómodo.El personal excelente en todo.

pulizia della stanza, accogliente e famigliare. Possibilità di mangiare cucinando da se per poter risparmiare senza diventare panino dipendente. Si trova in città, vicino a centro commerciale, cinema e farmacia. Se si ha voglia di camminare arrivare al centro a piedi non è proprio una missione impossibile. Per chi non è abituato, o a bambini piccoli, meglio la macchina

Nel piccolo c'era tutto l'essenziale, le lenzuola pulitissime diciamo che ci tornerò presto.

Sono andata con mia madre per visite mediche. Dista solo 700 mt dall'ospedale Cisanello, ottimo. Zona tranquilla. Appartamento pulito, silenzioso, con spazio e confort adeguati per brevi e lunghi soggiorni. Televisore, frigo, divano letto (per il 3° posto), telefono, balcone, stendino, climatizzatore in camera. Riscaldamento autonomo già acceso e regolato sui 20°. Il posto auto sottostante è libero. Nel palazzo accanto c'è bancomat, ufficio postale, lavanderia a gettoni, tabacchi, bar. Lo staff disponibile e cordiale. La fermata autobus per il centro è proprio lì sotto. 2 notti per 2 persone ho pagato 108,00€ escluso la tassa di soggiorno.

Un pò scomodi I cuscini, sono piatti e dure come una tavola. Manca il bidè. La biancheria da bagno e da camera ha un odore un pò fastidioso di disinfestante. La zanzariera è solo in cucina. L'asciugacapelli ha poca potenza.

Buona soluzione per soggiornare in zona cisanello, comodo il parcheggio. Buona accoglienza.
