Friendly reception to a quiet hotel in peaceful location. Good location for visiting Baroque towns and coast. Difficult to find due to lack of signage; it took us 2 hours of driving around Modica to find despite asking several times. Swimming pool not yet in use. |

It is a small hotel with 6 rooms. All are large and comfortable. They have great bathrooms. The hotel is located in the outskirts of Modica, stunning Sicillian barocco city. It has plenty of space for car parking, there is gorgoues garden and large swimming pool essential during summer season. Its owner Enzo, former Rome university sociology student is friendly, practical, helpful. |

We felt very welkom in this quiet, cosy, and privately located B&B. Charming and helpfull host, spacious rooms, very clean. The B&B has a beautiful garden with swimming pool, where you can relax after your visiting trips in the area. Excellent value for the price. We will defenitely come back here! |

L'albergo si presenta piuttosto male, all'interno di un condominio trasandato, ma poi si entra in un ambiente curato, con servizi completi e incredibilmente silenzioso. Il personale è cortese ed efficiente, la colazione self service è abbondante con dolci deliziosi. Il parcheggio è facile. |

Als je Modica binnenkomt (vanuit het zuiden) ziet Modica er ontzettend armoedig en slordig uit. Je verwacht dan ook niet dat er zo'n luxe hotel staat. En als je er bent, ben je meteen de achterbuurt ervoor vergeten. Een prachtige tuin en ontzettende mooie kamers! Eigenaar/personeel ook erg aardig. De stad zelf is wel heel mooi. |

sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, hervorragende Empfehlungen für Besichtigungen und Wegbeschreibungen, verkehrsgünstige Lage, absolute Nachtruhe, gepflegte Anlage mit Pool und Liegefläche. wirklich eine Insel der Ruhe und Entspannung im lärmigen und zum Teil sehr schmutzigen Sizilien hier stimmt einfach alles |
