Otroligt bra bemötande i receptionen vid ankomst, personal som tog sig tid och förklarade allt som vi ville veta, inte bara om hotellet utan även om praktiska frågor och frågor om staden! Bra med riktig cappuccino på morgonen!

Rent och fräscht hotell, och en mycket trevlig personal som gav utmärkt service. Fräsch frukost.

Något bullrig/trafikerad miljö, men det hade jag räknat med då jag valde ett hotell i city.

Litet duschrum, tur att jag inte var större än jag är. Brist på utsikt. Fönstret gick inte att se ut på då det ledde ut till en belamrad balkong mot en innergård.

Enkelt och prisvärt med bra läge

Toalett och ducshutrymmet var väldigt trångt.

This hotel is centrally located. 15 minutes walking to fountain Trevi, 5-10 minutes to plaza Republic. 15 minutes from Termini Not too bad, not too good. There is elevator in the building. Our room was really small, and window was facing inside balcony. You can hear every single noise outside of the room. There is small frigde in the room, and safe. Internet connection was on/off, weak and inconsistent. Room was clean, nice towels. But I had problems with water in the shower. After you would get water to temperature I want, it would keep changing from ok, to cold, to cold, and then to really hot. It was annoying. For breakfast selection they had variety of things, but they tasted bad. So their coffee was bad. I never in Italy tried food tasted as poorly as in this hotel. Where do they get it?

Everything. It was the perfect location for seeing Rome. Everything was on the door step. Could not fault one think. Truly wonderful hotel.

Close to all attractions

We have stayed at Hotel Italia several times in the past. It's an excellent value for the money. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. The hotel is in a great location, close to the Termini station and the major sites in Rome.

The hotel staff was great, location was in good proximity to the train station, the colosseum, trevi fountain, shopping, and a lot of restaurants. The price was good, too.

The wifi was really weak. We had to stand in certain parts of the room to get it to work properly.

Hotel's of location is very nice. Walk in almost 5min. to Termini Station. 3 stop to Collesium, 2 stop to Trevi Fountain, 3 stop to Spanish Steps with metro.. the Staff were friendly and helpful.. The Rooms are very clean and cleaned everyday by staff.. Can use free wi-fi in all rooms.. If I come to Rome, I will stay one more time in this hotel..

Can't beat being a ten minute walk from the main rail and Metro terminal in Rome! Most of the "biggies" are also within a 15 or 20 minute walk. The breakfasts were nice and well set in a sunny room.

We were never able to get any more than about one minute of hot water in the tiny bathroom! No kidding. They must be serving the entire floor (across the street from the registration desk) with a dinky little water heater that gave very hot water ... for about a minute, then instantly turned cold. We ended up using it as a supplement for "towel baths" because you were in deep doo-doo if you got in the shower and it turned cold before you could rinse off! This was true any time of the day ... tried it at 2 pm, 10pm, 7am. No way.

The location is pretty good. Very clean and tidy rooms Our room was very silent and cozy. Breakfast was basic but satisfying I guess its standard Italian breakfast. Good WiFi coverage in our room.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is close enough to Stazione Termini to walk, and it's a short walk to the nearest metro station. The price was very reasonable in comparison to other hotels that were available at the time. The breakfast was substantial and good.

The double bed was small (but comfortable) for two adults, unless they are accustomed to sleeping very close together!

The staff was very helpful and the food was well prepared

The beds were hard, we had to use inflatable mattress on both beds.

It was very comfortable and freindly! I felt myself like at home!!! I think its very important when you travel alone.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Superior rooms were large with nice bathrooms. We walked to lots of major attractions: Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colloseum and Roman Forums were all 15 - 20 minutes easy walk away. Metro also two blocks away for a 7 minute trip to the Vatican Metro station. Hotel breakfast was continental but sufficient and nice and easy before starting the day. My wife and daughters found plenty of shopping nearby, especially on and around Via Nazionale which is 40m from the hotel.

One older daughter was originally booked into a single room. Don't do it. They are the size of a cupboard and claustrophobic. The difference between the Superior Rooms and the single rooms was massive. Spend the extra Euros and go to Superior standard. No shower curtain on the bathtub/shower meant our bathroom floor was flooded every time we had a shower and had to use multiple towels to dry the floor. Easy for the hotel to fix with a screen or curtain.

Welcoming staff - got a large room with a comfy bed. Breakfast was good and location was close to train station... and safe!

Was not able to open window in room for air as there was a bakery of some sort in the building and made the room stuffier and stinky.

Nice and cozy rooms with new modern furniture. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, they recommended very good restaurants in Rome and also helped us find some of the locations we wanted to visit. It's a small place, but very clean and with a good vibe, we felt safe and it was a pleasure to come back after a day walking. Breakfast was simple, don't expect more than for a typical 2 stars hotel, but we found it enough for all tastes. The rest of the hotel however was much above 2 stars.
