The staff were all pleasant and helpfful,the street is quiet after business hours. The position is not ideal and many might prefer an hotel nearer the tourist sites |

Good location. Valet parking. First afternoon we complained that the air conditioning was not working. When we returned In the evening to the hotel we were told that air condtioning is OK. It was not fixed. The room was too hot during our whole stay. At the breakfast the buffet "refill" was slow. View from the window to the inner courtyard was not a pretty sight. |

The staff were exceptionally helpful and the parking arrangements were very efficient. The hotel's location in the city centre is excellent. The breakfast room was cramped but otherwise no negative comments to make. |

Great location, clean and comfortable No computer available for internet, only wifi ; breakfast was ok for me (fresh fruit and yoghurt) but German or English visitors would be disappointed |

The hotel provided an excellent base from which to explore the city of Trieste. The Hotel staff were very helpful & friendly even providing a complimentary bottle of wine for my wife's birthday. |

The hotel boasts excellent position, as it's near the central station, near the city center and practically next to a very famous icecream shop. The rooms are huge, the breakfast is good, the staff is helpful. Everything was nice; if I had to find a flaw, I would say that the inner courtyard is a bit spooky. |

The young gentleman at the reception desk in the morning was very nice and helpful, but the older gentleman in the evening was a bit unfriendly. The unfriendly man at reception in the evenings. We called the unfriendly man for pillows at 8:00 p.m., and he said they would bring them up in 2 hours. |

La vicinanza alla stazione ferroviaria e al centro (mi sono mossa senza problemi a piedi) Il materasso era un po' duro, ed il letto era giusto una rete un po' spartana, mentre il resto dell'arredo era stato rinnovato ed era carino. |

Sehr gute Lage (wir haben es auf Anhieb auch ohne Navi gefunden), sauber, gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal, Preis - Leistung passt, Es wurde über die Klimaanlage geheizt, diese konnte nicht komplett abgestellt werden und so war es ziemlich heiss im Zimmer.Der Frühstücksraum ist ziemlich klein. |

Receptionistinnen sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Lage für Innenstadt perfekt (=10 min zu Fuss zur Innenstadt). Keine Parkplatzsuche, da Auto von eigenem Fahrer in Parkgarage gebracht und bei Abreise wieder vor dem Hotel die Fahrzeugübergabe. Im Oktober noch immer keine Decken sondern nur Überzüge (ist in Italien aber Usus) |
