View from room lovely. Breakfast excellent. Great value.
Relax and great time.
location / cleaness / quality breakfast
not so much to complain
excellent breakfast, clean and cozy room, free parking, good WiFi connection
Free parking Breakfast
Far enough from historic centre
The speed of wifi was not sufficient. Even though I requested 4 single beds in my room, at the end there were 2 double beds. I could at least have been informed about that before my visit.
rich breakfast, good wi-fi
mosquitoes in the room
convenient for parking.
wifi access is limited. only 1 code for 1 room.
Staff support and attitude
Everything! Budget price-excellent hotel. Conglatulation for Gina-reception-very friendly, gave us exact instruction and very useful suggestion to get around the city. one of her smartest suggestion was to try sweets at Pasticceria Marcello, just next to the hotel, awesome, one of the best sweets ever! Modern, clean, comfortable room. Excellent buffet breakfast. Free private parking, good Wifi. Bus stop just in front of the hotel. We try to go to the city by public bus, sunday afteroon 3pm, and the kiosk where we should buy bus ticket was closed, but there is a taxi station just next to the hotel(12euro to the city).
The room had everything we need. It looked very good. I liked the free parking. As a location is not very "touristy" - far a way from all attractions, but if you have a car it won't bother you.
It was rather cold the first night. They have problems with isolation so you could feel the cold air coming in through the windows. You have to max out the AC to get the room warm. We arrived late at night and we didnt have a chance to warm it up so first night was a bit chilly. And the round bed although it looked nice it was a bit awkward to sleep in. But maybe this was just me,
Perfect located hotel just outside the congested centre of florence. Centre easily reachable by bus or 15min walk and also next to the main highways. Good free parking for anyone travelling by car.
One thing let us down. No heating was available in our room which got really cold during the night due to the single glazed windows. When we asked the reception we were told that the heating can only be put on once the council decides to do so, so we were then supplied with extra blankets.
Location is perfect if you get a car,it is easy to A1.Staff is nice and breakfast is ok.Parking and Wifi are free. Will come back.
Breakfast Free parking Staff
Toilet flush was broken
Perfect location for those who are traveling by car - there is enough free parking spaces. The staff is very friendly and helpfull, great breakfast in an excellent ambience. Bus stop is only 30 m from the hotel and drives to town about 10 min. I recommend it.
As others said, there some mosquitoes in the room, but there was no problem cause we had electric repellent.
Guiseppe and Gina at reception were extremely helpful
Quantity and variety of breakfast were excellent but the quality of the cold cuts could be better
Modern hotel with great variety for breakfast, espesially in the price range in Florence.Good links to Florence center
Room windows are a bit thin so alot of noise heard from outside when trying to sleep
Easy to get in the center with bus 23 and back with 23A.
Cleanliness is deffinitely the weakest point of the hotel. The shower gel was so old that it was stinking of rotten and when asked for replacement, the standard answer received is "Yes, of course", but nothing is done.
Cleanliness New Modern Design Staff So Friendly Provide taxis immediately upon request I paid after I stayed, no need for Credit Card Breakfast area beautifully sunny Provided immediate information (leaflets/map) for touring. They helped me with the booking to Pisa :) Quiet place mini gym
TOO low Light (one side lamp in the entire room) - Never suitable if you want to read anything. Mosquitos in room (repellant liquid not refilled) and in lobby Shower Towel on Extremely high shelf, requires a tall man on a chair to gab it down I selected the hotel for the pool. the Pool is out of service for a while. So if deciding to swim like me, do not consider it Location not bad, not near historic area but not too far. 15-minute car drive
High standard hotel, everything is new and comfortable. The staff speaks very good English)
The hotel was pretty far a way from the center. We did have car, but you can't park it anywhere near the historical places..so, the location was the only one minus in that hotel/
Very easy access to city-bus to reach Florence downtown. No need to take your car; and offers free parking. Decent breakfast. Extraordinary staff; her name is Gina! She can even write backwards from her side to your map; what to see in the city. In 5 min. she summarise you what to do; and you do that! it is great.
Room is OK. The quadruple room was 1 room with 1 queen bed and 2 single beds. It was just ok, nothing exceptional.
price and breadfast
Restaurant was ok good breakfast staff do not seem to smile.
The shower has the control on the wrong side so to switch on you get a cold shower first??
Hotel staff and amenities were very inviting
Waiting for the bus to get to central Florence, could take a while. The bus ride was short
- Very friendly and helpful staff - GREAT breakfast - one of the best we had on our trip. Everything fresh (including some croissants still warm) - Big free parking - Great restaurants nearby (Chinese sushi on the other side of the road, and a good Italian one 10 min walk from the hotel) - Gas station pretty much on the parking.
- 20-30 min ride to the center, in almost always full bus - We had a window in the room that wouldn't close and a anti-mosquito ... (how to say it) chemical-dispersing electrical plug - so it seamed to be a known issue. - A bit strange lighting switches solution. It wasn't uncommon to turn on whole room lights at night, by accident. Other times the lights in bathroom would turn off when the main light was being switched on.
