Close to airport

Shuttle is only from 8a-8p. Don't believe the staff if they say you need less than 2 hrs at the airport. We missed our plane.

Hotel is conveniently located near airport and provided airport shuttle service. It was extremely clean and Fabrizio (owner) took us to a local Ristorante for dinner. There is a small market where you can get coffee as well just down the block. This is a great hotel !!

Fabrizio was very accomodating and provided us with transportation to and from the airport. He also suggest great restaurants in the area. V

I had no dislikes. It was a perfect setting for entering or leaving the airport from Rome

The place is in a rather interesting neighborhood. I wouldn't describe it as bad, but it's oddly residential. I wouldn't really describe it as a hotel. But, it is really close to the airport, it is clean, and given that the only reason we stayed there was to be close to the airport. It sufficed.

Perfect location for shuttle to airport

Shuttle service. Great service. Fabrizio recommended us to a great ristorante, and he even drove us there, only 10 minutes' walk, but it was a very windy evening. Food was very reasonable and good. Then the restaurant drove us home! What service.

Hard to get to the inn without a car. But it is great to have shuttle service.

The service is amazing. They picked me up at the airport for free, drove me somewhere else to buy a toothbrush, and let me leave my big suitcase with them for a whole week. They said that when I come back through, they will just bring the suitcase to me at the airport so I can continue on without going out of my way. Really, the service is above and beyond. The internet was fast and easy to get online. This is the second time I have stayed here when flying into the Fiumicino and out again the next morning. Great place!

The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The website said that transfer to the airport is included in the rate. When I was picked up, the owner told me they had a problem with some licence and I will need to organize my own transport to the airport for 30 euro (4 km!!!!!). When I came to the airport I meet him there, he was going on holiday, that is why he could not take me to the airport!!!!! He was supposed to organize a transport for the guest for free, but no compensation was offered what so ever!!! I strongly do not recommend this hotel.

Airport shuttle.

No heating and no hot water. The receptionist ordered a taxi which showed up with 12e on the meter and had no idea where I wanted to go, by the time he looked it up in his book book the meter was already 16e. The receptionist told me they use that company all the time and they are good. The breakfast voucher is good for a coffee and an old piece of pastry from a coffee shop down the road from the 'hotel' and if you want it take away they will pour your coffee into an already used bottle of something they drank earlier.

oldman ,i think he is the father of the owner or manager.He do not speak any English. Son did come one hr after we arrive and not very friendly,seem rush to leave after check us in. Definitely not recommend for any one don't speak Italian and travel w kids.

only 4 klics to airport, Fab will pick you up and drop you off between 8am and 8pm no charge. room had a nice balcony. nothing fancy but great value for overnite to catch flight in the morning. very clean and new. great pizza about a block away.

only issue was checking in. advertise hours of reception open from 8am to 8pm. Check in between 11:30 am and 10pm. only thing is when we arrived at 1pm there was nobody around. we rang the bell on and off for 30 minutes decided to go for lunch and return. Still nobody around. there is a number to call but i did not have a cell phone. took the number advertised and went to a pay phone (try finding one) but the phone was calling card only. which i did not have. very frustrating. went back to the inn and asked a neighbor to call the number for us and Fab was there within 10 minutes. Once that was all settled it was very good. I would say that this was partly my issue for not having a cell phone but it is the only time i have ever checked into a hotel that there was nobody there at reception. Understand though that Fab is a one man show and he does a great job.

There are no staff to even answer the door to the office upon arrival and check in. I had to try to contact the staff through the neighboring business, a travel agency. I had to wait close to an hour before someone arrived to let me check in. It is not really a B and B, since no one is on site.

Clean room & comfortable bed, also good bathroom.

Noisy, you could hear people's voices and them leaving at various early hours as the doors slammed and the hard surfaces amplified all sounds No nearby eateries open on a Sunday evening. The proprietor has an arrangement with a restaurant about 1 km away, whereby he will phone them and they will come and pick you up and return you after your meal. Well we waited an hour and still they hadn't turned up, so we went to bed hungry.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, providing shuttle transport to and from the airport. The hotel staff even contacted a nearby restaurant, which then provided free transport to and from their restaurant. The food was excellent, very reasonably priced, and the restaurant staff lots of fun and friendly. Our hotel room was very clean and comfortable.

Great room, very new and very spacious. Located close to the Fiumicino airport, was easy to go back to airport for our next connection flight.

Location far from Rome, not so easy to get to the city. Even a taxi was hard to find, but we could arrange. When we arrive (around 8am), the reception was closed and we needed to call the phone and wait around 15min to be attended, otherwise everything was perfect.

The manager, the cleanliness, the quiet neighbourhood that it is located in, the price and the closeness to the Aiport, and of coursethe free pick-up at the airport.

We needed to stop per 1 night before our next fly and didn\t want to go to Rome, so Fiumicino Inn was an excellent choice.

Fiumicino Inn was a great little hotel, located in a residential neighborhood near the airport. The owner of Fiumicino Inn has a large floor of brightly lit condos from which the Inn is run. Our room was large and open, with terrace. The room was equipped with wi-fi, fridge, air-conditioning and large beds. Moreover, the owner was extremely friendly and helpful. He also guided us toward a restaurant that was inexpensive and delicious. This location is great value for money, near the airport, and in a quiet lovely neighborhood.

There needs to be a sign on the front of the building that it is an Inn. We got the correct address with GPS but would have driven past it otherwise -- and that would have been too bad because it is a nice place with a real personal touch.
