The location in a very old and beautiful part of Rome but also very close to the metro. And always very friendly, english speaking staff in the reception. The bed was too soft for me. |

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was small, but it doesn't matter because in a place like Rome, you do not spend much time in the room. The Hotel is placed in a very exciting area, where the restaurants are not expensive, it's easy to get to the center by Metro and busses. Alltogether very nice. |

Good location between termini station and all major sightseeings. We used transport only to get to Ostia. For young people all attractions are walkable. Carefully check wich rooms with breakfast which not. We stayed there twice and forget that second time breakfast was not included.Rooms upper floors a bit better. |

Good location, very kind and helpfull staff. What is not good - is small bathroom. We stayed there twice. Room on first floor looks like basement, but room on forth is great. wifi in rooms, not just in public area. |

Our room was small by American standards, but definitely large enough for two people. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Great accommodations & great location for the price. We felt very safe there, as the front desk was very attentive and locked the front door after 11pm or so. We ended up staying there again later on during the same week. It only took us 15 minutes to walk to Termini with all of our luggage. Will definitely stay there again the next time we're in Rome. The shower was small, but typical by Italian standards. |

The hotel staff is exellent, always friendly and helping. Good small hotel, good connections to Termini and all over the city center, nice environment. We like to recommend this hotel and will come again. There was a big restauration work (the outside walls of the hotel) going on during our stay. It is propably over already now. |

The hotel has good location out of main streets, the staff was nice, room perfectly clean. Unbelievable small bathroom, shower box so small you can't turn over inside, using toilet means to squeeze under the sink and try not to break off the hear-dryer from the wall. It's pity as otherwise the hotel was great. |

centrally located The 24 hour check in mentioned in the hotel page is not true. Check in is really 12 noon. Even when rooms were available at 7 AM when we arrived, I was told to pay for an extra day. The other alternative was to use the toilet at the lobby. They dont even allow you to go into a room for a few minutes to change. Since I had 2 little children I had to pay and extra day and take a room for couple of hours.. So dont get taken in by the 24 hr check-in on the hotel page. |

The positioning of the hotel is first thing which is good. The room is second thing good also. Yes, of course: I have not informed about restauration of the hotel.and it was a very unpleasent situation to find just right in the the front of welcome desk that I will 'enjoy' may long waited holiday with closed windows and workers climbed on wals ......and the 'funny' part of it was that the girl from reception said: I am not the owner ...maybe you did book the room long time ago! What? It is a bad thing for you to book with too many months earlier?! |

It was great for someone of even average fitness to be able to walk to almost every Rome sight you can think of - Vatican City probably too far for most though. A dreadful mistake was made with the shower. The bathroom is modern but the shower so small and being on a split level (hip bath) made having a shower a joke. |

Excellent location on a quiet street near Cavour metro stop and bus stops. Several restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. Our room had excellent air conditioning, and was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good, better than average for Italy. The shower may be too small for some - we had no problems. |

The hotel is in excellent location, 30 m from Cavour Metro. It is only 10 minswalk from central Termini Station. Many famous Rome attractions are literally down the road, Via Cavour. The staff are very good from reception to the breakfast ladies and housekeeping. The hotel has been recently refurbished inside and so the rooms looked immaculate. All are ok, maybe just a little space in the shower cubicle would have made it perfect. |
