Their phone system crashed and I was unable to use phones/fax or internet during my stay which was very inconvenient as I was on a business trip. The hotel did not have any contingency plan. |

Calm The rooms. I made a reservation for a superior room ; it had a common door with an other room where two men were discussing - not really convenient for me. I asked for another and it had nearly no windows - very small, very high, no outside view at all. I ended in another building, the door was impossible to lock but I was so tired... |

The hotel is astone throw away from the airport, very handy to meet up with people. Staff mostly speaks English (very handy).Great Breakfast and hotel has a nice restaurant. |

Rooms clean, close proximity to airport, staff helpful with getting me a cab and an early breakfast, hotel located in former old building and so has some character. I was surprised the cost was reasonable. |

The location right next tot he airport was great. The thick walls and windows were perfect for not hearing any airplanes as well. For the price and for being a 4 Star hotel there needs to be some amenties. For instance, a gym or sauna or pool. Also, the breakfast was very simple, just bread, boiled eggs and juice/tea/coffee. And that was the big continental breakfast after 0700!! |

The hotel is very charming and quiet, the restaurant is first class and the prices are reasonable. The personnel at the hotel is very professional and ready to help. It was very hot and the air conditioning wasn't sufficient. The hotel is very isolated and without a car there is no chance to move from there. |

The hotel sent a sedan to pick us up at the airport, was very helpful in providing a wake-up call and arranging a sedan back to the airport. The breakfast included with the price of the room was plentiful and delicious. I had dinner at the restaurant at the hotel and the food and service could not have been better. Room was small but very clean, comfortable, had a tv and bath amenities. |

The staff were very helpful, speedy and always around when you needed them. Housekeeping & maintenance in particular responded quickly when I had an electricity failure caused by a faulty light bulb. The bar was a big room but with only 2 tables which were permanently occupied by two groups which seemed to be using them as business offices with lap tops etc., I did not like to stand in a corner on my own, and would have liked a quiet corner to sit read and enjoy my drink. |

professionalità del personale e posizione strategica buona, (vicino all'aeroporto). Ottima ristrutturazione architettonica. Camere un pò piccole. Non c'è rinnovamento tecnologico, ad es. mancanza di carta magnetica al posto della chiave della camera. albergo sito in luogo isolato |

restaurant, lage perfekt zum flughafen, service perfekt, mitarbeiter sprachgewandt und freundlich, kein fluglärm.... ....dafür aber lärm von den früher abreisenden, da zwar die fenster nach außen, nicht aber die wände innen zum hotelflur schalldicht sind. |

ligging van het hotel is goed, vlak bij het centrum.Ontbijt is voor italiaanse begrippen goed, geen hotel bar of verdere voorzieningen.Hotel personeel spreekt zeer gebrekkig engels. |

Lo cerca del aeropuerto de turin Que estando a un kilometro del hotel no tengan servicio de aeropuerto,te cobra el taxi 9 € por llevarte al aeropuerto y 6 € del aeropuerto al hotel.me parece un poco caro |

Correcte prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Grootste pluspunt is de ligging dicht bij de luchthaven, althans als men over eigen vervoer beschikt. |
