Public areas rather shabby and gloomy, including Breakfast Area where virtually all natural light was excluded.. Bedroom small with nowhere to sit other than on the very large bed. Internal walls poorly soundproofed as result of which frequent disturbance by early morning movement of other guests and/or cleaning staff.

Problem with this hotel has to do with my expectations. I assumed that an "airport" hotel would have a free shuttle running continuously. They only have a shuttle to and from the airport in the morning. So I ended up paying extra to get a taxi and to be honest a lot of the taxi drivers did not want to help me because of the short trip. I got help from a friendly italian guy who helped me get a taxi. Also you must pre book the shuttle for the morning, you can't just come down to the lobby and expect there is one at 0815. I'm sure it's there somewhere in the information. This hotel is great if you can make your own way to the hotel, otherwise it's not really an "airport" hotel

Room are very small hotel 4 star rating is not relevant During my booking page the presented room was different than the one we got. 4 stars would expect to have coffee machine in the room and other facilities. Also no mention on your web site that you carry a cellular base station on your building so close to the rooms !

I couldn't use the pool due to renovation, but nobody informed me ahead

Bad Attitude from the staff, never anybody at the reception, always had to ring the bell for attention. Extremely hard mattress, room too hot and temperature control not working, dining area was filthy and grimly decorated, staff making themselves coffee behind the bar but nobody serving the guests - I spend over 6 months a year in hotels and this was the worst experience I have every had. The only reason I am responding to this email is for an opportunity to give my feedback. Major changes need to be made to this hotel.

Clean Room!

I asked the staff twice to make sure the last free shuttle the next morning was leaving at 8:15 for the airport and they said yes. But they did not tell me that I had to sign up for the shuttle. So the next morning I waited outside at 8:00 am and the shuttle did not come. So it cost me 30 euros for a taxi to the airport!

Good price with free car parking. Rooms are clean. Close to Malpensa airport.

1) The air conditioning made a lot of noise 2) the swimming pool was not available due to construction work, but this situation was not advised when we booked the hotel 1 month earlier and this was disappointing since a hotel with a pool was one of the main criteria when we booked for a hotel.

Quite obvious that nobody stays in Gallarate unless forced to wait for a flight. While the hotel location is quite disappointing from first glance, its services are good - with free internet and complimentary breakfast, Sky TV and good value for money overall

Although the heating was on, it was very very cold at night. Therefore, if you're planning to book this hotel during winter, think twice before doing it!

1) **** four stars is a strong exaggeration; 2) a very small bedroom and a very small bathroom for declared "Classic Triple Room"; 3) the Internet is a paid service which is strange for a four-star hotel; 4) swimming-pool has been declared by booking.com, but it turned out not to work in the winter season.
